@audientobserver submitted: Found this little critter with what I assume is an egg cluster or babies in the Pacific Northwest. I thought it was a harvestman at first, because I have heard of harvestman caring for their young, but I never thought I would actually see it. On closer inspection, it looks more like a spider with where those legs attach. Either way, made my morning!

Yes, it's a cellar spider rather than a harvestman. Females carry their eggs in their mouth, and when they hatch, the babies spend a few days hanging around the mother's web until they disperse.

I have a question for a bug community on Tumblr, specifically anyone who knows about spiders

How do I safely relocate a spider and her egg sack?

All year I've been putting the inside spiders out front as it has a massive plant for easy release. It turns out this was prime spider spot because I noticed that there are now 9 spiders all sharing different corners of my front door and eating very well.

This is fine. I will use the back door and not disturb the bbys. What is not fine is that the crack between the door and the wall is large enough that even the fattest mama spider has been known to crawl in to say hi. And there are 4 different egg sacks getting ready to hatch literally at door crack height.

So how do I move the spiders without damaging the eggs? I want to move them to some of the trees and plants in the front so as not to take them away from some spot, but I think that should be far enough I won't have thousands of innocent horrors coming in through the front door.

they arn't really "importent" and even considered a threat due to some having very powerful abilitys

+ i'd like to add that even when they arn't that "importent", many desire them for bunch of different reasons

so theres a hidden goverment system that tracks down these ability users and keep a eye out-directly contact them depending on the level of a ability they have

I’ve been wanting to draw a hair timeline for Fionnlagh for ages and I finally sketched one out! These are just the years when he’s adventuring (nobles in his culture typically debut at 18 and go hunt monsters and also compete in arena-style tournaments and duels). The clothes aren’t really indicative of what he always wears at each age, although he did only reluctantly start wearing clothes practical for adventuring later in his career. He rejoined the nobility when he was 24 and so he gets to wear his silly little outfits again :)
