how to make sure all NPCs are imported from your library? with the help of the command center or do you create families yourself?

use mccommand center! thats what i use to get the sims from my library into my actual world. you can watch a video on how to do so here. please note though, this doesn't get rid of all the townies and there will still be a few "ugly" townies that appear in your world. just delete them, that's what I do, haha.
