I’ve seen your twitter works of your oc’s; Celeste, Christopher, Suniki, ect. And they look EPIC AND AMAZING AND PHENOMENAL AND FANTASTIC AND AAAAAHHHH, SO GOOD!!!!

I need to know everything about your oc’s and if they have stories and thier inspo and everything! What do you use for art, where do you come up with oc ideas, do you write, how did you start drawing because YOURE SO GOOOOOOD!! AAAHHH, I’m OBSESSED!!!

Gosh I have too much to say. First the easy questions! I use Clip studio paint pro, and an ipad pro 12 inch (2020 edition I think)! And yes I do write! Like once in a blue moon though haha, I much prefer to draw, and most of the time I update the lore so quickly the writing doesn't make sense anymore hahaa

Inspo is a lot, at first it was Percy Jackson and RWBY but that was a long time ago. Now I'd say the plot is more inspired my Puella Magi Madoka Magica (anime). Characters themselves I'm not too sure, just a lot of everything. They've lived in my head for so many years I can't put anything for definite down on paper for inspo haha.

First i'd have to introduce Celeste and Cassandra, who are my main character you could call it. Celeste is Queen of Feu (desert Kingdom in my world), she's very focused on helping others and is selfless to a fault. She is very anxious though, and she has autism (very heavily based off my own). She has the gift of plant manipulation and summoning! Celeste is a Lesbian and is asexual! Her and Cas are in a relationship. Celeste's father died when she was young, and her sister committed a couple years later, her mother is still alive though (although Cas's family spend their time trying to wipe out the whole family)

Then you have Cassandra! Cas is very closed off, she's very cold to everyone outside Celeste and Suniki. She's more selfish, but to an extent, she's based off Homura from Madoka. She came from an awful family, and made a deal with a God, receiving time magic. Her magic is very linear though, its like unravelling a thread, she draws herself back to a point, erasing what has happened. She can't go forward, only backwards. She also can't rewind to a time before she received the magic. She fell in love with Celeste and her whole goal (similar to Homura) is to save Celeste from dying. She's the most complicated of my characters. Cassandra is demi romantic. She has an insane back story, but I'll explain that another time maybe haha it's too much

Next there's Suniki! She's Celeste best friend, she grew up with Celeste. She also ends up being quite good friends with Cas. She moved into the castle when she was a kid, due to her stepfather gaining a high position, right after her mother pasted. She's very upbeat and energetic, and she loves a good laugh. She's bi and poly, and has two partners Edris and Onyx! Suniki has a fire summoning and manip gift! Her back story is inspired from the song dead mom from beetlejuice haha

Then we have Christopher. He's.. I'll say he's very morally grey. He's not a villian or evil, he's just bitter and was raised in bad circumstances. Cassandra tends to beef with him a lot, due to him in previous timelines being the one to harm, or kill Celeste. Chris doesn't like the royals, or anyone who lives in the castle, due to his perseption of them. He was poor, and any money they received to help with that, his mother spent on booze. Chris was hired by the castle though, he needed the money so he accepted the job, and it got him out of the place he lived, out of his mother's life. He has the power to manipulate the body, making him an excellent healer (but also making him good at killing). He has a younger sister named Angel who is selectively mute. He's aroace (the couldn't be less intrested kind)

Then we have some side characters! I won't go into too much detail. But we got Onyx, he's blind but has the power of a perfect memory. He has a guide dog named ilay (eye-lay). And we also have Edris! Edris is cousin to Celeste. He's genderfluid and uses he/she pronouns. She has the power of water manipulation

I have so many other characters that you might see me post. Like people from Celestes family, or even Cas's. There are too many details to write in one post hahaha

Also for how I started drawing. I picked up a pencil and obsesivly drew dragons for three years, then i made human OCs and drew them obsessively, that and fanart. Haha. It's a lot of work, art is so hard, and I can't be bothered studying so my anatomy is kinda eh, but I enjoy it and that's all that matters :))))) I'm no where near where I want to be, but that's okay, because I'll continue to improve, even if it's slow :)))))

skulduggery & wife headcanons post

for anyone not familiar with my trash headcanons, my name for skul’s wife is demelza bc it got infuriating just calling her ‘skul’s wife’

also this may be the longest post i have ever come up with holy shit this is the result of like 45 messages to @tanzani-coil on skype

OK SO

- she's like, 19. she's training as a medic bc the war has opened up all these job spots and she wants to put by a little money. she figures in like, a couple hundred years, she'll have enough saved to keep her father comfortable when he's old

- her father takes her to work with him in this "hospital" thats been converted from a tavern in an occupied town bc there are just. this is the front line and there are so many wounded soldiers. so many. and shes just. ?????? kind of overwhelmed, i guess bc she's 19 and she's holding the hand of a guy who just got his leg blown off by an enemy energy thrower and he dies half an hour later and what is this?

- and anyway at some point the dead men turn up with skulduggery who’s just been rescued from somewhere and is in a Bad Way bc he is Reckless and got himself captured by fighting too far from the rest of the group - they bring him in and professor grouse deals with the serious shit like the broken ribs and the fractured cheekbone and the dislocated shoulder and then kind of leaves demelza to deal with the small shit, bc he has other patients who need Serious Care

- so demelza gets to clean up the lacerations and the bruises and whatnot and while she's doing that she kind of looks at him and he's cute. she thinks he's kind. like there's no way to explain why , she just thinks he looks like he's a nice guy. and she wonders what the hell got him into this war

- and anyway at some point he wakes up, is like, barely conscious, she gives him water and he holds her wrist so tight she thinks he might break it and asks where he is. so she tells him like. you're safe. you're in the hospital. you're home. your friends are outside. and skulduggery gives her a goofy drugged up smile bc he's on those morphine leaves and he's sky high atm and goes "when i saw you i thought it might be heaven"

- and she just. DUDE? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TERRIBLE YOU LOOK RIGHT NOW AND YOU'RE FLIRTING WITH ME ? IT WASNT EVEN A GOOD LINE and like. she's equal parts endeared and exasperated by him?

- he needs a lot of supervision while he’s healing. like skulduggery doesnt rest easy at this point in his life, he needs to be on the go and he gets bored rly easily and if she doesnt watch him he'll be trying to get out of bed and wander off. and bc magic medicine is not yet at the point that his ribs can be fixed in an hour, he needs to stay in bed

- so she develops like. strategies for dealing with him. she brings him books or sits on the side of his bed and plays quill-and-paper games with him she asks him about the war, expecting him to be just as smug and to elaborate as much as all the other guys who've tried to pick her up with their war exploits but like. he tells his stories with humour, they're funny, but he never glamorizes what he does and she likes that?

- she always comes in to say goodnight to him before she goes home for the evening, every time she does he cheekily asks her for a kiss and she smacks his arm and tells him like "you cad, general" and then says goodnight and goes home. one night she gives him one, bc he's had a bad day and she can tell he's exhausted and in more pain than usual bc he moved around too much the day before and he just looks miserable so she kisses him on the forehead to cheer him up

- at some point, he starts asking her to call him skulduggery bc he fully intends on courting this girl and ‘general’ is just so formal

- she gives him something of hers? at some point? like its insignificant, its like a handkerchief or something, and she said he could keep it. he sleeps with it in his hand and when he has nightmares he holds it up to his face and breathes in her scent and it calms him down some

THEN

- once he's healed, she kind of doesnt expect to see him again? but he turns up to walk her home from work like she's a lady or something and she hooks her arm through his and whatever basket or whatnot she's carrying he'll take for her and he walks her back to her father's house and then says goodnight at the door, all very above board and respectful

- she's about to let him go, but she's gotten used by now to kissing him on the forehead when she says goodnight so she goes on tiptoes and pulls him down to her level and does the goodnight kiss

- and this goes on for some time

- sometimes he'll bring her presents, jewellery, new dresses, books. she goes through clothes a lot because she gets covered in blood working, so she really appreciates it, it's very sweet of him

- she very much has a crush by this point and is like. idk. just beginning to hope that he might do too? - like soldiers are flirty, she wasnt especially moved by him flirting in the hospital, bc all soldiers will hit on a pretty nurse. but he's entertained this for long enough now that she honestly thought he'd have gotten bored.

- then he doesnt come to get her from work. and he's not there the next day either.

she goes home and cries bc she was stupid to let herself have feelings for him and he's done exactly what she thought he'd do and left her. then she gets a letter a week or so later and feels very stupid bc he's back at the front and " thinking, as always, of you " and she's like :33333333

she keeps his letters in her top drawer tied together with a ribbon and she writes back to him, tells him about her life and the goings-on at her work and how cantankerous her father is these days and just tries to take his mind off the war? by talking about her safe, average, dull life

when he comes home he's back to meeting her from work. she notices he's limping, he shrugs and says he got off lightly, one of the boys in his platoon was blown to bits. she takes his bag for him and they argue over who's walking who home, when they're just out of sight of her house he asks her if he can still have his goodnight kiss or? and she decides, fuck it, pulls him down to her and actually properly kisses him and then promptly flees the scene bc that was highly inappropriate behaviour for a young lady and good god demelza what are you doing

skuldug nearly walks into the path of a carriage twice on his way home bc all he's focusing on is she kissed him
