...the other kinda kotlet... ground pork... the previous one is from a pig's rump... I try to limit meat consumption as much as I can... but, after such ordeals as I've had, some comfort food was in order... to restore balance... and boar were plentiful by the forest .. in fact, we had to set fires to keep them from ruining the crop... they would run amok intentionally causing damage so that humans would retreat.. it was a tug-of-war that lasted centuries and even millenia... ...not only do I owe this man mah life -- he gave me half of his blood when the commies infected me with E.Coli hours after birth as they sent mah Mama home...
