theres this lady at work that no body, lets say, has had a pleasant experience with. Im in a group chat that is solely for this lady and we are waiting for her to be fired, one of my coworkers even made a google form professionally written, like you would not think guy has typed up this form, everyone is so dead serious about getting this woman off of our team…but in a way I kinda…feel bad? I mean, she is kinda of a b i g g o t but then i guess its the kind person in me that kinda feels wrong about it? Like idk, after her warning if she keeps it up I wont feel as bad ig. I just finished my second reread of DT and it just keeps getting better every time. It's so good and cute and hot and i love it. I don't want to put any pressure on you but i know you mentionned a sequel at some point, is that still a thing and if so can I het a hint regarding what it would be about? Strangely, I think Jess in chilton is very easy to visualize :)

it’s definitely something i’m still cooking up in my head and ruminating on, but if i did write it, it’d focus on them in college (tho i need to figure out how i could make it different enough from lux to still be engaging), paris and jess’s relationship with flo, and just. jess and rory being idiots yk. also THANK U SO MUCH weirdly enough i thought the same thing when i was writing it? like imagining him in his little chilton uniform is so easy and it’s soooooo cute i love he <3

Ducktales ended on Ides of March

If I read it correctly, that it ended on March 15th, 2021, that means while tumblr was celebrating the death of Julius Ceasar, some of us were crying of the end of Ducktales. And ended up being a few minutes late to class. (It's me, I was a few minutes late cuz I was busy crying)

I had an idea for a one-off Rise episode plot and just wanted to quickly sketch up some visuals for it.

The plot goes as follows: Donnie attempts to invent a cloning machine and, due to some kind of science-y mishap, ends up cloning himself...a lot. But there's a catch to this - the clones aren't exact copies of Donnie, they each possess just ONE of the various facets of his personality (i.e. brainy, broody, sarcastic, passionate, dramatic, mischievous, etc.) and a small portion of his mystic powers. Don tries his darnedest to keep the whole situation under wraps while he searches for a way to fix it, but some of the more rambunctious Donnies quickly escape and begin stirring up trouble in the Lair, so it doesn't stay a secret for very long. To make matters worse - the real Donnie starts to slowly disappear (something having to do with his existence being divided among the Donnies or blahblahblah fake science explanation). So, while he and the scientist Donnies continue to look for a way to reverse the cloning effect, his brothers and Co. set to work gathering up all the other Donnies so they can put them back where they belong and keep Donnie Prime™ from vanishing.

Hilarity, wholesomeness (and some mild angst) ensues.

popcorn is not good. the texture is weird and the taste is bland

physical books > ebooks

both characters suck but if i had to choose,, team jacob > team edward

country music isn't bad (even though i rarely listen to it personally)

winter > summer

90% of the time it would make more sense for a child's last name to be from whoever gave birth to them / the primary caregiver

drinks are better when they aren't fizzy

the taylor swift vs beyoncé debate is so stupid because those two artists' strengths are so different. beyonce is a better singer, performer and dancer, and taylor is better at songwriting and curating eras. they're my top 2 favourite singers and that argument makes me soo mad

albums shouldn't be more than like 15 songs long,, because if there is too much content most of the time it doesn't have a clear message and it likely has a lot of filler (it's fine to add more tracks on deluxe versions though)

the best music came from like 2010-2016

one of the memorable parts of DT was the interactions between Max and Jess (the scene where Jess finds out that teachers actually pairs students up in the hopes they’ll date is so funny) but I loved reading Maxs rec letter about Jess and just the idea of an adult like max really believing in Jess is so :’)

SAME HERE that was one of my absolute favorite parts about writing DT. i think it’s one of those things that makes it a little… idk unique? but anyway their relationship is so special to me and i wanted to give jess as many father figures and cheerleaders as possible bc it’s what he deserves <3
