really rubs me the wrong way how nickisnotgreen uses freak as a way to describe “bad” people he talks about on his channel. like this is how queer people and disabled people have historically been described, and some of us have reclaimed it, but its still a really loaded word. and disappointing to hear from him.

DARK/WEIRD THEME AGAIN YAYYYY All artists are credited! Check them out on insta. Also I couldn't get this song out of my head and I realized the other day I physically don't know how to relax so here we are. I didn't realize this was intuitive until I started, granted it's 5 am. Happy Chomping!
1. Eat more. You may put yourself on restrictive diets or have trouble with eating and have a tumultuous relationship with food. If you think you need help with these relationships, it would be the best self care to get it. Whether through getting a better doctor (some doctors are quite fatphobic and lazy in their practice tbh) or seeing a therapist and nutritionist. I think this is something you focus on, even if you don't want to. This year may present opportunities for you to change and if you want to start alone, the best thing would be trying to get over your potential fear of food. I'm not going to be specific bc that can be very triggering but just know there are online sources out there that aren't toxic and people go into recovery everyday.
2. Being more present. I knowwww you've probably heard that so many times and people are never fucking specific but I'll be for you: going outside more, moving around more so you can be in your body more, not focusing on the future, distracting yourself less, seeking more physical stimulantion, etc. I think you get the drift. Paying more attention to your body since of you may be connected to group one where you ignore signals you're body gives you whether it's being hungry, needing to shit, being thirsty or tired, etc.
3. Oh you're the opposite of pile 2. You need more mental stimulantion and possibly emotional as well. Honestly getting into more emotional things idk how to describe like watching tv shows or movies more, reading fiction. I think your day to day is always the same and it's really taking a toll on you. I think these are easy ways to incorporate some newness into your routine although I think a lot of you take prode in having or like rigid schedules. You don't and shouldn't be productive all the time. Like I heavily get you're missing out on fandoms and people you could relate to because you don't indulge in pop culture like that.
4. Something with the body specifically changing your clothing and/or skin. Basically changing and taking more interest in your outward appearance. I think you all already do, but I feel you can take it a bit step further especially if there are things you've been wanting to try out. Some of you might want to try body art like literal body painting or getting tattoos. Just something that has to do with having you're body in particular you're whole physical appearance involved. This is very much visual based nothing physical like dancing or working out more. If you've been wanting to dress more traditionally for you're culture in particular, this could bring you a lot of happiness and could be very fun for you.
