so someone responded to my post abt my ocs so here are some aesthetics for them!
left: hilly, clone-daughter of hildegard von bingen. she/they, bisexual, has a hopeless crush on joan of arc. has just as much of a propensity for music as her clone-mother. often spends summers at music festivals. gives a lot of advice but it's all very bad.
right: day, clone-son of davy crockett. he/they, gay, has a crush on both abe and jfk. doesn't like his clone-father and wants to be seen as a social media celebrity instead of as a rugged woodsman. one of the most stereotypical leos to exist. needs to be the most attractive person wherever he goes or else he will have a panic attack.

Love that Colin Robinson is confirmed to be queer in the same flavor as the other vampires, although you don’t get to be the gayest things on the block as deemed by your human neighbor by housing a straight man

As requested by the wonderful Wanderly on the Vice board, Elvis in the Daytona with the top down.
I'm sure this is exactly what was intended by that request.
(Lovingly inspired by Piccolo and Goku Taking their Driving Test.)

There’s a meaning behind the crazy design of the courtroom of “The Fix” from s2. Excerpt from “The Making of Miami Vice”
Crockett, dressed in white, is outlined against the dark blue walls of a courtroom. The courtroom furniture, from the tables to the judge’s bench, are gray blocks. Their arrangement creates a labyrinthine effect that reflects Crockett’s bafflement toward the judge who has just sprung a drug dealer. He feels blocked.
Justice has run astray, and his best efforts have been negated. As the camera pans the courtroom, the complex hierarchy of the justice system is apparent. The gray blocks ascend from each side of the room forming a pyramid with the judge seated at its apex… The one-of-a-kind courtroom was created for the episode by VICE art director Jeffrey Howard. It’s design was meant to reflect the action.
“The block are symbolic of the maze of legal codes and procedures, and the fancy footwork required to get through it” Howard explains. “It’s the way our characters perceive the processes of law.” The inspiration for the courtroom, oddly enough, came to him while tramping through the verdant jungle of northeastern Guatemala at the ruins of the ancient Mayan city of Tikal. “When I saw the pyramids, it struck me that a courtroom could be built by adapting the hierarchical architecture of these ceremonial edifices.” When he return to Miami for the second season, it wasn’t long before a script called for a courtroom scene. He put his imagination to work.
