#right after Crime Of The Century came out! they all looked so young #Rick being described as the jokester of the group kind of surprised me because he is just so quiet although you can see how much fun he has #on stage and stuff like that... #the story of the groups 'sponsor' finding Rick and thinking this kid's got something and the rest is history is kind of funny to me #Rick's manner of speaking with his choice of vocabulary has effected me subconsciously since I use very strong vocabulary sometimes now lol #I love how they got interviews from everyone in the group!!! #back on my super personal posting bs #last basketball game for the band tonight #augh and misery but at least it’s at Cool Big Semi Circle. /knees deep in researching bop kits (small drums) for four

people are so nice tho they are literally offering me deals and im lying about my location and who i am buying it for (he's not real------------)

on the other hand, Four is definitely getting a 16" bass drums, and everything else is set as low as possible

I was going to give him electric drums (meaning they can be ABYSSMALLY low) but as the cymbal smith, electric drums Wont Cut It- Maybe he owns one but only use it for emergencies?

Definitely has Minish Patterned Washi Stickers taped around his sticks. I know that drummers change their sticks often, so they don't really like customizing them, but Four does it because IT SPARKS JOY. He does four strips of colors on each side. I feel like he would have small hands and would use 7A sticks, but the rest like Wood Type or Tip material I have not research enough yet lmao

whhhhhaaaaa?!?!? oh hell ya - I love it! atmospheric, sad, angry, proggy goodness. I saw the 12+ minute video runtime and instantly knew it was gonna be gud. the guitar during the middle of The Depth of Self Delusion has 'steve hackett in genesis Entangled' vibes and i fully appreciate that.

Went to a high school football game tonight, my little sister is in the same band I used to be in. Can't say I miss the drama of it but those uniforms were spiffy as hell 😌✨️

yeah I didn't actually get to wear the hat because I was a cymbal player what about it

#fun fact; i was a section leader and center marimba my senior year #i was also center marimba in my junior year #which meant i was like the lesser section leader because i made decisions over all of the cues and keyboard arrangements #and was in charge of how warmups went #stressful but it was a ton of fun #you cant march those big ass keyboards though so we all marched with cymbals for everything else that wasn't our show #me and one other student who was two years younger than me goofed off all the time #we would play our stand tunes by hitting each other's cymbals like some ungodly high five #it was so fun seeing all the dances and stunts that me and that other guy made still being used tonight #almost made me tear up #my sister has a competition coming up soon so I'll try to post a video of what they came up with this year #marching band
