On average how long does it take an Ordo Xenos inquisitor to regret calling in a deathwatch kill team instead of just asking for more stormtroopers? Is it usually before or after one of the marines mistakes a dog for a Tarellian and unloads a bolter into it?
It’s somewhere between the first exotic goldfish being killed with a krak grenade and Captain Artemis flying into a genocidal rage at the sight of “xenos etchings” (a game of naughts and crosses on the pavement) that an Inquisitor usually experiences the most succinct sense of regret.

One of my first completed minis. Kinda terrible, kinda not that bad. It's Chyron of the Lamenters from the Deathwatch novels.

sketchpage with Medij Arr, my Carcharodons' techmarine in the Deathwatch campaign I'm playing.
Carcharodons keep their techmarines close; odd how Medij was sent away to Deathwatch... there is a reason for that.
