hello sweetie, i'll try to do a "tutorial" !

usually i open my pinterest/we heart it and found like 3 pics (or 2) that i think would be nice together, i recommend that u create a account just to do your edits, cuz the initial page will be very useful for u, because the app will personalize it by the things that u saved yk?

take a look at my initial page, it already have a lot of cool pics for edits, but at start probably wont look like that, so u should pesquise for topics like "weirdcore" "coquette" "aesthetics" etc, a tip its that u can look at # in the posts of bloggers here, we always put some topics like that !

after found the pics, i open the app "pics arts" and go to grids option, i put the pics and it will look like that

to make it the shape of header i just go in ratio and go right until see the "header"

before, i go in "stickers" options and look for some, sometimes i do my own with the "cutout", here i just have to use the topics like the ones in looking for the pics, try to (color)+core, that probably will work.

before add the stickers, i like to use the "vignette" option in fx

basically, thats all ! obviously not every time i do like that, but if youre a beginner, i think this will be very helpful, also english is not my first language, so im sorry if the english looks confuse or smth like that, thx for the ask, if you have more doubts lmk ! take care <3

to begin with, i always always love gio @heartshaped-lou 's themes. she has the prettiest themes which just yk they just work. Always. Look at her current header.

LMAO that post is abt typography and i have no idea how to communicate my thoughts on it. it's just. so cool. actually i'm gonna go through some fun facts even tho it's veryyyyy unlikely anyone would. idk gain smth from it but anyway !!!

ok so comic sans. we all know it,, probably the most infamous font out there. so one of the reasons it looks so bad was bc it was drawn with a computer mouse and not a tablet. you can see the wobbliness of the letters esp on the legs of the m and n, and at the top of the c:

so in the 90s/early 2000s, apple made its own version of comic sans called "chalkboard". this was actually drawn with a tablet, so it looks much better:

like look at that. it's night and day. still not a great font, but its at least tolerable.

ok so !! another font that u might be familiar with is futura !!

like the screenshot says, it's extremely geometric. Every letter is based off of a circle or a straight line. everything is so beautifully angular i love it sm. but it's kind of awkward to read bc this is a display font. ok if there is one (1) thing i want ppl to walk away from this post knowing is the difference between display and text fonts. futura's a bit of an in-between example, but it's generally best for display. a display font is exaggerated, bold, and eye-catching. like for shop signs, newspaper headers, and website titles. a text font is easy and pleasant to read at small sizes. some examples !!

this might be obvious to some, but i stilllll see this mistake all the time. even in big operations (cough avatar subtitles cough cough) people mistake a font for "looks good everywhere" when it's actually "looks good as a store sign". there isn't really one way to tell whether or not a font is for display, besides just... looking at it. shrink the font down, smaller than what it'll print as if you do print it. time how long it takes to read it against a basic font, like helvetica or arial. if it takes much more time to read whatever font you're testing, then yeah maybe not great. oh also pleaseeee use fontjoy.com to decide on a font set it's literally such a lifesaver.

SO! Just like how you color text (by highlighting over the text like you're gonna copy and paste it) a bar of commands will pop up

so, the fifth bubble that looks like 2 chat icons will be there click it and it should say https:// . now, have a separate tab open with your fic on it, make sure it's on your profile and not your dashboard lmao. go up to the search bar and copy it, go back to the other tab, into the chat icons, and paste it into the bar with https:// on it.

a quick and easy way to an aesthetic master list is going and typing "eren headers" obvi eren doesn't need to be a part of it but ya'know. "white headers, green headers" and stuff like that, that should look like this:

be sure to tag the person who made the header or at least reblog it, it's the right and nice thing to do because you're using it.

you can do this for your pfp, just type in "pink icon" and you'll find some cute ones :3

now, for your first post, if you're really truly blank make some headcanons. I wouldn't recommend smut right away because it's really embarrassing when you're just starting up and the field is competitive. obviously, post whatever you want. smut is the most attractive genre but is also very bloody!! (lmao) I kinda think its slow right now so post some smuty hc if you have the guts!!!

hc are suuuuuuper easy and fun! short attention span readers love it and blank writers love it!

lets say it's about fluff, you'd have it be like this:

another way to attract people with your writing is, again, banners! it's what catches the eye, humans love pretty images!!

no its cool, you can ask me whatever you're comfortable with asking.

first off, any writing urges you get, definitely note them down somewhere so they wont be forgotten. (even if they're messy notes, its completely fine).

some backstory is always good to start off with; to explain the scene, explain the situation, how you got to a certain point, why this certain thing is happening or going to happen etc. BUT. you don't always have to start off with backstory. the majority of my writings start off with dialogue because thats where i find it easier to begin and others i just jump straight into the scene.

writing will always be a trial and error process. you'll have some works that you've vibed with and others you're unsure on, and thats ok. as long as you're having fun while creating whatever you want to create, thats the most important part.

with 'making the blog look pretty', its all abt your aesthetic and style. pinterest always has some good pictures to use as headers and profiles (or you can use your own!) but if you ever need it, i'd be happy to help out.

hashtags are pretty simple. for example, if you're writing smut abt nct. you put down #nct smut. if it's abt a specific member (lets just say mark), you put down #mark lee smut. i hope that helped and i'm sorry for rambling so much. but honestly? once you do it for the first time, everything falls into place so easily. you got this!

She becomes kind of distant and resentful if someone has something she wants- if its some physical thing, shell probably steal it. Not from the person she's jealous of but from wherever they got it- she doesn't want to steal from a friend! But shes not above stealing in general :/ if its a non object shes jealous of, like a loving relationship/etc? She'll probably try and imitate the bits of the thing shes jealous of and convince herself she has it.

Probably not :/ i mean that bitch is doing zoomies and wrestling around all the damn time, she needs way more exercise than the average human. Only lazy if she gets bored. If she gets bored she straight up finds some things impossible to do due to executive dysfunction, which may seem like laziness to some people.

D) Have they always had the same physical appearance, or have you had to edit how they look?

She didn't used to have freckles but I noticed a lot of people seemed to add them when they drew her and I liked it so added them on! As well, Her hairstyle fluctuates a lil bcs i and others have drawn her w a couple shades of the reddish/brownish hue. In canon ive added that this is bcs she sometimes dyes it ;)
