New release! 49% Raspberry Anise, Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador! This is a European Silver awardwinning @chocawards 2022. End of last year we made this bar for the first time. It has been a Limited Edition, but it was so very well received by you tat we decided it earned its own box! I would say it eats more like a dark milk chocolate, you will taste raspberry and anise in a chocolate that gives itself easily and will give you a lovely chocolatey warmth and melt. These truffles are bigger than normal, which is why we decided to fill our chocolate shells with two things: caramel and hazelnut butter. It took a lot of blending and boiling to create these two separate fillings, but the result was phenomenal, so without further ado our caramel/hazelnut truffles. Now available at El Buen Cacao.
