เนื่องจากขนมของทางเราร้านเป็นขนมอบใหม่วันต่อวันครับไม่มีส่วนผสมของสารกันบูด เบื้องต้นแนะนำให้รับประทานภายในวันที่ได้รับสินค้าครับ

แต่อย่างไรแล้วหากเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็นจะสามารถอยู่ 1-2 วันครับ (กรณีเก็บไว้ในตู้เย็นเนื้อสัมผัสรวมถึงตัวขนมอาจมีรสชาติที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ครับ)

แบบที่ 1 ทานแบบเปิดหลังคาของชูครีม

วิธีนี้อาจจะต้องมีอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมเป็นช้อนอีกสักอย่างนึง โดยทำการเปิดตัวชูครีมจากด้านบน ใช้การตักตัวครีมทานคู่กับการฉีกตัวแป้งทานครับ เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ค่อนข้างพิถีพิถันนิดนึงครับ

แบบที่ 2 ทานแบบหัวคว่ำ

ตามชื่อเลยครับ นั่นก็คือคว่ำหัวเจ้าชูครีมให้อยู่ด้านล่างและทานขนมจากฐานแทน วิธีนี้รับรองจะไม่มีครีมล้นออกมากหรือว่าแป้งด้านนอกแตกอย่างแน่นอน

แบบที่ 3 ทานตามใจชอบครับ

Belle maman est de passage à la maison pour quelques jours. Elle en a profité pour nous ramener du bon lait acheté directement à la ferme. Hummmm ce goût de lait bien crémeux me rapelle toute mon enfance quand avec mon grand père on allait chercher le lait chez le fermier au bout de sa rue 😋😋 Bref je me suis donc mise aux fourneaux.
