Olivia never normally went on these type of repair jobs, hiding away in her lab had become a habit for the brunette over time but more hands were needed on deck now so she didn’t have a choice. And besides, if anyone was gonna fix it, it’s only right it’s the person who created it in the first place. One hand holds onto her tablet as she reads through the report while the other knocks loudly on his door. “I’m here for your repair!” She yells through it for him, clearly needing to work a little more on her people skills.

Dane had promised his brother they would go to lunch. Both lovers of coffee, a thing their parents had passed down to them, Dane thought it would be good to go and grab a bite somewhere which had the best coffee. As Dane walked into the family clinic, he saw his brother and smiled. It was clear they were related, both classically handsome with blue eyes, dark hair and leading man features. Dane waved and waited till his brother was free. “ Hey, so I was thinking coffee and a bite to eat... And we got to figure out what to buy Delilah for her birthday this year.” He said as he headed outside. “ How was work? busy?” He asked and then broached the subject that he wasn’t sure if Daniel would want to hear. “ So Lydia started following me on instagram.” It was a long time since he had said that name. The woman who had practically destroyed him and his brother had been one of the few who had seen him hit rock bottom. “ She lives in Los Angeles, She sent me a message but I ignored it.”

It had been a long day, Jamie did not remember the last time he was in a lab but he was helping Benjamin with some research and he remembered how much he missed being in a lab coat and working with chemicals. People often forgot that he had a background in science, especially chemistry and biology but that was another life. He had delivered a few reports to his father, dropping it on the man’s desk before deciding to head out to the Drunken Dragon just to forget the day and distract himself before going home.

A sigh escaped his lips as he took a seat, hands running through his hair. One of his habits before ordering a beer and looking to his side to see someone he knew. “Hey, it’s been awhile since I have seen your face,” he spoke with a warm and charming smile.

Peach Place was a quiet neighbourhood filled with affluent residents, large Victoria style homes, luxury cars and Peach Hollows’ original founding families. Its quiet streets and large, nearly overgrown trees were calm and serene, making it the perfect place to settle down and retire, allowing for endless gardening possibilities. And the large homes allotted for consistent renovations and additions to the already spacious and grand pastel-coloured dwellings that lined the street. It wasn’t the most upbeat or modern neighbourhood, but it was Cecelia Pham’s home.

She wasn’t like her neighbours, stuck up and boastful. She didn’t like driving fancy cars or showing off her family’s money as if for sport. No. Cecelia was much more humble about her blessed lifestyle, opting to drive her beating up Toyota and keep her luxury items for when she absolutely had to wear them. But despite her greatest efforts to feel like everyone else in town, it was difficult when your money trailed behind you like a shadow. It was for this reason that not too many people were allowed the opportunity to visit Cecelia at home. But tonight she didn’t feel like going out. For once, she just wanted to spend the evening at home.

Cecelia’s family was off at a hotel convention - yes, those things exist - a few hours away, leaving her all alone for the evening. The sun was beginning to set in Peach Place and while she could still make out the orange sky behind the shadow of the trees, what really caught her eye was the silhouette of a person walking her way. “For someone with such long lets, it’s really quite impressive how slow you can be,” she called out to them, though not moving from her position in the hammock.

It was a bit cool this time of year, to be wearing just a t-shirts and shorts. Though knowing Daniel, he would soon get a work-out that’s hard enough to work up an immense sweat. He wouldn’t be cold after that, for sure. Elijah strolled through the forest, on his way to the clearing at the end of it where he was supposed to meet Daniel. He hadn’t told Ian about what he was up to, he wanted to spare himself the well meant tips he’d get. It was a confusing place to be in, knowing that Ian meant well, yet he didn’t want any of that. He just needed some space. And an outlet.

Eli arrived at the clearing, seeing Daniel already there. He nodded at him. There was something intimidating about Daniel. Maybe it was his power, that had certainly freaked Eli out at times. “Hey.” He said when he got closer. “Let’s get to it.” He smiled softly.
