Favorite character: Dennis Macfield (why is anyone surprised?)

Least Favorite character: Um well there are a lot of characters that I never really pay attention to… Yugo and Rin for example. 

5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Duskshipping, Hostageshipping, Fruitshipping, Entertainmentshipping, Sideshowshipping

Character I find most attractive: If I’m being honest it’s Sora

Character I would marry: They’re mostly kids

a random thought: Wow I sure hope Reira’s not stuck as a baby. That’s just weird I mean come on he’s got 10 entire years (of trauma) and while that might not have been the happiest childhood it made him who he was… I mean if all that’s gone he’s practically dead and none of us are crying over it??? I HATE CHARACTER ERASURE DEATH OH MY GOD. 

An unpopular opinion: I don’t actually headcanon Dennis as a coward. Mostly because I never really understood the definition of that word. I mean in all fairness I do characterise fictional characters being relative to myself, and I don’t really see myself making different choices in his place either. I think of it more of uh… role identification. He’s not someone who think of himself as the protagonist of his own life, he’s a side character who accepted that he have roles to follow. Like the Stanford Prison Project, once people assume certain roles for themselves they’ll mould themselves to the image of that role. Dennis grew up in an environment with limited freedom, plus he have escapist tendencies, so his roles are his purpose. Plus he didn’t actually have any personal motivations to betray Academia, I mean he wasn’t bff with any of the lancers or heartlanders unlike Sora. If anything… I think he’s a little obsessive and headstrong towards the roles he moulded for himself. 

my canon OTP: Fruitshipping, egaoshipping

Non-canon OTP: duskshipping, hostageshipping 

most badass character: I don’t know about badass but I am a huge fan of Yuya’s entertainment dueling. It’s beautiful. *wipes a single tear*

How about Egaoshipping/Fallenangelshipping/anything for YutoRuri xD

I thought that the 6th ending portraying situation of Yuto actively pursuing a relationship with Ruri while hiding from Shun at the same  -  while they both look like they don’t give a damn - was both funny and cute.

Buut like I mentioned in another post they are kinda like kittens for me:  they are kittens and therefore cute and... that’s it about them, if you take away people’s headcanons there is not much substance left.

As for the aesthetic part... but I don’t know how much I like them in that front either because there is no relation with their deck archetypes, or crossed references with them and all the other dimensional pairs have a nice contrast of palettes but with them it’s just dark colors with more dark colors and ....dunno for my personal tastes I need more variety than that :P

How did they they meet?

When Yuto transferred to the pro dueling school the Kurosaki siblings were attending. In the beginning of the year Yuto knew only Shun (since they were in the same class) but later in the semester, when the tournaments between classes started, he first saw Ruri and was impressed with her skills (leading to Shun introducing them)

Who developed romantic feelings first?

Ruri. She’s pretty aware of who’s hanging out with Shun (the numbers aren’t high so) she saw Yuto around and kind of had a crush on him ever since, she just didn’t have enough confidence to start a conversation first. (hc Ruri is pretty shy until you get to know her better)

Who is their biggest “shipper?”

Shun. He actually doesn’t understand the whole “oh yo sis is dating somebody, get the gun”, he already knew Yuto so knows that he’s a good person. Plus he knows his sister, he knows how she acts when he has a crush on somebody. Shun would definitely the type that suddenly has other plans for himself when little sis mention hanging out with Yuto

When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?

Ruri kissed him in over-excitement when he bought her as a gift earrings fitting to her hair clip

Who confessed their feelings first?

Yuto. He was thinking about the best way to confess for quiet the time. One day, when they were hanging out, Ruri was telling a funny incident in school only to notice that Yuto just stares at her smiling, then suddenly mutters “gosh i love you so much”. Not the way he planed but she got the message

What was their first official date?

Heartland’s festival; holograms show, sweet stuff everywhere and fireworks, what can be more romantic?

How do they feel about double dates/group dates?

That would be fine as long as Ruri’s familiar enough with the other people.

What do they do in their down time?

Going on a walk in the park, friendly duels, a lot of cuddling and reading. Ruri likes to read to Yuto while he rests his head on her lap

What was the first meeting of parents as an official couple like?

(i’m not considering Leo as any parent of Ruri, sorry) The parents knew about them dating ever since the relationship started. Though an official meeting took had to place when the couple was still strong after studies.

What was their first fight over and how did they get past it?

Ruri wanted to join the Resistance but both Shun and Yuto were very opposed to that idea. She had few fights with both but eventually he convinced Shun to give in (since he’ll be looking after her more easily if she’s always by his side)

Which one is more easily get jealous?

None of then get really jealous

What is their favorite thing to get to eat?

Different flavor ice cream for Ruri (the more unique the flavor is the better) and meat balls for Yuto

Who’s the cuddly one? What their favorite cuddling position?

Ruri. She loves to cuddle anywhere, anytime. Either having Yuto against her chest as she brush his hair or the other way around, listening to his heartbeat

Are they hand holders?

Yes. Holding her hand for the first time to not get lost in the crowed on school’s festival not noticing the blush on her face, holding hands accidentally when she tells him in excitement about “duels with smiles”, holding hands when they run for life in the ruined Heartland not daring to look back, holding her hand promising her that they will make it, holding his hand for the first time in months tears falling on his clothes when she can’t hold them back, holding her hand when looking at the rebuild city taking a joy in every bit of her smile promising that he will never let go again…  

How long do they wait before sleeping together for the first time?What’s the circumstances?

Around their senior year. Yuto stays over when ever Shun goes on a duel tournaments out of the city. It’s a bit awkward at first, but after finding out about Ruri’s parasite nightmares, sleeping together becomes some sort of a cure for the problem

What’s the worst first they’ve ever gotten into?

ofc the war but even more being apart, not knowing the other’s fate

Who does the shopping and the cooking?

They switch. Ruri is better in main dishes while Yuto can make amazing deserts

Which one is more organized and prone to tidiness?

Ruri. She lives with a messy big bro she got no choice

Who proposes?

Yuto. He takes so long with choosing the perfect ring that almost everybody but Ruri knows

Who is the best man/maid of honor? Any other groomsmen or bridesmaids?

Yuya as best man (they did get closer heh) and Yuzu as maid of honor, Dennis as the one making a flower crown on her hair (“you did it to me in my wedding now it’s your turn”), Sayaka as the flower girl, Allen as the ring-bearer and Shun as the one who holds the bride when she switch from heals to fancy white sport shoes for the rest of the wedding (prob missed many others, still the wedding of the scenery)

Big Ceremony or Small?

Depends, how many characters arc v has in total?

Do they have a honeymoon? If so, where?

Any hotel next to a forest, to enjoy mother’s nature beauty (listen to the birdss)

Do they have children? How many?

Yes, a girl named Chidori ((千鳥): Plover). There isn’t a single hairstyle that her mommy won’t be able to make, no matter how hard is the request, and she likes to duel with daddy, who may or may not be going soft on her. She also loves it when they visit uncle Shun and his family so she can sing in her cousin’s magic shows

Egaoshipping + Ghost Hunter/Excorcist AU

- The Kurosaki’s have a history of being able to see and interact with ghosts, many ghosts are violent, and it can be quite dangerous to interact with them, so it takes a lot of training to handle ghosts

- So Ruri gets called for one case concerning a haunted house, and so she comes in all ready for war as usual and then comes across the cutest ghost???

- Turns out Yuto can’t remember anything except his name, and due to that lack of identity, it’s harder for the violent tendencies of ghosts to settle in (though he still is susceptible to them)

- Ruri really wants to help him move on peacefully bc she would rather deal with ghosts in a nonviolent way, and in the process they befriend each other

- Shun disapproves at first (though Yuto begins to grow on him) but that makes Ruri even more stubborn to keep him around
