Just finished 2.2 and OH MAN the Persona 5 flashbacks were really strong with this one.
Also among all the emotions this quest gave, gotta say the most entertaining bits were hearing Misha call 'Death'/'Dormancy' Sleepie and him and Gallagher basically treating it like one big overly excitable dog (as a dog owner I really feel that, noticing a theme here, Compassie, Clockie, Sleepie...), Blade just being 'Aeons I wish that were me' to Firefly's assignment, Argenti's and Boothill's entire existence in this patch, one of the memories I'll hold closest to my heart will probably be rolling up to the final battle with a team made up of Ratio, Aventurine, Luocha and Trailblazer, and getting to hit Sunday with a train multiple times.

Let’s put some numbers to Jewish fear right now.
In news that I’m sure will thrill all antisemites, it would take startlingly little effort to foment widespread violence against us and cause another genocide of the Jewish people.
I have had many fellow Jews express to me how overwhelming it is to see the rising antisemitism. I have seen many Jews express fear at being drowned out of public, online, and IRL spaces due to dangerously violent vitriol.
I have also seen people who claim to advocate for Palestine—especially western leftists—openly mock Jews who express this fear.
Finally, I and my fellow Jews have often expressed that, while we wholeheartedly support Palestinian freedom and self determination, it is exhausting to have to say so repeatedly, especially when we are trying to advocate for ourselves. This is not due to any latent or widespread hatred of Muslims, Arabs, or Palestinians. It is because we are an extremely maligned and marginalized minority that is fighting to be heard against strong, hostile forces that at best wish we’d shut up and at worst want us eradicated from the planet.
There is a disconnect about how much harm people can do to Jews by spreading antisemitism and refusing to dismantle their own internalized antisemitism—and everyone has internalized antisemitism. It is one of the oldest forms of prejudice in the world and is found in almost every single culture. It is as, if not more, pervasive than white privilege. Yes. You read that right. And if asked to elaborate, I will provide numbers on that to the best of my ability. For the purposes of this post, however, I want to focus on the global distribution of religious groups only.
Specifically, this disconnect is between Jews who are fully aware and feel the affects of this damage and goyim who simply do not comprehend our marginalization.
To help, let’s put some numbers to this. In this post, I’ll be using the Pew Research Center’s survey and findings on the Global Religious Landscape. This is the most recent data from a reputable source that I could find which surveyed every world religion at the same time. While the Jewish population has grown slightly in the intervening years, so have most (if not all) other religious populations around the globe. I wanted to use figures measured at the same time to avoid bias for or against any religious group.
For the purposes of this post, I will not be discussing folk religions or other religions. This is not because they are not important. This is because they are not a monolith and individual folk religions and other religions may have even fewer adherents per religion than Judaism. I am currently only focusing on religions and religious groups who have more adherents than Judaism.
In descending order of adherents, there number of people in the world belonging to these groups:
2,200,000,000 (2.2 Billion) Christians
1,600,000,000 (1.6 Billion) Muslims
1,100,000,000 (1.1 Billion) Religiously unaffiliated people
1,000,000,000 (1 Billion) Hindus
500,000,000 (500 Million) Buddhists
14,000,000 (14 Million) Jews
Reduced to the simplest fractions there are:
1100 Christians for every 7 Jews
800 Muslims for every 7 Jews
550 Religiously unaffiliated people for every 7 Jews
500 Hindus for every 7 Jews
250 Buddhists for every 7 Jews
Combined, there are 6,400,000,000 non-Jewish people in religions or religious groups (including religiously unaffiliated people).
This means that for every 7 Jews there are 3200 people in religious groups who outnumber us.
Jews are 0.2 % of the global population.
When we tell you that hate is dangerous, it is because…
It would only take 0.21% of 6.4 Billion people to hate us in order to completely overwhelm and outnumber every single Jewish person on the planet. In other words, only 67.2 out of every 3200 people.
And given how violent and aggressive people have become toward us in recent weeks, that doesn’t seem far off.
No, most Christians, Muslims, Atheists/Agnostics, Hindus, and Buddhists do NOT hate Jews.
But if even 0.21% of them do hate us, Jews are at a legitimate and terrifying risk of ethnic cleansing and genocide.
It is not possible for Jews alone to fight this rising tide of hate. There simply aren’t enough of us. And many of us are too scared to tell you the truth: if you don’t vocally and repeatedly stand up for Jews (and not just the ones you agree with) you will be complicit in the genocide that follows. Police your own communities.
Nobody acting in good faith is asking you to abandon Palestinians or their fight for self determination and equality in their homeland. All we are asking is for you to learn about antisemitism, deconstruct it in yourself, and loudly condemn it when it occurs in front of you. We are asking you to comfort us and not run away when we are scared or even angry at you. Because a lot of us are angry with you, because we are extremely scared right now and many of you are not helping us. Many of you are actively and carelessly spreading dogwhistles that further the global rise in hatred against us.
You can support Palestine AND avoid Islamophobia WITHOUT making antisemitism worse. But you can’t stop antisemitism by staying silent in the face of it. And if you don’t speak up, you will get us killed. Silence, in this case, is quite literally violence.
Many of us have armed guards posted at our synagogues and schools and community centers because of this. I certainly had times where my synagogue and school had to have armed security for our safety.
The only reason more of us haven’t died already is because we have millennia of experience in confronting this kind of hatred and guarding against it.
But in pure numbers, if you don’t speak up for us now, we don’t have a chance at survival without support.
So, what can you do, specifically?:
* Make a stand or public statement about condemning antisemitism without mentioning another group. Acknowledge Jewish fear, pain, and current danger without contextualizing it in someone else’s. It could literally be something as simple as “Antisemitism is bad. There’s never a reason for it. I won’t tolerate it in presence in real life or online.” If you cannot bring yourself to publicly make this statement, you should have a serious look at yourself to understand why you can’t.
* Learn about the six universal features of antisemitism and the many, various dog whistles affecting the global Jewish community
* Do not welcome people who espouse rhetoric that includes any features from the above bullet point in your community unless you are able to educate them and eliminate that behavior.
* Check in on your Jewish friends, regularly and repeatedly. Do not wait for them to reach out to you. They are scared of you. Even if you don’t have the emotional space to have conversations about antisemitism. Just send a message once in a while, unprompted, “Jfyi, antisemitism still sucks. I support you.”
* Redirect conversations about which “side” is “right” to how to attain peace. Do this by saying that this line of argument is not conducive to peace, and link to a well-respected organization not widely accused of either antisemitism or Islamophobia that is devoted to achieving a peaceful resolution, increasing education, or providing humanitarian aid to relevant affected groups—including Jews, Israelis, Palestinians, Muslims, and Arabs. You can find over 160 such organizations at the Alliance for Middle East Peace https://www.allmep.org/
* Look to support experienced groups without widespread and verifiable claims of prejudice against either Jews or Muslims or Arabs or Palestinians. Many of these organizations can also be found at the AllMEP link above. Avoid groups on the shit list as well as unproductive and harmful movements.
* Do not default to western methods of political demonstration. Specifically, protests are not useful in attaining peace in western nations at this time. Israelis and Palestinians can and should protest to the best of their abilities in Israel and Palestine so as to pressure their own governments. However, protests in western nations have proven to be poorly regulated and to further the spread of bigoted rhetoric and violence against Jews, Muslims, Arabs, and Palestinians. Furthermore, there are nearly as many Palestinians in the world as there are Jews. It is extremely easy and common for the voices of bad actors and bigots on all sides to completely drown out Jewish and Palestinian voices and concerns at these events.
* Spend more time listening and learning than speaking and acting. Anyone who tells you this conflict is simple is someone who is lying to you. Take the time to learn the ways in which your actions and words can get people hurt before joining the fray.
* Stop demonizing Zionism as a concept, even if you disagree with it. Understand that it is a philosophy with many different movements that often conflict with each other. The Zionism practiced by Netanyahu and the Likud party is NOT representative of most Zionists or interpretations of Zionism. It is an extremist form of Zionism known as Revisionist Zionism.
* Don’t deny Jewish indigeneity to the levant. It doesn’t help Palestine and hurts Jews by erasing our physical and cultural history as well as erasing the Jews who remained in Israel even through widespread diaspora.
* KEEP THE HOLOCAUST OUT OF YOUR MOUTH
Things That Are Always OK
* Denouncing Antisemitism loudly and publicly
* Denouncing Islamophobia loudly and publicly
* Telling your Jewish and Muslim and Arab friends you support them and won't abandon them
* Elevating the work of respected, widely accepted people and organizations devoted to attaining peace for all, rather than just one group of people.
* Develop media literacy
* Understand what aspects of the current western leftist movements Jews are criticizing, rather than assuming our criticisms are motivated by hatred for Palestine or Palestinians.
* Expressing sorrow for civilian deaths regardless of religion or nationality.
* When you are not Jewish and you share a post about antisemitism from a Jewish person, please say you’re a goy. This isn’t because you’re not welcome to share. This is because it is indescribably comforting to know we aren’t just talking amongst ourselves and screaming into the void. Let us know you are supportive of us. It doesn’t mean that you or we hate Palestine or Palestinians or that we oppose their full and equal rights in our shared homeland.

As the escalation of the conflict extends to its 19th day, a staggering 2.2 million people are now in urgent need of food. Prior to the hostilities, 104 trucks a day would deliver food to the besieged Gaza Strip, one truck every 14 minutes.
Despite 62 trucks of aid being allowed to enter southern Gaza via the Rafah crossing since the weekend, only 30 contained food and in some cases, not exclusively so. This amounts to just one truck every three hours and 12 minutes since Saturday.
[...]
International Humanitarian Law (IHL) strictly prohibits the use of starvation as a method of warfare and as the occupying power in Gaza, Israel is bound by IHL obligations to provide for the needs and protection of the population of Gaza. In 2018, the UN Security Council adopted resolution 2417, which unanimously condemned the use of starvation against civilians as a method of warfare and declared any denial of humanitarian access a violation of international law. Oxfam said that it is becoming painfully clear that the unfolding humanitarian situation in Gaza squarely fits the prohibition condemned in the resolution.
Clean water has now virtually run out.  It’s estimated that only three litres of clean water are now available per person – the UN said that a minimum of 15 litres a day is essential for people in the most acute humanitarian emergencies as a bare minimum. Bottled water stocks are running low and the cost of bottled water has already surged beyond the reach of an average Gaza family, with prices spiking fivefold in some places. A spokesperson for the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNWRA) pointed out that some of the food aid allowed in - rice and lentils - is useless, because people do not have clean water or fuel to prepare them.
A series of airstrikes have left several bakeries and supermarkets either destroyed or damaged. Those that are still functional, can’t meet the local demand for fresh bread and are at risk of shutting down due to the shortage of essentials like flour and fuel. Gaza’s only operative wheat mill is redundant due to the power outages. The Palestinian Water Authority says Gaza's water production is now a mere 5 percent of its normal total, which is expected to reduce further, unless water and sanitation facilities are provided with electricity or fuel to resume its activity.
Notably, essential food items, like flour, oil and sugar, are still stocked in warehouses that haven’t been destroyed. But as many of them are located in Gaza city, it is proving physically impossible to deliver items due to the lack of fuel, damaged roads and risks from airstrikes.
The electricity blackout has also disrupted food supplies by affecting refrigeration, crop irrigation, and crop incubation devices.  Over 15,000 farmers have lost their crop production and 10,000 livestock breeders have little access to fodder, with many having lost their animals. Oxfam said that the siege, combined with the airstrikes, has crippled the fishing industry with hundreds of people who rely on fishing losing access to the sea.

Okay but why is Gaza surrounded by a heavily military guarded wall? What is the justification for basically segregation or worst case a concentration camp? (I only feel comfortable calling it that because I’ve seen Jewish people do so) What is the justification for turning off electricity, stopping food import, turning off the water and stopping fuel import and cutting off humanitarian aid. What’s the justification for dropping 6000+ bombs in one week? Is it all to get to Hamas? It’s fucked that 2.2 million people half of which are under 18 must suffer for the actions of others.
Before you try to find the right comparator term for Gaza, make sure that you are seeing it the way it actually is - not the way the minders attached to every cameraman want you to see it.
Blocking fuel makes sense - Hamas leaders need it for ventilation in their tunnels, without it they can't maintain large populations underground. Water, food, aid, etc. have all been turned back on.
Having a hard barrier between two nations that aren't on good terms (3 in this case, because Egypt) likewise makes sense.
But it didn't used to be this way. The wall went up in 1994. Before then, even all the way through the First Intifada, there was minimal border control and people could drive more or less unhindered from Gaza through Israel into the West Bank. Israel hardened the border in response to the terror attacks that (successfully) aimed at neutralizing the Oslo Accords. Israel totally evacuated in August 2005, with just the barrier wall but none of the other measures we see today. When Hamas took control in June 2007 (thanks to some despicable interference by George W. Bush, second worst president ever), refused to renounce their charter goal of total Jewish genocide, and began firing missiles, Israel then locked in the naval blockade and the degree of intense control that we see to this day.
Time and time again, Jewish people take steps to make it harder to kill them - and the people trying to kill them complain that now their lives are made harder. All of this could have been negotiated away.
I could not swear in court that I believed all the strikes and bombings by Israel right now are militarily justifiable. I am accustomed to them blowing up legitimate military targets, blowing up missile launchers that are in civilian areas, with all the casualties that comes along with that. But the current leadership has thrown away all trust and confidence. There have been multiple reports from high-placed U.S. authorities within the Israeli press (as in, leaked by Americans to Israeli journalists with the full knowledge it would go public) that "you don't have a plan and should slow down."
It is, indeed, fucked. And it is a perfect example of the damages of colonialism, albeit not in the way people usually mean the word. If this were a 1:1 contest between Israel and Palestine, it would have had a peaceful-ish, manageable-ish resolution worked out by now. But enough people in the world keep colonizing the issue with their insistence that Jews must be killed by any means, and enough others with their drive towards special magic prophecies that depend on Jews living here or there, that each side is incentivized away from a diplomatic deal. It is MUCH MORE the Palestinian side incentivized away from that, but this is me being polite.

Prototype Jack (プロトタイプ・ジャック Purototaipu Jakku?, in Russian: Прототип Джек) (P. Jack for short) is a playable robot in the Tekken series of fighting games. Prototype Jack was created and designed by Doctor Bosconovitch as the prototype model of the main Jack series. However, after it was stolen by Heihachi Mishima, it was pitted against the main line of Jacks.

Biography
In search of a new, more devastating, weapon, the Russian military began work on the development of androids - superhuman robots built for the purpose of causing destruction. The first step in production was the prototype model of what was to become a line of military robots, which were named "Jack". The prototype was stolen by Heihachi Mishima and his Mishima Zaibatsu, but Russia was still able to produce their main line of Jack robots without the prototype at hand. With the project a success, the first Jack was entered into the King of Iron Fist Tournament. On learning of this, Heihachi entered Prototype Jack into the tournament to face its upgraded counterpart. Prototype Jack was ultimately destroyed by Jack. A couple of years later, the genius Russian scientist, Doctor Bosconovitch, was kidnapped by the new CEO of the Zaibatsu, Kazuya Mishima. Bosconovitch repaired and updated Prototype Jack. After being remodeled and gaining new abilities, Prototype Jack was entered into the second tournament as a rival to the upgraded Jack robot, Jack-2.
It is unknown what happened to Prototype Jack after this. In the non-canonical Tekken Chronicle, some of Prototype Jack's parts, along with parts from Jack and Jack-2, were used in the creation of Gun Jack.[3] Given that Gun Jack inherited some of Prototype Jack's moves, and was partially built in Mishima Industries where Prototype Jack received its upgrades, it is possible that canonically its remains were indeed dismantled and used in the creation of Gun Jack.
Personality
Despite being a robot, Prototype Jack was able to develop some kind of sentience. As a result of being discarded in favor of the main Jack series, it came to resent the Jacks and their creators - the Russian government. As a result, Prototype Jack is an aggressive character, determined to grow stronger and smarter in order to destroy all of its opposition, especially the Jacks, which it sees as potentially obsoleting it and jeopardizing its utility. While silent in battle with the exception of generic grunts and growls, outside of battle Prototype Jack was very vocal about its thirst for strength and intelligence, and frequently practices its newly-learned abilities to the point of perfection to ensure it will never again be defeated.
Appearance
As a prototype model, Prototype Jack's appearance lacks the finesse of the main line of Jacks. In its original appearance, it lacks a human-like torso and arms; its robotic frame is visible and it possesses a pincer and a drill in place of arms. Prototype Jack has a humanoid head, although it is noticeably damaged, and one of its boots is a metal prosthetic. After being remodeled, Prototype Jack gained a new, more distinctive look. It now looks more like the main line of Jack robots, although it lacks the Jacks' skin-like finish; it instead has a shiny, metallic finish. It also now has a rotating hand, a feature which was expanded upon in later releases, allowing it to spin at the waist also.
Outfits
Main Article: Prototype Jack/Outfits
The original build of Prototype Jack wore only green camouflage pants and left the rest of its robotic body exposed. Its second outfit was a bright metal exoskeleton or suit of lightweight body armor, giving it a Robocop-like appearance. After being remodeled for Tekken 2, Prototype Jack received the same outfit of camouflage pants, tank top and combat boots worn by the main line of Jack robots. While these Jacks sport a distinctive Mohawk hairstyle, Prototype Jack differed by wearing sunglasses and a military cap.
Story
Tekken
Version 1: The prototype for Jack was developed in Russia. Since it was just a step in the production, the skin was removed from the mecha. Prototype Jack (or P. Jack, for short) was built only for power, so his power capacity far surpasses that of the completed Jack. The tournament's sponsor, Heihachi Mishima, has entered P. Jack into the contest in order to pit him against Jack.
Version 2: P. Jack is the experimental version of Jack, which Russia developed. As it is only a prototype model, its mechanics are still evident. Its overall balance is bad, but even so, it possesses a power that far exceeds Jack's own. Heihachi has entered Prototype Jack in the tournament to confront Jack, whom it hates.[4]
Tekken 2
Tekken 2 Prototype Jack's Ending
Version 1: After the first King of Iron Fist Tournament, the remains of the first Prototype Jack unit (a first-stage model of the final Jack model) were repaired after almost being destroyed by Jack's rampaging combat abilities. Upon reactivation, P. Jack complained that his alter-ego had received a refit, and he repeated his complaint until his fuel ran out. Now resting in Kazuya Mishima's laboratory, P. Jack was left untouched for months before a back-up fuel supply reactivated him, and once again he began his constant pleas for a new look. To quiet him, Kazuya gave his captured scientist, Doctor Bosconovitch, the task of remodeling the robot.[citation needed]
With a cunning memory change, the doctor managed to convince P. Jack that his new body afforded him superior protection to Jack's, despite it being only a hat and sunglasses. Kazuya is currently goading P. Jack, demanding more programmed maneuvers in time for The King of Iron Fist Tournament 2. Having repeated his fighting moves over and over (to such an extent that the doctor disconnected P. Jack's voice box), P. Jack now feels his next encounter with Jack will have a much different conclusion.[citation needed]
Version 2: Prototype Jack, an android built for military applications. Prototype Jack solicited Kazuya's assistance with upgrades after learning that only its successor, Jack, was making advances in that area, and for reasons beyond its understanding, Kazuya promptly agrees and has Dr. Bosconovitch comply with the androids request. Unbeknownst to it, the only changes made were to its outer shell, which was now armor plated. Prototype Jack despises both Jack and its developers, namely Russia. Recent overwrites of its own CPU has resulted in memory loss, causing Prototype Jack even more grief.[5]
Ending Description: Prototype Jack traverses a tunnel and emerges from the shadows into a chamber with a vertical opening. P. Jack turns on the boosters in its legs and rises upward, into the sky. As it flies away, it explodes and three screws drop back onto the ground.
Other Appearances
Tekken: The Motion Picture
In Tekken: The Motion Picture, three Prototype Jack robots are programmed to protect the labs in which Lee Chaolan and Heihachi Mishima had their test subjects hidden. There comes a point in time where the three Prototype Jacks and Jack-2, along with Lei Wulong, have a battle in the middle of the lab.
Tekken Tag Tournament
Tekken Tag Tournament Prototype Jack Ending
Prototype Jack appeared in Tekken Tag Tournament as a playable character.
Ending Description: Prototype Jack and Gun Jack are standing facing each other. They nod to each other in unison, then turn to face the screen. They then both lift their arms and fly up into the sky, performing a synchronized version of one of their win poses. This ending takes place at Paul's stage.
Namco X Capcom
Prototype Jack appeared in Namco X Capcom as an enemy character. It first appears in Chapter 14, along with a second Prototype Jack, as part of Waya Hime's army, when she attempts to ambush Bravoman and Jin Kazama.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2
Prototype Jack appeared as a playable character in Tekken Tag Tournament 2, sporting the same look it received in Tekken 2 and the original Tekken Tag Tournament. Its fighting style is very similar to Jack-6's, although it has a slightly different moveset, making use of its rotating hand and torso.
Profile: The first incarnation of the JACK series, developed by Russian engineers. Hoping to be upgraded along with his fellow JACK units, P. Jack had Dr. Bosconovitch add rotating arms and torso, as well as flight capabilities, to his frame. He is generally well-balanced in all regards, but his strength exceeds previously developed JACK units. He runs on gasoline.[6]
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Prototype Jack Ending
Ending Description: An enormous Prototype Jack is being built in a construction lab by many regular Prototype Jacks. A regular Prototype Jack walks toward to the large robot and stares at it. The body of the robot under construction opens and steps descend from its torso. P. Jack enters into the stomach of the robot and sits down at a control panel. It activates the robot and prepares to launch with a countdown while the other Prototype Jacks leave the perimeter. Just as the giant P. Jack launches, a regular Prototype Jack rushes back into frame holding up a large screw. It desperately waving to the pilot in an attempt to get iy to abort the (incomplete) giant P. Jack's launch. The pilot, however, misinterprets the worker's actions as a simple good-bye wave, and does a thumbs up. The Prototype Jacks on the ground are left to watch helplessly as the giant P. Jack launches, rising high into the air before exploding, after which three screws fall back into the hangar.
Gameplay
All Jack robots embody the huge, slow and powerful fighter archetype: they need only a few solid hits to destroy an opponent, but they're very slow and their limited moveset can be predictable, so they require good timing to play well. Jacks deal good damage and possess good pokes and throws, but their real advantage comes from the long range of many of their attacks - most of their punishers are able to hit from afar.
In Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Prototype Jack returned with its moveset changed to be more similar to Jack-6's. There are some differences between the two - Prototype Jack utilizes its spinning limb related moves, while Jack-6 possesses extendable arms - but their core gameplay is essentially the same. Prototype Jack also has moves used by previous Jack models that Jack-6 no longer has.
Fighting Style
While other characters utilize Martial Arts, what Jack robots do is best described as "using brute force to annihilate the opponent", and their fighting style is listed as "Brute Force" accordingly. Prototype Jack is no exception.

Character Relationships
Dr. Bosconovitch - Its original creator and also its remodeler in Tekken 2.
The Jack series - P. Jacks more advanced successors and rivals whom it hates. Defeated by Jack and possibly destroyed by Jack-2.
Kazuya Mishima - Ordered Dr. Bosconovitch to remodel it for Tekken 2.
Heihachi Mishima - Entered P. Jack to fight the main Jack in the first tournament, either for Heihachi's own amusement or as defense against the perceived threat of Jack - although Jack's true target was Kazuya, not Heihachi. It is unclear how Heihachi managed to steal P. Jack from the Russians.
Trivia
General:
Prototype Jack is the only Jack model that doesn't have plutonium blood; instead, it has gasoline in its 'veins'.
P. Jack is also the only Jack robot that has competed in more than one canonical tournament in the Tekken universe, although there is a large difference between its appearance in Tekken and Tekken 2.
Unlike the other earlier Jack models, Prototype Jack is fitted with a rocket booster built into its leg. P. Jack's internal support system can provide up to three "detonations" to the booster.
P. Jack's arm and body are somewhat "loose", as it can spin its hand freely without limitation. This trait has remained unchanged since the first game, when a drill was present in place of its right hand.
Tekken 2
If P.Jack loses a final round in Tekken 2 due to Time Up, it will faint on the continue screen in the same manner as a losing character on Time Up in the original Tekken. This animation also occurs in Tekken Tag Tournament even without a Time Up, and is also used by Roger and Alex in both games.
Tekken Tag Tournament
As of Tekken Tag Tournament, it is shown that P. Jack's left hand and torso can also rotate, as seen in its moves Drill Upper and Tornado Cutter. Gun Jack also retained the spinning hand mechanism when performing the Ground Zero throw; however later models, such as Jack-5, do not have a spinning hand during this move.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2
If Prototype Jack is idle for about six seconds, it will shut down and reboot itself.
Prototype Jack's Tekken Tag Tournament 2 ending is a re-imagining of its Tekken 2 ending.
Prototype Jack, along with Jack-2, Gun Jack, Jaack-4, and Jack-6 are the only Jack robots to appear in more than one game.
Prototype Jack's Item Move has it grab the opponent with a crane and uses it to spin them around before launching them away. This can also be used against mid-air opponents.

Hey how about a futhermocking practice incarnon just to test the waters?
KESTREL INCARNON
Tumblr media
Installing the incarnon adapter onto the Kestrel costs 20 Pathos clamp, 50 Rune Marrow, and 175 Silphsela. Applying the incarnon adapter to the Kestrel instantly doubles its base damage (from 84 to 168) and its critical and status chances (from 10% to 20%)
EVOLUTION 1: Achieve a 6x combo multiplier and then pefrorm a heavy attack to activate Incarnon Form. While in its incarnon form Kestrel's slash damage is greatly increased and throwing attacks will launch 3 copies of the Kestrel instead of the Kestrel itself which remains in the player's hand and can be used as normal while the copies are in flight. These copies have the same behavior and damage as if the Kestrel itself was thrown and will home in on enemies with great accuracy after bouncing off of a surface or another enemy. Using a mid-flight heavy attack will detonate all copies, dealing mostly blast damage and applying guaranteed blast, impact, puncture, and slash status procs. Incarnon form lasts for 180 seconds.
EVOLUTION 2: Complete a solo mission with this weapon equipped. Perk 1: HEAVY WINGS: Increases range by 1 meter. (from 1.2 to 2.2) and attack speed by 0.2 (from 1.08 to 1.28). Perk 2: INVISIBLE FEATHER: Incarnon mode only requires a combo multiplier of 3x to activate, down from 6x.
EVOLUTION 3: Activate this weapon's Incarnon Form 6 times in a mission. Perk 1: ELEMENTAL OVERFLOW: Increases base status chance by 10% (from 20% to 30%) but decreases base critical chance by 10% (from 20% to 10%). Perk 2: CRITICAL FLOOD: Increases base critical chance by 10% (from 20% to 30%) but decreases base status chance by 10% (from 20% to 10%). Perk 3: PROPER DISCIPLINE: Increases base critical chance and status chance by 5% (from 20% to 25%).
EVOLUTION 4: Kill 60 enemies with throwing attacks. Perk 1: SERAPHIM: Increases number of copies launched by incarnon mode throwing attacks by +2 (from 3 to 5) Perk 2: FLASHING BLEED: 50% chance to trigger a slash status proc upon applying an impact status proc. Perk 3: INVERTED CHAOS: Increases critical multiplier by 1.5 (from 2.0 to 3.5) critical hits apply one random elemental status proc to the enemy.
Edit: Made slight formatting tweaks to better match incarnon stat sheets based on feedback from @zeebuoyy. I also gave Invisible Feather a slight buff so it would be a more viable choice compared to Heavy Wings.

Here is what I meant by writing down some boons for the HC/life series Hades au.
Grian- God of The Sun. (Because, of course)
Boons:
Grian's Aid- Your call fires 4 rotating rays of light that damage foes at a rate of 9 dmg every 0.2 seconds and inflicts Blind. Lasts 4 seconds (Rare-4.5 seconds, Epic-5 seconds, Eroic-5.5 seconds).
Blinding burst- Your attack is stronger and inflicts Blind. Attack damage: +50% (Rare multiplier: 1.2-1.4, Epic: 1.6-1.8, Heroic: 2.2-2.5).
Shots in the dark- Your special rapid-fires a series of 10 glowing bullets that inflict Blind. Damage: 10 per bullet. (Rare: 14, Epic: 16, Heroic: 20)
Delayed trap- Your dash creates a small glowing orb that explodes after 3 seconds and inflicts Burn. Damage: 65 (Rare: 70, Epic: 85, Heroic: 90)
Blinding smite: Your cast summons a ray of light that inflicts Blind in a big area. Damage: 70 (Rare: 80, Epic: 90, Eroic 100).
Cactus ring (of course): After being damaged summon a ring of glowing cactii around you dealing revenge damage and inflicting Blind to all foes. Revenge damage: 15 (Rare: 20, Epic: 25, Heroic: 30)
Burning Light: Every foe inflicted by Burn has a 40% chance of also becoming Blind. (Rare: 50%, Epic: 60%, Heroic 75%).
The all-seeing: All blinding effects last +3.5 seconds (Rare: 4, Epic: 4.5, Heroic: 5).
Burning metal: Enemies with less then 20% health have a 10% chance of exploding after being hit thus Burning nearby foes. (Rare: 12%, Epic: 14%, Heroic: 16%)
Denied Sunset: When health is below 30% take half damage. -Legendary.
Status effects:
Blind: Enemies are 25% slower and have a 50% chance of missing. Last 4 seconds.
Burn: Enemies take 10 damage every 0.2 seconds for 2 seconds. (Like scorched except does less damage per second but lasts longer)
(I'm not... good at making things balanced so I would be very grateful for all suggestions on changing specific values)

why is ho'olheyak considered bad?
Her gimmick, levitation, gets halved in duration for any enemy over Weight 3 which are usually the heavy DEF enemies who are the Core Casters' most common prey, and her levitation time is already not great (the longest is S1 which is 4 seconds, but isn't controllable. S2's is 1 second, and S3's is 2.2 seconds maximum). This means that her levitation time on enemies is normally pretty dogshit. Her 5 star rival, Qanipalaat, who is also a FREE unit, can levitate an enemy for 7 seconds with his S2.
To make things HG shot Ho'ol in the kneecaps while making her S3, her most unique and useful skill. It extends her range, makes each projectile levitate an enemy, and deal good burst damage with range. However, for some reason they also made her S3 slow her ATK interval to 3 whole seconds, meaning Ho'ol attacks slower than a fuckin Splash Caster without having any AOE.
This kills her DPS, and makes her unable to keep a target constantly levitated as her ATK interval is slower than her maximum levitation time. Her gains on specialization are also disgustingly small for how expensive raising a 6 star's skills are (an increase of 2 seconds levitation time on S3L7 to 2.2 on S3M3. 10% increase! Wow!) And her SP cost lowering from 64 to 60 (incredibly expensive for an operator in Arknights' 4th year when most hover around 35). The damage increase is better, but unfortunately her 3 second long attack time means that's not going to be worth much.
I would rate Ho'ol to be about as bad as Passenger was on his release, before HG buffed him like 3 updates in a row.
And just to prove that I'm not merely talking shit about a character I don't use, here's my E2L90 Ho'olheyak
Tumblr media
I can make her work in clears because I've worked with worse (like Skyfire), but she needs a Leizi-tier module real badly.

>>START_LOG: HostLog_5: Subject: Host 2.3 Name: Mephone 4 Species: Mephone 4/Meeple Product | Objectmade; Nonbiological Lifeform Source: Inanimate Insanity Gender: Male Pronouns: he/him Description: Mephone 4 is an average sized touchscreen cellphone of Steve Cobs’ creation. His home screen appears as a gradient from near-cyan blue to cornflower blue. His limbs are completely robotic (Addendum/ We have no way of knowing this. We have not cut him open yet.). The pads on his digits and palms allow him to interact with his own screen and other screens. Mephone 4 has no tail. Mephone 4 is reported by Mr. Cobs to be extremely outdated, bringing him here is a risk of our own safety (Addendum/ It is unlikely Mr. Cobs cares about Mephone 4 at this time due to the extremely long period between seasons of Mephone 4’s show. That and we doubt Mr. Cobs has interdimensional tracking built into Mephone 4.). Mephone is lazy, but opportunistic, and will often bite off more than he can chew, both literally and figuratively. It is possible Mephone weighs the second most out of all the Hosts on file, with Host 2.2 weighing the most. Mephone 4 isn’t an outwardly violent individual, but it is possible he can do heavy damage if he really wanted. Known Abilities: Item generation, Respawn abilities, and Teleportation via Portals. In tandem to this, he is a functional cellular phone. Procedures to take: We have had to very legally acquire (Addendum/ The program was stolen. This information is unimportant.) and modify Meeple Hinderance Technology to suit the nerfing of Mephone 4’s abilities to prevent escape and otherwise. Whether or not this programming works in practice is unknown, and will not be known until entry of Host 2.3. It is also possible this technology is completely incompatible and will not have a chance of working, if so, we will give up on researching Host 2.3 unless we can somehow convince Mr. Cobs to give us the tech to do so (Addendum/ Who is writing these logs? And can they cut the flowery, passive aggressive shit? This is a Research Log, not a private diary.). All in all, the nerfing of Mephone 4 will probably be extremely unstable, so it is best to convince him NOT to use his powers.
END_LOG.

2.2 Penacony thoughts [part 5]
Tumblr media
**Major story spoilers** as we’re finished the main story here. Going to be chatting even more about Acheron and our time in the Horizon of Existence, the real final boss, as well as all cutscenes that follow, so if you haven’t finished the whole story yet, I encourage you to come back and read this all later if you wish to do so after you experience everything for yourself first.
I gotta start off by saying that I absolutely love how this scene looks. Yeah it’s upsetting to learn that Acheron’s companion here is actually dead, but all the rain falling upon that red glow is just really nice to look at. Of course Acheron is slaying as usual too. I even dig the shadowy look of this man despite his circumstances.
Tumblr media
Is Acheron kinda of like a grim reaper of sorts? At least that’s the feeling I’m getting when she says she’s guiding lost souls. And correct me if I’m wrong, but he is the one who wanted flowers on his grave, right? He just doesn’t remember I assume? It also seems that “Acheron” is just a river and I vaguely remember Acheron mentioning one during her conversation with the “Dreammaster” inside the park.
Tumblr media
So I guess this is what all that red text meant? It wasn’t something we should have feared but a way to guide us forward, onto the right path? That’s how I’m interpreting it. Anyways, name drop reveals that this man was actually one of the Nameless buried at Dream Flux Reef.
Tumblr media
Soon enough we arrived at the Horizon of Existence with Acheron and I’m like 99% sure this set of questions she asks us are close to the same exact ones she spoke of when we met her inside that first dream. I wish I remembered my choices to her questions from back then, because with the game only giving us one option to choose for each question, I wonder if it’s giving us the same option we picked when we first answered her because that would be amazing.
Tumblr media
SHE. SAID. THE. THING!!! Acheron real name confirmed!!! Even though it’s pretty much what we all expected from the very beginning, it’s great for it to finally be true and not be a total secret.
Tumblr media
A big ol’ cutscene begins and it reminds me of how little we actually received about Boothill, like yeah he shoots that fancy relic bullet up into the sky because he’s the only Galaxy Ranger around who can do so, but he didn’t do much else? I mean I absolutely enjoyed seeing him interact with Dan Heng and everyone else but to not even get the chance to fight a battle with him seems weird after 2.1 gave us the chance to really use both Acheron and Aventurine and test our their gameplay whenever we switched to their perspectives. Same thing happened with Robin too. We walked around as her and Boothill for brief moments but that was pretty much it, making the switch seem kinda pointless to me.
Tumblr media
I got no words for this. It’s just an incredibly beautiful screenshot of her. I’ll never get tired of seeing all that red whenever this monochrome world takes over. Makes me regret skipping her every day but next time I’ll pull her for sure.
Tumblr media
Yet another line she told us during our first encounter with her. Also, if this is the last time we see her in the story, I’m gonna be sad.
Tumblr media
The crew!!!! I’ll admit it does look a little silly that we’re only armed with a hat while everyone else has a reasonable weapon, but I love each one of us so much!! It felt perfect for me to have Himeko in my team during the upcoming fight too.
Tumblr media
While I figured we were gonna be blessed with Robin’s appearance and one of her songs during the fight, can I just say that I was not expecting the assist mechanic to be the mother-forking Express?? I had joked somewhere sometime ago that if Pom-Pom were to ever become playable, that their ultimate would be running the enemy over with the train and color me surprised, because that’s pretty much what happens!!
Tumblr media
So the final battle itself went pretty well. Took a bit more damage than before but still an easier fight overall than how Aventurine’s went for me. I knew I didn’t have to bring in our dear gambler in since the fight itself granted us shields, but his helped me just fine along with all those follow up attacks.
Tumblr media
I think my Trailblazer managed to do pretty well too? I stressed so hard to break that 145 on speed to access that secondary buff of the Talia planar ornaments, so that’s why other stats may be a bit lacking. At least I have break effect at 197%.. is that reasonable?
Tumblr media
Anyways, as much as I adore Serval, I had to use the train to deliver the final hit.
Tumblr media
Pfft, ain’t no way. Sunday is really over.
Tumblr media
Look at us protecting March, aww!
Tumblr media
Trailblazer pulls off some last minute talk-no-jutsu to get through to Sunday’s head and with a heartfelt embrace from Robin, I think it’s time to start crying.
Tumblr media
C’mon, look at how gorgeous this is!! Such a beautiful sunrise to witness after all the chaos is over.
Tumblr media
Surprisingly, the credits roll again only this time it actually feels like a proper ending to the story. It even lists Acheron’s true name, yet March still remains a mystery. When will we ever learn? Who knows.
Tumblr media
Final cutscene of the patch begins and what do you mean Argenti saved Aventurine??? When and how and why didn’t we get to witness such a moment with two of Star Rail’s most beautiful men!
Tumblr media
Aventurine betting his own life once again.. oh dear, you never learn. Then again, it seems you never lose either so, go ahead sweetie. Go get that promotion you so rightfully deserve!
Tumblr media
This scene also bums me out a little because I was really hoping we would actually get to see Jade arrive in game this time around, but it seems we’ll have to wait even longer. Cutting it a bit close to her release with it being in the same patch but at least she’s phase two. I’m pulling for her day one though. I don’t care what happens in the story, it won’t change my mind about her! (to be fair, I’ve seen some leaks about her gameplay and, oh my god..)
Tumblr media
Boothill unexpectedly enters the room after knocking out the two IPC guards outside the door and we’re left with yet another cliffhanger. Definitely not as strong as a final scene as the previous two versions but no way a random name drop could match a sudden surprise death either.
Tumblr media
And finally, that’s all for now. Penacony remains to be a story full of mysterious twists and there’s plenty more to see.. hopefully. We still have no clear idea what happened to Firefly, then there’s all those bombs Sparkle was handing out to everyone, we still have to officially meet Jade and see what she and Topaz have planned. Sunday and Robin were last seen falling from the sky so they gotta land safely and I haven’t a clue if we’ll even see Acheron again. Here’s hoping 2.3 ties up all loose ends and gives Penacony the finale it deserves!

VERSION 2.2 INFORMATION ROUND-UP
The v2.2 update livestream just ended and, as usual, here's everything they revealed in one tidy place. I will state up front that they did not detail any new forms for the Trailblazer (no kit analysis or the like) but they did draw attention to the hats they're wearing in the promotional image...
PLOT DROPS
(Not picking apart the new trailer here, just mentioning things they talked about.)
The new Trailblaze Mission is titled The Fool Always Rings Twice.
Both Robin and Sunday return.
The Trailblazers will have to participate in a talent competition hosted by The Family in order to gain an invitation to the Charmony Festival itself.
Boothill has arrived to Penacony but been barred from checking in due to Acheron's arrival before him. He'll be seeking the help of the Astral Express and they bring up that Pom-Pom and Dan Heng are the only people on the train right now.
NEW MAPS
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Dreamflux Reef is a new area, a "reef that the dreamscape flows past." Entering this domain in the first place would take "ways and means", and we'll encounter some old friends here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Festivity Auditions are a new area in the Moment of Scorchsand, where the talent show (hosted by SoulGlad) is being held. Trailblazers will have to prove themselves at each of the audition venues to earn the title of superstar and gain access to the Grand Theater.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Grand Theater is a third new map, and the place where the Charmony Festival will actually be taking place. Based on scenes in the version trailer it's also where the new boss will be fought (see below).
NEW CHARACTERS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Robin is a Physical/Harmony character whose Skill can boost the total damage inflicted by her team and whose Ultimate allows her to provide additional damage after each ally attack. The Ultimate also allows all allies to immediately take action on top of other buffs. Her Talent allows her to regenerate Energy each time an ally attacks, and her Technique can cause enemies in its radius to start following Robin without attacking her, and attacking enemies while in this entranced state gives Robin extra Energy at the start of the battle.
Robin's advanced Trace material is the Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster (the Skaracabaz drop). Her Ascension materials are IPC Work Permits (see below)
Boothill is a Physical/Hunt character with a focus on single-target elimination. His Skill initiates a Duel with an enemy, taunting and giving him an enhanced Basic Attack. Both sides of the Duel take increased damage from each other. When he either defeats a Duel target or breaks their Weakness, he gains a stackable enhancement. His Ultimate inflicts Physical Weakness on the enemy and delays their action on top of dealing damage. His Technique allows him to additionally inflict Physical Weakness with his Skill after entering battle.
Boothill's advanced Trace material is the Lost Echo of the Shared Wish, and his Ascension materials are IPC Work Permits (see below for both).
NEW ENEMIES
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Several new enemies were shown in the v2.2 trailer but none of them were elaborated upon in the actual program, although they did call attention to the violinist and drink-server puppets in the Grand Theater. These two, along the cage-headed puppet, previously appeared in Sparkle's trailer "Monodrama".
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We also have our new boss, Harmonious Choir: The Great Septimus! Septimus is a three-phase with multiple summoned aids. These aids are the main source of its attacks, and breaking their Weaknesses in a timely manner to render them nonfunctional is a key element of the fight. During the second phase, they'll cast a shield on themselves to protect their Toughness and reduce the damage they take while boosting their damage given. Its third phase has attacks that ignore Defense and can deal massive damage. Breaking Septimus' Weakness gives a shield unto all allies.
NEW BANNERS
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In the first half of v2.2, Robin will be joined by a returning Topaz. Four-stars accompanying their banners will be March 7th, Hanya, and Xueyi. Their respective Light Cone banners will feature Swordplay, Perfect Timing, and the new Nihility Light Cone Boundless Choreo.
In the second half, Boothill will be partnered with Fu Xuan, with Pela, Luka, and Hook as four-stars. On their Light Cone banners, the four-star Light Cones featured are A Secret Vow, Geniuses' Repose, and Landau's Choice.
NEW EVENTS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Clockie: Dreamjoy Memoir - A new combat-focused event where the Trailblazers will help Clock Studios repair the screen damaged by Acheron in v2.1 by helping direct and edit films. This includes a lot of additional mechanics to bestow buffs and special effects to the battles. These effects need to be allocated to meet audience demand, and you can unlock side stories through this event. Finishing the event nets a new text box style and new event-exclusive Harmony Light Cone, For Tomorrow's Journey.
The Legend of Galactic Baseballer - Giovanni of Aetherium Wars fame returns with a game based on the Trailblazer, focused around defeating as many enemies as possible to gain experience, level up their team, and unlocked special abilities.
All About Boothill - An assignment-focused event where you won't actually meet Boothill but you'll hear plenty of stories around him and his many deeds, gathering information for rewards.
Gift of Odyssey returns.
Planar Fissure (2x Planar Ornament drops) and Garden of Plenty (2x Calyx drops) are returning.
NEW GRINDS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After clearing the Trailblaze Mission, an Echo of War will appear to refight The Great Septimus. This contains Boothill's special Trace material, "Lost Echo of the Shared Wish". Notably, this Echo of War does not drop the usual Musketeer and Thief Relics that previous Echoes dropped, but instead rewards the Duke and Watchmaker sets. Possible Light Cone drops also appear to be adjusted.
A new Stagnant Shadow, Shape of Duty, will be arriving with the material needed to ascend both Robin and Boothill, IPC Work Permits.
A new Calyx, Bud of the Hunt, will be appearing in the Festivity Auditions supplying Boothill's Trace materials: Countertemporal Shot, Destined Expiration, and Meteoric Bullet.
OTHER STUFF
A full album of in-character Robin songs, Inside, is being released on May 9th, which includes songs featured in-game and additional new songs.
Trailblazer profiles are getting new features to show off battle records.
The Friends List will show what your friends are up to in real time (like if they're in the Simulated Universe or Forgotten Hall).
In Forgotten Hall or Pure Fiction, you'll be able to see what lineups your friends used and display your own (this is optional and can be turned off).
Optimizations to team setup to more easily let you check up on your lineups.
The ability to favorite characters and ensure they stay at the top of your character list will be added.

🇺🇳🇵🇸 🚨 UNITED NATIONS WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME WARNS GAZANS FACE IMMEDIATE STARVATION
The United Nations' World Food Programme warned Friday that Palestinian civilians living in the Gaza Strip face immediate starvation and dehydration as the Israeli Occupation continues operations targeting Gaza.
The comments come as part of a United Nations World Food Programme press conference held on Friday morning.
"Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are becoming more desperate everyday in the search for bread and other essential foods," World Food Programme Senior Spokesperson for the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe, Abeer Etefa said.
Etefa told the press conference, "We are already starting to see cases of dehydration and malnutrition which is increasing rapidly and by the day. So Gaza actually risks sliding into hunger heavily without fuel and a rapid surge in food supplies."
According to Etefa, only 10% of necessary food supplies are entering the Gaza Strip at this time, and she told the conference that Gaza is facing a major food gap.
"So 2.2 million people, that's nearly the entire population of Gaza are now in need of food assistance," the spokesperson warned.
"People are barely able to have a meal a day. Food options are limited to canned food, if it is actually available, bread is a rare luxury and aid trucks are trickling into Gaza, but even the small amounts of food and water that make it over the border are barely able to be transported to where it needs to go as roads have been damaged or fuel is in very short supply."
Etefa went on to say that the existing food systems inside the besieged Gaza Strip are collapsing and food production has come to a complete halt since the events of October 7th.
"Fisherman cannot access the sea, Farmers cannot reach their farms, and the last bakery that the World Food Programme has been working with has closed its doors because of the shortage of fuel," Etefa explained.
"Shops have run out of food supplies, the bakeries are unable to operate because of the fuel, shortage of clean water or because they have sustained damage, and the last mill that was also operating to make... the wheat flour that's needed for baking bread has been hit [in an Israeli strike] and has stopped operating."
Etefa goes on to explain how all these problems have led to bread shortages, which she called the "last staple food for people in Gaza" and pointed to the lack of electricity supply as one of the main culprits for the desperation of the situation.
Etefa goes on to explain how perishable food items are not available, nor are they really an option due to the lack of electricity and fuel which prevents refrigeration.
According to Etefa, at the beginning of the conflict, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), working alongside its partner agency, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), partnered with 23 bakeries at the start of the conflict and have been providing bread for over 200'000 Gazans every morning.
"This is now over," Etefa stated plainly, "because all of the 23 bakeries are now out of service."
According to the spokesperson, at the start of the war there had been over 130 bakeries in Gaza, with more than 11 having been targeted in Israeli Occupation strikes, including one which had been contracted by the WFP, while the rest are effectively closed due to shortages of fuel.
"In general, 25% of the shops in Gaza, those ones that have been contracted by WFP remain open and others have run out of essential food items," the spokesperson explained.
"But even the ones that remain open have very limited supplies in the stores, the local markets have shut down completely, small quantities of food can be found, but they are being sold at alarmingly inflated prices and are of little use without fuel and cooking gas."
This means that most Palestinians living in Gaza are surviving on less than one meal a day, and the lucky ones may have a meal that includes canned food, however, many people have resorted to consuming raw onions and eggplants, as well as other foods that are normally cooked.
Etafa explains how it is impossible for the light trickle of Humanitarian Aid being allowed to enter Gaza by the occupation to make up for the complete halt of commercial operations in the Gaza Strip.
Etefa mentioned that since October 21st, the first day the Occupation allowed aid through the Raffah border crossing, 1'129 trucks loaded with aid have been allowed into Gaza.
However, of those 1'129 trucks carrying aid, only 147 of them were carrying food supplies.
"The volume remains very inadequate," Etefa told the audience.
According to the WFP spokesperson, since the Raffah border crossing was opened for emergency aid, more than 400 trucks were crossing into Gaza each day. However, now that number has been reduced to closer to 100 per day, and of those 100 trucks, only an estimated 10% contain food imports.
"That means that the food that has entered Gaza so far is only enough to meet 7% of the people's daily minimum of the caloric needs," Spokesperson Etefa explained.
"With winter fast approaching and the unsafe and overcrowded shelters, the lack of clean water, people are facing the immediate possibility of starvation," a stunning comment from the spokesperson.
According to WFP Spokesperson Abeer Etefa, aid has so far been delivered to around 764'000 people in Gaza and the West Bank, including food parcels and electronic vouchers, and assisted another 500'000 staying in UN shelters with bread, canned tuna fish, and date bars.
Another 520'000 people were provided with electronic vouchers at the beginning of the crisis, however the vouchers have become worthless as food, water and fuel have virtually disappeared over the last week and nothing remains in the shops for civilians to purchase.
Though, according to Etefa, the World Food Programme intends on scaling up operations in Gaza in the coming days with a goal of reaching 1 million people with aid by December.
However, for that to happen, the Israeli Occupation would have to allow many more trucks with Humanitarian Aid through the Raffah border crossing and other areas of access to Gaza.
"We need more than just one crossing point," Etefa told the audience.
"We need the safe access of Humanitarian Aid workers to distribute assistance and for the civilians to have safe access to the assistance, fuel for trucks, fuel for bakeries; so that we can continue to provide this staple food commodity and to be operational and, of course, connectivity to facilitate delivery of assistance, and the ability to rotate staff in and out of Gaza so that we can beef up our capacity on the ground and give relied to the people who have been working for the last few weeks tirelessly."
In a blunt assessment of the situation, Etefa said, "There is no way to meet the current hunger needs with the current situation."
"The collapse of food supply chains is catastrophic, it's a catastrophic turning point in an already very bad situation," Etefa concludes.
"Gaza was not an easy place to live before the 7th of October, and if the situation was difficult before this conflict, it's now disastrous."

UNIT REVIEW: LI'L GAU
Tumblr media
the best collab unit. period. it's not even close.
crystal li'l gau gau, henceforth referred to as "chibigau" because that is the community english translation adopted before there was an official translation and i like that name more, is a rare unit from the princess punt collab. this collab first appeared in the japanese version of the game, nyanko daisensou (aka BCJP), in 2013. it took 10 years to be added to BCEN (the worldwide release). this unit is the only reason people give a shit about it.
ramen cat is arguably the best meatshield currently in the game. at level 50 without talents, it has 28350 health, with effective 141750 health against angels. at level 50, chibigau has 27000 health, 135000 against black. ramen cat has a 3.87 second cooldown, which can be reduced to 2 seconds, the minimum possible cooldown, through two research up SM combos or one research up M combo. chibigau has a 2.2 second cooldown, which really doesn't even need reducing, it's so close to the minimum. it's effectively just a lower cooldown ramen, except for the trait targeting, which makes it just a better version of nono, the anti-black ramen, another collab unit (this time from merc storia).
when compared to eraser at the same level (chibigau does have a higher max level) it has 10k more generalist health, knockback immune, and a trait target to give it a specialist use. however, its damage is higher, which can make it harder to stall enemies, and it costs twice as much. still, not that expensive, and fully worth the price.
this is arguably the best meatshield in the game. its 2.2 second cooldown makes it better than ramen despite its lower health, its higher health makes it better than any eraser (although manic eraser's speed enters the conversation, chibigau's health, trait targeting, and dense meatshielding make it better), it's just factually superior to nono, what other good meatshields are there? boulder? use them both! it just works!
chibigau is the only reason princess punt has any degree of relevancy. not only is it one of the best anti-blacks in the game, it's one of the best meatshields in the game period. this is why we roll on princess punt babyyyyy
tl;dr: best meatshield in the game. also has an insanely busted anti-black niche. if you don't get this thing while you can, you're gonna regret it for the rest of your life.

"Environment and Climate Change Canada says Teck Metals Ltd., a subsidiary of Teck Resources Ltd., has been ordered to pay $2.2 million in federal and provincial fines for an effluent spill into the Columbia River.
The government department says in a statement that Teck earlier pleaded guilty to two charges laid under the federal Fisheries Act and one charge under British Columbia's Environmental Management Act.
The charges stem from a February 2019 release of effluent into the Columbia River, which the government says was caused by a leak from the company's fertilizer operations in Warfield, B.C.
The government says the low-pH effluent was harmful to fish.
Environment and Climate Change Canada investigated the spill and found that the 2.5-million-litre discharge resulted from numerous operational errors.
They say that Teck will be added to the Environmental Offenders Registry, and the federal fine of $2 million will go to the government's Environmental Damages Fund."

Different anon but I feel like between the dreammaster totally honing in on Sunday's inherent personality as a kid and pushing those ideals using the Order as a backbone and his personal desire to be the strong one to protect others, it's less about him thinking he knows best and more him being led to believe that and/or him being the one willing to shoulder it so he will guide them anyway because he has good pure intentions, therefore is objectively "right"/"knows best"
(spoilers for 2.2!)
It's definitely true that manipulation from the dreammaster and Sunday's own personal values shaped who he is today!! I won't deny that that's definitely a big influence on who he is, considering how part of his disillusionment in the world comes from watching others take advantage of people, and even unwittingly being a part of the damage (ie the man who lied to him in the priest confession). The dreammaster did pick him and Robin on purpose, too, so his upbringing did influence him as well.
I think, personally, I just lean towards a reading of Sunday where he has more agency over his actions. It makes him infinitely more interesting to me if he leans into some of these aspects on his own, instead of it fully being manipulation from another party or completely pure intentions. I'm just not interested in reading him in a way where he's simply misunderstood or where he has been lead to believe this, because it denies him his agency as a character by putting the onus of his actions on external circumstances or other people.
There is a lot of moral ambiguity to who he is and what he does. His intentions are both kind and selfish, he loves people and yet condescends and doesn't trust them in equal measure. There is a lot of beautiful contradictions in his character that's fun to explore and play around with. Besides, at the end of the day, regardless of how he got there, he is still someone who tries to force his own ideals onto others and "thinks he knows best," though the way you can read that is different. Even if he was open for dialogue and ideological debates with the express crew, he still has a stubborn streak and is set in his ways. His intentions and the impact of his actions don't always line up, and wrinkles in a character's facade, or moments of tension in who they are, are very fun to pick at!!
