Dinaurian Siblings Brunto and Stega

Fueled by Revenge, Intent on Purification, By Dromia’s Will

“To be Dinaurian is to represent perfection. Yes, an ideal world, the place that our people have dreamed of creating for countless generations, we will be the ones to finally embody that vision!”

“And as for you? Well… as it happens, you have no place existing in our ideal world….”

Brunto and Stega are dinaurian siblings, a pair working as spies who hide from mankind and dinaurians alike. As they go about their objective, they use equipment that was developed by their late mother, a mad scientist named Dromia. Dromia never made it to Earth, but unbeknownst to anyone else her two children did. Now that Brunto and Stega have awakened, they’re intent on picking up right where their mother left off when she was killed.

The siblings, themselves, don’t have much choice in the matter, anyways. They link directly with their advanced suits and technology through a port inside of their brains (very similar to another character of mine).

As Brunto and Stega conduct their plans and carry out their objective, they always keep themselves hidden, using their technology to their benefit. Because of their mother’s death, they won’t rest until they’ve eliminated humanity. Even more important than that, though, is that they achieve their revenge against all dinaurians, King Dynal, and one final girl who shouldn’t even be alive anymore…

For their battle forms, rather than transforming into a vivosaur Brunto and Stega use their suits for combat. All of their equipment they use to fight was also originally developed by Dromia, but Stega, being the one with immense technical knowledge, has made some improvements on the design since, including a holographic invisibility-cloak interface.

Using an old tissue sample previous thought to have been destroyed, Brunto and Stega’s objective involves creating a miniaturized (but still massive) version of Guhnash, an advanced copy to be used as a tool of destruction! This “improved” version takes traits from all three of its previous brains, since now its actions are able to be remotely controlled.

This “new Guhnash is 50 meters long (roughly the height of the Leaning Tower of Pisa). Like the original, its entire body functions as a living weapon, although the previous weakness of its 3 brains has now been remedied. If Brunto and Stega are able to complete its construction, it will surely reign a vengeful wave of benevolent terror over the entire Earth…

There is one thing, or rather, one person with the power to stop them, though. Our heroes just have to realize who that is first…

OH WHATS THIS?? Spit’s posting Fossil Fighters in 2022?? (Kinda)

Okay so,, last year I tried doing this thing where I designed Dinaurians based off of the TFP cast (a classic case of two different forms of brainrot lining up to make a crossover thing that makes no logical sense) mostly because I thought it’d be fun to design some prehistoric critters based off of these guys, but also because I was on a HUGE Dinaurian kick. Unfortunately, the only designs I somewhat finished before I got distracted was Soundwave and Knockout. I did have sketches for the rest of the Decepticons however!

Okay so for Soundwave, I had trouble deciding on his battle form where I couldn’t decide if I wanted to make him a Therizinosaurus or a Quetzalcoatlus mostly because I wanted something that had either long claws or wings to mimic his weird ass long arms (that are actually wings in alt mode) I eventually settled on Quetzalcoatlus because they’re freaky looking, had flight capabilities, and the whole wing arm thing. (I know there’s inaccuracies with the design since Azhdarchids didn’t have teeth. I just thought it would be a freaky addition <3) also thought that a pterosaur battle form would be pretty unique. I think I had some minimal backstory stuff too where the guy lost his arms during the destruction of their home planet, hence the prosthetic limbs.  I’ll be posting Knockout next!

Here is Caephys! When I was a child I like SWORE against ever making a character who was part of a story's, like... main, canon events.

As an adult now I think that's actually the coolest, and it's very funny thinking back to how 12 year old me would hate characters like Caephys. They are a well-known Dinaurian engineer, who was key in perfecting the Stone Sleep revival technology before the Dinaurian home planet was destroyed. They would for sure be familiar with other influential figures like Dynal and all that, but their rather mild personality is perhaps a surprise coming from someone so well renowned.

Caephys was a favorite during Art Fight! They're one of my favorite Dinaurian designs that I own... luv this guy. Their battle form is supposed to vaguely resemble a pachycephalosaur, but I also try to somewhat mimic the style of the FF models for these, soooo... turned out kinda weird but I'm ok with it!

Here’s Duna! I originally started this painting because I noticed there was a lack of art depicting Duna with scales, and then I realized that I’m an artist and I could depict her with scales! But after just doing the face, I realized it would take foreverrrr, so now I know why there’s not really any art depicting her with scales.
