Carla's POV:

"Brother, I have located her, she's in the Sakamaki Manor but the situation is rather strange, I think we should hurry on over there." Shin reported. It was still dusk, we believe those vampire scum took her during the day time. Nonetheless, Shin duly located her ensuring that we will have to punish all of Heinz's offspring and fake offspring as well. Those Mukami wretches were able to function normally in daylight hours, I do believe they were responsible for abducting her, would not be the first time they did this, but it will be the last time, I will assure that. We swiftly make our way to this disgusting pile of shit known as the sakamaki manor, it smelled so awful I thought I was going to cut my nose off. But among all this filthiness I could sense her. She smelled like lilac and warmth, it caused me to rush over to her scent. Going through the mansion I have not seen any of Heinz's scumbag sons, it was strange, I could smell them but so far they were nowhere to be found...

I smell her down a dark hallway, it led to a room filled with what appeared to be women at first, but after confirming with Shin they were indeed life size dolls, they must have been the previous brides or something. They have an energy to them that is uncanny. At the center of all the dolls, there she stood, in a white dress it appeared to be a wedding dress, blood stained this dress, it appeared rather fresh. "You've arrived my love.." she said, turning slowly her eyes were widened and a crazed smile appeared on her face, she had blood staining her hair. I remain silent, but I embrace her. "Ah, I'm sorry I must smell like them..I know how much you hate their scent.." she says, then lets out a giggle. "It was hard, but I did it, I killed them all.." I look at her, she looked like she was losing her mind, I take her bloodied hand and kiss it. "I did not want you to dirty yourself for me" I tell her then cup her cheek and kiss her lips, she melts into this kiss, lightly moaning, human women who react this way to intimate kissing indicate their love and lust, it was at a high for her. I never imagined she of all people would become like this, but I can comprehend that being amongst us she could develop such detrimental behavior. I am at fault here.

I pull away from our kissing, the stench of the decaying Sakamaki corpses were too much for me to endure right now. “Let’s go back now” I tell her, she smiles and nods, as we leave through the front gates another obstacle gets in the way. These second half breed scums. Heinz’s former human pets. His great beast Yuma was blocking the way. “Where do you think you’re going with Sow?” He asked then his eyes scanned her, “who’s blood is that..?!” He questions, I do not speak to low grade species so I do not say anything. But she began laughing hysterically “say…Yuma, didn’t you always want to reconcile with Shu..? I haven’t turned his body into ashes maybe you still have a chance.” She says, something in this great beast snaps and he launches himself towards her, i swiftly glide my hand through his heart, and snatch it out crushing it within my grasp, the disgusting blood tainted my hands. I threw it down and stepped on it. His body fell limb and with a finger snap his body was set a blaze, not for the first time I hear. This pathetic being survived a fire as a human, he should’ve stayed dead.

“What the fuck?!?” That annoying blonde pretty boy began to yell, revealing his hiding location along with the rest of his pseudo brothers. They tried to cease the fire of their burning brother but it is impossible to tamper with first blood magic. The horror on their faces, it was bringing back life to me. “You really choose this psychopath over us?!” The blonde let out again, I can never remember his name. “Yes Kou..he is the love of my life..I choose him” she says, this brings me a feeling I only get next to her, happiness. I noticed she had a silver dagger and I took it from her hands. “Shin, take them all and throw them in our dungeon” I tell him, I clench the dagger in my hand, I could kill them quickly but torturing them would be more sufficient.

We return to the manor, I bring her down with me to the dungeon and there we engage in much torture, I used the silver dagger to slice off the fingers of Mukami Ruki, he tried his best to suppress his pain, I forced the sickly scared one to eat his brother's fingers, I cut off the blondes tongue. It was very much pleasant torturing them, remembering what they did to her body, and her mind enraged me…I had an idea, I grabbed her and began kissing her passionately in front of them, of course she kissed back matching my pace. I tore off the bloodied dress and revealed her nude body, from the other side of the dungeon bars, all 3 of them looks with their eyes widened. I spread her legs apart and push her face into the bars, then begin ramming myself into her. She cried out my name and begged me to go harder, she was reaching back to me, and I grabbed her arms we were in sync going at my pace, with each thrust she howled, I change our positions and she is now riding me, the way she swayed her hips onto me, it felt electrifying. I could see the look of pain in their faces, she was all mine and they couldn’t do anything about it, the look of defeat and anguish on their ugly scum faces gave me so much energy I could make love to her all night long.

On my latest visit to ebay to sate my hunger for DL merch I came across this gem. For the longest time I've wanted to read the LE short stories and I imagine that many other DL fans have as well. As far as I am aware said stories (with the exception of Ayato's and Laito's, which I won't include since you can already find them here) have never been shared online before. So, having read them myself, I figured that I should give my fellow women and men of culture the same opportunity ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿ Unfortunately, sharing is all I am able to do, but anyone who wants to use or translate is 100% free to do so, as long as you credit me.

Author’s notes : for my bestest friend who i’ve loved for 4 years 😐 @karasukakikomi. Sometimes I think about how friendship and question things. Anyway, Reiji is mine.

Summary : Reiji invites you to dinner in the mansion with his brother. He catches you flirting with one of his brothers, Shu. Reiji gets jealous and punishes you.

A day that’s gray and cloudy overcast and with a dull, sunless sky. The night was windy and gloomy. Everything is silent, the streets. As if it isn't even alive, just like a ghost town. The breezy wind rustles through the leaves of trees as tall lamp posts shine a yellow light throughout the streets.

Reiji invites you for dinner to meet his brothers. You get in his elegant sleek black car. Reiji enters the driver's seat and turns on the ignition. You put on your seatbelt.

As you and Reiji drove off away from your house, it started to rain. Raindrops fell from the gloomy, cloudy sky as they hit the car windows. Puddles began to form on the sidewalks as you looked out the closed car window. The rain on the car danced with spray, and you could hear thunder and the murmuring of the rain through the window. It sounded like the buzzing of swarming bees.

The soothing sound of rain makes you close your eyes, and you fall deep asleep. As you open your eyes, you see Reiji next to you.

“We are here,” Reiji approaches you as he leans to unbuckle your seatbelt.

You step out of the car with a small smile, beginning to appear on your face as you lay your eyes on the mansion. Gigantic doors open, and low dimmed candles welcome you as you enter. Extensive windows with blackout curtains shine a glimpse of light from the moon. A beautiful extended, narrow red carpet lies on the stairs. Alluring decorative lights hang from the living room as each light bulb gleams in the whole room.

“Come meet my brothers,” Reiji holds your hand and approaches the dining room table. He introduces you to his brothers.

“This is Laito.” Reiji points with his hand at the five men who are standing in front of you

“Hey, Bitch-chan!” Laito licks his fangs.

“Knock it off!” Reiji aggressively pulls you away from Laito.

“Sorry, about Laito,” Reiji politely apologized

“No, that’s alright,” You answered.

Reiji continues and introduces the rest of his brothers.

“This is Ayato. He is the troublemaker of this household,” Reiji answered as he looked at you.

“I’d expect a woman like her to be a bit larger up there, but I guess Chichinashi is a fitting name,” Ayato chuckled.

You backed away from Ayato and had an irritated facial expression as Reiji looked at Ayato with his eyes.

“That’s enough. Why don’t you follow me to the dining room?”

You politely said, “Reiji, you forgot to introduce me to the rest of your brothers.”

“Forget it. They are going to be rude towards you anyway.”

You hesitated. You took a glimpse of one of his brothers that he did not introduce, and you slightly smiled. He smiled back.

You glance at the table strategically set as if it were set for the queen. Red and white flowers on vases filled with water in the middle of the table. Sparkling silverware was placed delicately on white floral vintage placemats. The lights are dimmed low as classical music plays from the background.

You sat down next to Reiji.

“Anyway, this is Kanato, Subaru, and Shu.” Reiji points to each of them as he calls out their names.

You are star-struck by one of his brothers that smiled at you earlier. A nice-looking man with handsome features, including light ocean blue eyes kinda looks like the deep blue sea. Slightly curled blond hair and he has two black studs on both of his ears. You finally know his name, Shu.

“Everybody this is Y/N.” Reiji smiled.

The rest sat down and Shu sat next to you.

“How is everyone doing?” Reiji asked as he motioned his hands to grab a plate of food in the middle of the table.

They all answered the question as they interrupted one another.

“One at a time,” Says Reiji.

“Laito, how have you been?”

“I’m good.” Laito rolled his eyes.

“How about you, Ayato?”

“I’m fine I guess,” Ayato said.

“So, I guess you all will answer the same thing then.” Reiji annoyingly sliced his steak with his fork and knife.

Dinner was silent. Everyone ate their food quietly.

You took a glance at Shu for a second. He noticed, and looked at you back. You looked away with a hint of blush on your cheeks.

“So, how are you Shu?” You asked.

“I’m okay, it’s boring here,” Shu answered with a smile on his face.

“How about you, Y/N?”

“Oh um, I'm doing pretty good.” You answered back as your cheeks blush even more.

Reiji notices, but was not bothered at first.

As time passed, everyone finished eating their dinner. Maids came and cleaned the dining table.

Reiji got up.

“Should we look around the house?” Reiji answered as he fixed his tie.

You got up from the chair and followed Reiji. The others stayed in the living room, but Shu followed you and Reiji.

Reiji asked, “Why are you here, Shu?”

“I just wanted to follow you around the house.” As Shu focused his eyes on you.

Reiji squinted his eyes at Shu, unsure of what he was about to do.

“Alright, you can follow us around the house,” Reiji grabs and holds your hand.

As Reiji walked towards his room, you looked back to Shu. He focused his eyes on you with no hesitation.

Reiji looked back and you two immediately looked away from each other's eyes.

Reiji opens the door to his room.

“Here is my room,” Reiji implied. “It’s nothing special.”

As you step foot into the room, dimmed lights twinkled your eyes. Polished cabinets full of glistening silverware and cups.

“Your room is very pretty, Reiji.” You looked at Reiji and smiled.

Reiji smiled back with a blush on his face.

“I have to get something from another room. Shu can you look after Y/N for me. I will be right back.”

Reiji walks towards the door as he exits the room, leaving you with Shu all alone.

“He-” You paused.

“I like you.” Shu interrupts you.

“Oh um, thank you. That is very flattering of you.”

Shu grabbed your hand.

“Shu, please. Reiji will be back and he might see you holding my hand.” You answered with fear in your voice.

“I don’t care.” He answered as his eyes still focused on yours.

You heard heavy footsteps coming from outside of the room. Reiji opened the door and you immediately pulled Shu’s hands away from your hand.

Reiji looked at both of you. His smile slowly turned into a frown while he was holding the flowers he brought for you.

Reiji threateningly walked up to Shu.

“Get out now!” Reiji shouted.

Shu obeyed. He opens the door and slams it behind him as he walks out of the room.

“What was that?!” Reiji is filled with anger.

“It was nothing. I swear.” Your eyes filled with horror.

Reiji locks the door. He grabs you and pushes you down on his bed. He opens his closet and takes out a whip and handcuffs.

“Reiji, what are you about to d-” You answered with fear.

“Stop talking.” He interrupted.

Reiji slowly lends towards you and grabs your wrist as he puts the handcuffs on you. Your face is filled with terror, but at the same time, you like it. You told Reiji to stop, but he became more aggressive.

He began to take off your clothes. He slipped your shirt up to your face using it as a blindfold. He took every inch of clothing from your body. Reiji flipped you over. Your back is now facing him as he made you arch your back.

He didn’t take off his clothes, only his glasses. He brings out a whip. Whipping his hands while he gets into a good position to whip you.

“Reiji, please.” You murmured.

He did not answer.

You both said sorry to each other.

"It won't happen again," Said Reiji.

You two both smiled at each other as you rested your head on his shoulder.

"Let's get out of here," Reiji holds your hand tightly.

Reiji did not even say goodbye to his brothers. He casually opens one side of the gigantic door. As both of you walked out of the mansion, leaving the brothers behind. He opened the car door for you as you entered. He closed the door and walked to the other side of the car to open his side of the door. He turns on the car's ignition.

He took a glance at you as a glimmer of a smile filled his face.

"I love you," Reiji softly said.

"I love you too, Reiji."

He held your face pulling you in closer to him and kissed you on the cheek. He backed away as he drove off from the mansion.

Carlayui without doubt. A funny fact Carlayui was not in my top ships but now it is my 5th ship along with Reiyui. This position used to be with Reiyui for Laiyui. But now it belongs to Carlayui. I think this is my bestie's fault. Carlayui was one of her favorite ships and she made me interested in this ship. 🤭

Apart from the fact that I may not know Shin well because I haven't read his routes yet, but with a small look at Carla and Yui's CGs, I realize how brilliant this ship is. It always gives the vibe of King and Queen of Victorian. I also love historical stories in the Victorian style.

there are so many cute and adorable ships, in their own way, that it took me years to select my fav ships, and here they are with rankings:

1. shinyui: aside from shin being embodiment of anger and impatience, i seriously have lost the count of how many times i have re-read his DF route, like the character development and their bonding is so wholesome. the way yui is ready to give up everything even if it means she will have to keep running away from people for the rest of her life with shin, she was ready to throw it all just so she can be with shin and shin trying to push her away so that she can be happy in a comfortable place instead of being stuck with him in his mess and get targeted. even in LE he pushed her away scared that she might get endzeit and suffer from its symptoms and he didn't want her to wither in pain and would rather let himself go through it alone than see her harmed.

2. carlayui: his character development was so smooth and amazing to watch, seeing him and yui bond over books was also adorable to watch especially it was the first time his soft side came out, i think it was also due to Yui that he gave up on taking revenge on karlheinz and instead BOWED to him just to bring yui back to life.

3. shuyui: shu giving yui queen treatment by still being his lazy self>>>>>>>> the difference in shu's behaviour can certainly be seen from the first game and the latest game despite keeping the same lazy attitude. the development is so good, if i keep talking this post will become endless.

4. reiyui: Reiji slowly opening up and protecting yui in his own rational way by planning instead of going all fighting so that she won't be hurt or get involved in this dangerous battle is the best character development. yes he was like that from the start about planning and all that, but he who was prideful and always boosted of being a vampire started to question where vampires come from and if they were originally human in DF route. and he even said that he will choose yui over being a vampire. and in his more blood vampire ending, when little Reiji said how servants are afraid of him and his inventions because his mother and brother are distant from him. Young Reiji also mentioned how he always carries his self made ointment around because his brothers are clumsy but nobody wants to use it. proof he was the best boi from the start in his own way.

5. subayui: SubaruYui was my first ship that i would do anything for. I mean my tsundere gentle boy deserves the whole world. I haven't read HDB routes much because too much violence isn't my cup of tea ik ironic but i did read manga and also his MB route, there was a lot of development I can say. and let me not get started on his DF route, not only in his route but it can be seen that subaru had soft spot/feelings for yui in others' routes too, even in kou's LE route, he didn't give up on Yui. He is very protective of her in anime too, probably why they were my first ship.

6. rukiyui: his DF route and anime is what attracted to me this ship because of all the angst. His MB route and CL route definitely didn't disappoint me. In DF he pushes away Yui to not betray karlheinz but later confronts karl as yui is the most important person and the best thing happened to him in his life aside from his brothers. In the MB he was even ready to become a snake and actually became a snake to take yui away. His CL route felt like I was reading a married couple's life and it was refreshing to read compared to all his other routes which involved angst and drama

7. kouyui: The ups and downs in his MB route for his character development was understandable especially after knowing the kind of environment he was in. there were times when I just wanted to smack kou so badly on his head for his treatment towards yui. Then i read his DF route and it was literally all angst and i think when yui said "what do you mean useless!?!???" when kou said he cannot become Adam while crying, thinking it's useless for Karl's plan but still wants to love her after almost ahem himself from the terrace and Yuma & Azusa saved him from his own pool of blood.

8. azusayui: i just recently started reading his DF route and oh my god he is literally the best boi, I'm still reading his route but he is already getting into my heart because he is such a cinnamon boy 😭.

one of my fav ships is ayayui too but the way all the above ships have raised my standards... i still love them and enjoy their content.
