Egglicious : quand la Corée s'invite à Paris.
Un pain brioche très généreuse et une omelette fondante ? Aujourd’hui, on se retrouve au cœur du 5ᵉ arrondissement, pour se réconforter avec un généreux sandwich asiatique. Le "egg drop", ce nouveau concept mis en avant par Egglicious.
Après le corn-dog, les sandos, et encore les bubble tea, l’Asie frappe de nouveau la région parisienne. Situé dans une petite ruelle parallèle au Panthéon. Nous retrouvons Kelly et son mari Michael, originaire de Chine, qui depuis cet été se sont lancé le défi, de faire découvrir ce nouveau concept culinaire à la population parisienne.
Egglicious reprend alors les traditionnels sandwich asiatique, popularisé en Corée, appeler “egg drop”. Traditionnellement composé de pain brioché épais grillé au beurre, accompagné d’une omelette très copieuse, de jambon, fromage, et d’un filet de mayonnaise sucrée, est ici repensé pour mélanger nos différentes cultures.
Kelly et Michael, ont eu l’idée pour leur menu de faire appel à un artisan boulanger pour offrir une brioche encore plus généreuse que celle traditionnellement proposée, afin de s’allier à nos traditions françaises.
