Hi! It's kinda shameful to go this route , but being diabetic person .Now over 6 months my unemployment still pending This has been the worst couple of years of my life. Our house was destroyed in a storm. Then I am desperately in need for help. I need my insulin to bring my blood sugar back down. It’s $300 That’s all I need. i’m so TIRED of this, it fucking sucks. my partner lost another contract, our only source of income while i’m in school. i keep getting denied benefits. my body is currently trying to kill me, i wake up and am bed bound and in pain until i take a giant ibuprofen that allows me to get up. i don’t know why this is happening to me. i just want to get something to eat. i don’t even have the energy to crowdfund again.

We're $600 short on rent and just got told by our landlord that if it's not paid by the 13th, they're going to start the eviction process. We don't get another paycheck until the 14th. Our landlord gets more aggressive the closer it gets to the holidays and goes on about "not wanting to hear any sob stories", so I'm not confident about them being willing to work with us, though I'm going to try my damnedest. I'll be contacting the office in the morning to ask if I can bring in the money we do have and see if they'll give us any leniency.

I thought we had more time and we're really screwed right now. We also need to pay our utilities and get more groceries with that next check, but keeping a roof over the heads of four disabled trans people in the middle of December is top priority.

I don't know what else to do right now except post this hope people might be able to help.

fuck, so, I'm moving from the Caribbean to the US to start my PhD and I'm so fortunate to be on assistantship but I don't and won't get a full paycheck until the the third week week of September, the first fortnight of work. But because I'm a new international student I need to be there almost an entire month before that, to set up and attend orientation etc. Things in America are so fucking expensive, especially when my local currency has a conversion rate of 7 to 1 USD. And there's so many hidden costs I feel like crying every day. My family is trying to help me but they really can't.

Right now, while I already paid the security deposit for an apartment, they suddenly want over $1000 USD upfront, like by August 15th.. I've called and I've emailed saying I'm a new student, this must be an error or something but they've said nothing. and this is on top the $800 USD I'll need to ship my things. I'm so frustrated because I was so excited but things keep getting worse like yeah I do want to be the first person in my family to get a PhD and but my family is working their ass off to help me and I won't get any income at all from the school until September.

that partial pay check won't help with anything and already comes too late so I would really appreciate it if anyone at all could help even a little it would be so appreciated.
