summary: after steve and dustin go through your things and reveal you and eddie are together, you both get revenge in family video and eddie takes you on your first official date <3

Steve and Dustin shouldn’t have gone through your things to reveal that you and Eddie were together, because now… they were going to regret it. Eddie was originally joking about making out in Family Video to get revenge on the boys, but when you two walked in there a couple of days after the incident at your house, Steve and Dustin were being unnecessarily obnoxious about the whole thing.

“Ew, they probably do it in his van! Burn it!” Steve exclaimed, Dustin making a gagging sound.

“And at the Hellfire Club table, gross!” Dustin added.

“We came in here for a movie, not for this shit show.” You told the pair of idiots.

“That’s what you get for dating him,” Steve said, breaking your last straw.

“That’s it.” You warned, grabbing Eddie and pushing him against the counter, kissing him as hard as you could. Eddie flipped you around, your back now against the counter, and his hands made their way to your waist. Your lips moved aggressively in sync, Steve and Dustin basically screaming at you both.

“STOP IT! YOU ARE DISGUSTING!”

“BURN IT, BURN IT NOW! AHHH!” Dustin screamed. You and Eddie continued to make out, Steve finally pulling Eddie off of you.

“I hate you so much right now!” Steve shouted at you.

“That’s what you get for going through my shit and being an asshole about my boyfriend!” You yelled back.

“I really don’t see the issue.” Steve retorted. You looked at Eddie, you both nodding at each other. Eddie grabbed you once more, attaching his lips to yours. “NO! OKAY, WE GET IT! WE SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN SO NOSEY!” Steve surrendered. “WE’RE SORRY!” You broke away from Eddie, smiling in victory. Eddie grabbed your hand, leading you out the door. You turned around and flipped Steve off.

“Do it again and much worse will happen than us making out in here.” You threatened. Steve and Dustin’s faces were filled with horror as you left the store. You and Eddie laughed the whole way to his van and even more once you were inside.

“They’re the worst,” Eddie said.

“Yet the best. At least they care. They’re just dumb-assess.” You replied, laughing.

“If they ruin our first official date tomorrow I will kill them,” Eddie said in a scowling tone.

“Speaking of, where are you taking me?” You questioned.

“It’s a surprise,” Eddie replied, winking. You smiled, and he put his hand on your thigh as he drove back to his place.

Eddie knocked on your front door right at six as he said, and you answered it immediately. Eddie stood there, clearly nervous, holding your favorite flowers. He was wearing what almost seemed like dress pants and a plain black shirt. You only ever saw him in graphic tees.

“Hi.” You greeted, in awe.

“Hi,” Eddie replied, staring at how beautiful you looked in your red jumpsuit that showed the perfect amount of cleavage. “You look gorgeous.”

“You don’t look so bad yourself, handsome. Come in while I put these in water, then we can go.” You told him, taking the flowers and leading him inside. “You didn’t have to get me these. Thank you.” You told him, turning around to kiss him.

“You deserve it.” He responded. You put them in a vase and added them to your desk in your room.

“Ready?”

“Always.”

Eddie drove with his hand on the inside of your thigh again, rubbing his fingers around, giving you chills. When you got to the restaurant, you recognized it immediately.

“Is this where we ordered from the first night we worked on that English project together?” You questioned, smiling like crazy.

“Yeah, I thought it would be perfect.”

“It is.” You agreed, kissing Eddie deeply.

When you walked into the small Chinese restaurant, you and Eddie were seated in a corner booth, and right above it was a picture of Gene Simmons from KISS eating at the restaurant.

“That is so cool,” Eddie said. “That’s actually the only reason I brought you here, because I heard Gene’s been here,” Eddie said sarcastically.

“Shut up!” You joked.

You both talked and joked around while you ate like you always did. You kept looking at the door, just waiting for Steve and Dustin to walk in, even though them figuring out where you were may be too complicated for them. Well, Steve.

“No one knows about this hidden gem, they aren’t going to walk in,” Eddie told you, reading your mind.

“Maybe I’m hoping they do so we can have sex all over Family Video.” You joked.

“They probably think we already have.” You both laughed, and you finished your food while Eddie paid the tab. When you walked out, the cold air hit you, and you wrapped your arms together to keep warm. Eddie noticed and opened up the back of his van, grabbing his jean jacket and handing it to you.

“Gosh, I lo—” You cut yourself off, realizing what you were about to say. Eddie smiled hopefully at you. “Where are we off to next?” You asked, distracting away from what you almost just said.

“Yet another surprise, my beautiful girl.” Eddie opened the passenger door for you, you getting inside.

As Eddie drove, you had no idea where you were heading.

“Is the part where you kill me in the woods?” You joked.

“Yes,” Eddie said, drying. Then turned to you and laughed. Eddie turned onto a beaten path, leading you to what looked like water.

“Is this Lover Lake?”

“Yeah, I’ve been dying to take you here. It’s beautiful.” Eddie explained. When you got out of the van, Eddie opened up the back and pulled out towels, blankets, and a bag. “My friend owns a house here. I figured we could stay the night.” You didn’t hesitate to jump into his arms, kissing him like crazy.

“Lead the way, I’ll go call my parents.”

“This water is going to be freezing.” You said as you and Eddie stood on the edge of the lake, about to skinny dip.

“You only live once, right?” You nodded at Eddie, and you both began taking off your clothes. He grabbed your hand as you jumped in, the cold water giving you shivers. Eddie grabbed you, pulling you to him and you wrapped your legs around his torso. He held you closer, putting his lips on yours. He moved to a more shallow part where he could easily stand and hold you, still submerged in the water.

“This is amazing.” You stated after a few minutes.

“You're amazing,” Eddie responded, looking into your eyes. He suddenly lifted you up, throwing you backward into the water. You swam back up, splashing him.

“Bring it on, Munson!” You swam towards him, and he didn’t even try to swim away, he just let you splash him and jump dramatically in his arms. He carried you bridal style, floating you around the water. You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him in for a kiss.

“Y/N?” Eddie said in a serious tone.

“Yeah?”

“I love you.” A huge smile broke out on your face, and butterflies filled your stomach. He said it.

“I love you too, Eddie.” You replied, pulling him in for a deep kiss.

“You almost said it earlier,” Eddie said, laughing.

“Shut up.” You splashed him again before he brought your lips together once more.

You woke up in Eddie’s arms on the floor in the living room of the house. You were wrapped in blankets, all of your clothes still off. You both didn’t make it to the bed since you began watching TV after you showered, and things went from one thing to another…

“Good morning beautiful,” Eddie said in his morning voice, pulling you closer to him.

“Good morning.” You turned around to face him, kissing his cheek. “Yesterday was the best day ever.” You whispered.

“I couldn’t agree more.”

After a while of cuddling and making out, you both decided to get dressed and head back to town. You wished that you both could stay there forever and just forget the world.

When you got to your house, Eddie came inside with you, and you began making out as soon as you walked through the front door. Good thing your parents were basically never home. Right as Eddie was about to take off your shirt, you hear something fall from somewhere in the house.

“Did you hear that?” You whispered.

“Probably an animal outside,” Eddie whispered back. You began walking towards the kitchen, looking to the side of the house to see Steve’s car.

“Two large idiotic animals.” You said. You bolted to your room, finding Steve and Dustin standing there, trying to fix the frames they knocked off of your dresser. They hadn’t seen you yet, so you decided to scare the shit out of them. “MMM EDDIE THAT FEELS SO FUCKING GOOD!” You moaned. Steve and Dustin jumped so high, causing the frames to fall once more. Terror covered their faces as they saw you standing in the doorway, your eyebrows raised.

“Y/N! Hey! What are you doing back?” Steve asked, trying to sound casual.

“What the fuck are you both doing back in my room?! And how did you get in my house?!” You practically screamed.

“Your mom was on her way out when we got here… we told her we were waiting for you to get back and she said you were with Robin. I knew that was a lie. Then we remembered your date was last night and yeah…” Steve rambled.

“I told you worse things would happen, boys.”

“No, you told us that bad things would happen if we ruined your date, and technically we didn’t do that.” Dustin countered.

“Touche.”

“You two are ridiculous.” Eddie finally added in after standing at the door, watching you lay into the boys. “We are defiantly having sex all over Family Video now.”

“PLEASE DON’T!” Steve shouted.

“Will you stop breaking into my room and invading my personal life and just let me be happy?” You questioned.

“Yes! We promise!” Dustin exclaimed.

“Woah, I never did,” Steve said. Dustin hit his arm really hard, causing Steve to wince. “Okay, we promise.”

“Now get the fuck out, seriously this time.” The boys said their apologies and walked out the door.

“Let’s just move to another country.” You told Eddie as he wrapped his arms around you.

“I think they’d find us there too,” Eddie said, laughing.

“Little shits.” You mumbled. “I would like to believe they do it out of love, but I think they’re just mental.”

“Oh, absolutely deranged.”

“Wanna go back to what we were going to do when we walked in the door?” You questioned. Eddie pulled you closer, aggressively kissing your lips.

“Abso-fucking-lutely.”
