Canon children ask game

On my planet, names are reserved for immediate family. Because of this I will not name my children here.

I had four children on Gallifrey. They were the most amazing individuals I have ever had the honour to meet.

My eldest was our equivalent of a police officer. I remember the day we got the news, that they had been accepted. We had a picnic in the Constellation of Laughter, where the colourful gases sounded like they were laughing. They were incredibly similar to their other parent, but they had my eyes. In every regeneration.

My middle child was a chef. They were the greatest in seven galaxies. Every species around wanted them to cook for every special occasion going. And they did! One of the benefits of time travel. They could make the most delicious meals with two or three ingredients. They laughed like I do.

My youngest was an archivist. They recorded our history and carefully stored it for future generations. Despite it being against the laws, we would occasionally go back in time to see what previous generations were like. They were the most like me, I think. No respect for any rules.

My final child is a difficult story to tell. During the War, there were creatures called Never-Weres. When they killed someone, that person got erased from history. They never existed. Every Time Lord that went into battle had a Time-Locked box holding pictures and important documents about themselves. These boxes were placed on a timer. If you didn't access them within three weeks of updating them, they would send themselves to your next of kin. I received one of these boxes, showing that I had a fourth child. I don't remember them at all. That box was one of my most precious belongings before I introjected here. The longer I go without seeing it, the less I remember. Soon I might forget they ever existed.

I had a fifth child through a forced form of asexual reproduction. Her name was Jenny. Her name can be shared because she wasn't raised a Time Lord, in our culture. She was born full grown, and a soldier. I promised to take her to new worlds and show her that there's more to life than fighting. But she died. She was only 4 hours old. She loved adventure as much as I do.

All of my kids are dead now. I haven't talked about them in a very long because it still hurts so much. But I think talking and sharing might help.

All four of the Werewolf pups were stolen from their parents before being sold to the Elliots. None of the parents survived. While V and Jay had two parents, Caelu was a single mother.

So are Finnian's parents trans or are you just ignoring canon (reasonable)? Because pokemon eggs normally hatch as the mother's species.

sorry this is late, i didn't see it until now. yeah i'm ignoring canon. i figured that sticking with canon mechanics would make it really boring since the species i could use would be very limited

#i know that rule exists in the main series for gameplay reasons but here it's like. why /can't/ the offspring take after the father #i'm pretty sure canon pmd ignores this too if herdier and his grandson lillipup are any indication #they could be like wigglytuff and have the parents be the same species but for two familial generations i find that to be unlikely #the only rule from the games i'm sticking with is that they have to be in the same egg group #to keep it accurate with real life biology #though i may make an exception for pokemon in the undiscovered group if the situation ever arises #also speaking of that if anybody saw the swablu egg in my derwin amos and ava step dad art my explanation behind that despite gliscor and #altaria being in separate egg groups is that they use a ditto surrogate (full credit to my gf for that idea)

This comment from @otwdfanfic on the first chapter of Promises, Promises (the sad fic I've been working on) made me WHEEZE cuz you're so right, it sounds absolutely insane

So I decided to doodle some gussiri on their very chaotic, very cool, very insane Berserker honeymoon (and I think theyre effing hilarious personally)

(gonna put it under the cut cuz there are so many doodles LMAO)

First off, I'm headcanoning the wallmarket board is still stored somewhere and these two somehow managed to find it

Dagur being the best mentor ever and getting his apprentice out of bed in the morning (gussiri ain't amused)

They're being chased (by little Rune, who has a knife and wants to play)

They did end up exploring the caves together and did not have a good time

Theyre very tiny and very cute and they're my tiny children LOOK AT THEIR LITTLE FACES

Lastly, I think they deserve to be happy together but seeing where the fic is headed they won't be very happy or together :(

My style changed like 4 times while doodling these throughout today and hey I ain't mad about it

it’s hilarious that the DSP fandom is in denial over the fact aounabara had actual romantic feelings towards meikai, and NOT in fact, “fatherly” feelings.

#idk why aounabara is referred to as meikai's 'adoptive father' in the fandom wikia in the first place #uomi & mikotsu are the only offspring he has and i'm pretty sure aounabara's relationship to meikai is meant to be friendship #not a parent/kid one #one character being younger than the other one doesn't by default make the elder into the younger one's parental figure #idk i'm sure someone will interpret their relationship differently but i saw them as being friends... well. in a loose sense #considering aounabara did see meikai as #'a treasure' of a kind. given to him by satanick #he asked for a friend. so of course the very friend that was literally MADE for him disappears and falls in love with someone else #would cause the sea king to kill (or put a curse on) meikai's lover in a fit of rage #anyway. whatever #the DSP fandom is in denial about a lot of things that happen in canon #personal

ANYWAYS about that curse thing huh!!!!!!!!! Ummmmm I can't believe disabled Idia is real. The way he talked about how people must believe his condition benefits him because he Cannot overblot but they don't think about how else it affects him or how something like that can backfire??? Mwah. BEST writing so far. Definitely something I can relate to as a person w a genetic hypermobility disorder.
