Today’s blank page corner is a rough draft spread from Hori!

It’s kind of neat seeing how he sketches the rough before getting it approved and returning to properly sketch it out. To show the final panels in comparison:

Yeha, most of this stayed the same, but the fourth and fifth panels on the left page ended up being side by side instead of one on top of the other. Definitely agree it’s better in terms of use of space, since otherwise it seems like the two panels would have had some more dead space. 

It does look a little goofy in the sketch, but knowing what it represents is still like. Huh. Even this much effort put into the sketches is impressive, and more than I can do with art. 

Hori’s commentary on dealing with roughs is also very valid. And please, universe, give this man some more time to rest. He needs it (cry).

I kinda want a face claim for Ariel, Vee’s persona. I don’t want her to be the disney Ariel though.

This Ariel would be a more daring Ariel. She is kind, yet brave. Her curiosity is her strongest trait, which is also her weakness. However, even though curiosity killed the cat, satisfaction always brings it back.

The way Ariel acts could easily be considered childish, when really she just likes causing mischief. She is quite the prankster, after all. She can also be pretty naive to a lot of things, and ponders quite often about things.

I just want a face claim for her that can allow her to express such things. Maybe a character who’s personality is similar??? (thats what i usually do for face claims after making the character. I find that its accurate that way) Maybe I can make a sideblog for Ariel and other major people in Vee’s life (some of her family, her closest friends) for you guys to interact with??? I don’t want to make this a mutimuse blog since Vee is my beloved child and I want the focus to be on just her.

Speaking of sideblogs, I’m in the middle of making a nyaice (nyaice) sideblog that would be my personal blog! It’s bunyoom if you want to follow, but there is nothing on there for now

Also as stated above, i feel like my blog is becoming an ask blog instead of an rp blog.
