As I constantly tell my daughter, a little bit every day, goes a long way. Just taking one step at a time and doing the small thing. The first thing. The human thing. The thing that you can do, is huge! Music taught me this better than almost anything else in life. You don’t start learning how to play the violin by already knowing how to perfectly hold it and how to perfectly give just the right amount of weight to the bow. You learn it. Bit by bit, practicing one small basic thing at a time, every day for years before you achieve your goal of actually being able to play your instrument. And even though I know this, for some strange reason anything that I have in my heart to do, that I love, I put off all too often. I put off taking that very first step because I want it to be perfect. So when it came to hydroponics I was so grateful that there was a company who made it easy to take that first step. I wanted to figure it all out myself for years and I wanted to grow my own food inside with computers running everything. 😊 I will never forget talking to a hydroponic veteran and asking him what he thought about a new system that I was interested in. I told him I had no experience Hydroponics yet. His reply was what I needed to hear. “You just have to start.” And that’s exactly what I did. @gardyntech made a dream come true for me, that I wanted for all of my adult life. Still doing something everyday I have just been lazy to edit and post my mini workouts, in this post I show 4 days combined in one post. I hurt my back two days ago I got sciatic nerve pain I might not be doing things as hard as I do sometimes but I will still manage to do something. I just came to realization that I am the type of person who do things consistently or almost nothing. For example, if I don't cheat on my diet I stay on track for years, if I cheat one day it would turn into weeks maybe months of cheating. another example, if I start watching a show I cannot stop until I watch all episodes so I prefer not to watch shows because would not be able to stop.
