Dimentio headcanons (Minus ship ones)

I had to search for my headcanons because I forgot all of them akdjs

But anyways, my Dimentio likes to sing, usually not high enough for someone to hear, he reads and sometimes writes too, although his writing isn't really easy to understand.

(His handwriting is actually really pretty, the only problem is that the things he writes aren't coherent, he uses a lot of metaphors, words in other languages followed by random drawings, sometimes he uses the lines of the notebook and sometimes he ignores them, there's also numbers that make zero sense in order, it's very cryptic).

His favorite fruits are grapes and blackberries, loves cakes, tea and wine (he's not an alcoholic, but he does drink a lot when he's alone, or when they go to a bar/pub).

He has insomnia and also lots of nightmares, when he does sleep well it's always on weird places, like trees, his own explosive boxes, sometimes in the big chandeliers from the Castle or just literally in the air.

I have the headcanon that the ancients spoke a lot of languages, but mostly the romantic ones (French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, etc), so that's my explanation to why he knows both Italian and French. (Now what if I used my native language (aka Brazilian Portuguese) to write his nonsensical journals? hehehe)

And lastly, he hates the sun, his favorite season is winter, if he runs for more than 5 minutes he'll just lay down and die, (not really, but you get it ajdja), one of his favorite hobbies is turning invisible and scaring people in the halls of the Castle and he's really good at card games.

Edit: Forgot to say that Dimentio paints portraits! His style is very messy tho.

They wouldn't be together in the main story because it's a retelling with some changes but I'll allow some romance between them on side stuff I might come up with owo

Like, it would be pretty different for me to make O'Chunks have a crush on Dimentio instead of Mimi being the one attracted to him, as she would think he's just a womanizer like lots of men she encountered before

Favorite drawings you did

Good question! I draw so much that I don't really know what my favorites are, but if I try to think about it it's probably these:

(I need to remake the beach one, you can even see that Mimi is really different from how I draw her now)

tbh I think that I only finish the ones that are my favorites, I doodle a lot and I'm in constant art block so when I do draw something that I deem "decent" I try to finish it :)

Do you have any Dimentio x O'Chunks headcanons? That's my favorite ship and if you talked about them or drew them more I would explode!!!! (from happiness)

As always I never stopped to really think about it, so I'm gonna make some headcanons right now kajshd

Like my other ships, I imagine that they have a lot of romantic tension (idk if that exists, but if se*ual tensions exists then the romantic one need to be a thing too), I'm also sure that they do have the other tension too, but I'm not gonna enter in details about it because my blog is like a safe space (despite the fact that I have drawn suggestive stuff before)

So O'Chunks is the shy one in this ship, and I think he's not dumb dumb but a little naive, so he may not understand when Dimentio is flirting as most of the time he's talking in metaphors or using double meanings, when he does get what Dimentio is saying he covers his face in embarrassment, and Dimentio finds it really cute.

However, for O'Chunks it's easier to display his affection by giving hugs or kisses, so that's when Dimentio starts being a little more out of control of stuff since he's not so good at receiving physical love, usually he'll get shy but O'Chunks won't even see it because his mask doesn't let some expressions or blushing appear, when he does notice he's probably laughing about it because 1-it's really cute and 2-it's really rare to see Dimentio being shy, as he's always with that showman personality

And I do think that Dimentio's lack of expressions creates some kind of challenge, like "I can't see your face so I'll make you express yourself by your body language", and both of them are aware of that, some time later it even turns into a thing of their relationship, O'Chunks will say "if I go there I'll make you get all flustered and you don't want that" as a threat and Dimentio is like "I doubt you can do it uwu" aksdjh
