Goth Family Tree

This is the Goth Family tree, at the end of 11 rounds of gameplay (55 Sim days). I'll try to update this after every round.

Mortimer Goth married Bella Bachelor, and they had two children: Cassandra and Alexander.

Cassandra Goth married Don Lothario, and they had four children together: Twins Isabella and Nick (born round 1), and twins Adrian and Michael (born round 3). Cassandra also had a daughter as a result of an alien abduction, named Nova (born round 6).

Isabella "Izzy" Lothario married Ricky Cormier, and they have four children together: Twins Donald and Walter (born round 9), Aldric (born round 10), and Richard (born round 11). She and her family live in the Goth family home, also called the Goth Manor.

Nick Lothario, called Nicky by his family and close friends, is Isabella's twin brother. He has one daughter as a result of an alien abduction, named Luna (born round 11). He has never been married.

Adrian and Michael Lothario have never been married, but they live apart because they don't get along. Michael is the twin with glasses, wearing the traditional Goth round glasses.

Nova Lothario was born as a result of Cassandra's alien abduction. She just finished her sophomore year at Sim State University.

Alexander Goth married Lucy Burb. They have two children, Whitney (born round 6) and Johnna (born round 7). They are currently not part of Cora's Story.

Mortimer Goth married Dina Caliente, following the disappearance of his first wife, Bella. Mortimer and Dina had two children together: Cora (born round 1) and Morty (born round 3).

Cora Goth married Tara Welsh. They adopted a child, Danny Welsh-Goth (born approximately round 8). Cora, Nick, and Izzy are all very close, and are also friends with Rob and Sam Broke (unborn baby Broke), all born in Round 1.

Morty Goth is engaged to Diana Burb (born round 2, Lucy Burb's younger sister). He is friends with Adrian and Michael, as they all went to Sim State together. Morty was named after his father, who died before he was born.

he literally has done nothing aside from skill build for school, so he's just hacking his grades in an attempt to not mess around with studying or writing papers or going to class.

meanwhile, Melody actually puts effort in. their apartment is still rancid from that party but that's not really important.

aww he got caught... so he immediately tried again as soon as the cop left. this time he succeeded in hacking himself to a C.

He was rewarded by being able to visit this neighbor that was blair witching it on the far wall. He had some friendships to maintain and spent 2 hours on the phone afterwards.

meanwhile melody listened to her mp3 player on top of the stereo that was already blaring music.

They were out of groceries, so instead of buying more they just wandered downtown to get some food.

one of the main cultural hubs of goth people is a shitty diner. Dirk is already here, standing in front of the kitchen, in the way of the servers. brooding. or something.

he really tried to bring up toys... he should know better... melody hates toys a toy killed her grandma. and traumatized her as a child. mostly the second one. fake friend alexander goth. did stephen put him up to this? is this why he insists on calling him every day? it's not going to work. he fucking ruined dinner.

burgers eaten, conversation topic changed, and faux pas passed over, they decide to skip out on the bill for funsies. it was way too busy for the host to go looking for them. yet another crime committed today, meaning Alexander can sleep peacefully once again.

The Black Alternate curse

Here we are, back again with the third and final instalment in this trilogy x

Within my time of being in the six fandom, I've begun to notice a strange, consistent pattern with actresses given specific alternate costumes. It seems that (if given this costume) the actress wearing it is open to more situations arising concerning them. Be it emergency covers, or early departures, all matter of situations have befallen these queens.

In regards to the Black costume, we are presented with a curse that seems to guarantee actresses who wear it a longer contract &/or, a full-time return to six in the future, making it in some ways similar to the Orange curse! Unlike our previous 2 entries, this curse has been ruthless throughout it's course, claiming every single actress to ever don the costume!

3. Not wonderful Christmas Time

It started very calmly and cozily. Alex persuaded Cassie to join him in decorating the Christmas tree. The feeble rays of winter sun were playing in the leaves of the floral pattern of the wallpapers in the living room.

The smells of meatloaf and fresh bakery were sneaking away from the kitchen. The holiday spirit was so strong, that Cassie even started to murmur some Christmas tunes under her nose while choosing yet another bright decoration from the old box.

The Goths were about to have their festive dinner, and the kids have already taken their seats at the table, when it happened.

“You must be kidding,” grumbled Cassandra watching Mortimer accompany Dina to the table. “It was supposed to be a family dinner.”

“All right, kids,” said Mortimer in the meantime, taking his seat and stretching his hand to Dina. “I have a very important announcement. Dina, love,” he turned to the woman with a sweet smile, almost making Cassie puke. “Will you do me the honour to move in with me?”

Dina’s eyes widened and a sugary smile appeared on her tanned face. She nodded energetically and was about to respond, when Cassandra spoke.

“What the fuck, father?! Our mother is not dead! She’s MISSING! This means that you’re still MARRIED! You may fuck whoever you want, but don’t bring it to our home! To mom’s home!”

Poor Alexander flattened himself against his chair and gave his father a scared look. Mortimer’s face went as white as a piece of paper.

“Cassandra,” he started as calmly as he could. “The investigation was closed years ago. According to the law, if a person does not show up 10 years after the disappearance, this person is considered …. deceased. So from the law perspective…”

“FUCK THE LAW!!!!” roared Cassie snapping the surface of the table with her fist. “She’s NOT dead! I know it! I will prove it to you! I…”

“Cassandra!” roared Mortimer back losing his temper completely. “How dare you speak to your father in such a tone? Dina is moving in with us. It’s decided. End of discussion. Behave or…”

“Or what?” Cassie fired confidently. “Will you lock me down in my room? Will you take away my pocket money? Or maybe will you throw me into the street, so your precious c*nt could have more space in your house?”

“YOUR ROOM!” Screamed Mortimer jumping up from his chair. “NOW!”

“With GREAT pleasure,” spitted Cassie standing up loudly. “I’m more than full.”

She ran up the stairs and slammed the door of her room as hardly as she could. She spent an hour in the bathtub, staring into the ceiling and listening to her favourite classic music. She didn’t cry. She stopped crying long time ago. She was empty. Broken. Lonely. And she didn’t know what could possibly mend her. If at all.

How did you find TOA? I track the Marianne tag on Tumblr and saw the previous Marianne drop. The old shit post emblem group I was in was falling apart and I thought it would be nice to join a new one.

Favorite TOA-related memory: What Kent told Mari in her first lore event about the importance of healers have lived rent free in my memory since it happened. Also Griss trying to blow himself up in the arena and despite his best efforts not succeeding.

Got any delusions that didn’t see the light of day in TOA that you’d like to share? Charlotte is one I've thought about and is the one most likely to send Triandra packing....there are an awful lot of men at the academy who would do a great job taking care of her and her family 😏

New Goth Household: Chapter 3, Part 5

Keira and Marta discuss the jerk that is Marta's emotionally abusive ex. Milton tries to make a friend and Joey throws himself in to his work.

Keira: And by he we’re talking about the sorry excuse of a man that belittled you for years, right

Marta: Liam

Keira: I thought you said he was through pursuing you when he realised you were no longer afraid of him

Marta: I thought so. But he waltzed in and wanted me to make his coffee order. I mean I couldn’t say no, the boss was right there watching

Keira: Did he say anything else

Marta: That I make him crazy. That he misses me. I told him, I’m in love with a beautiful girl. His response was rather vulgar

Keira: That piece of trash

Marta: He never believed I was bisexual. Thought he could woohoo liking girls out of me

Keira: Please tell me you spat in his coffee

Marta: Carino I need this job, we need savings. We can’t live in that mansion forever and I want to be able to pay my own way with you

Keira: But-

Marta: He doesn’t know who you are or where we are, he can’t harass us beyond wanting crappy coffee.

Keira: I just want you safe

Marta: Whenever I’m with you Keira, I feel safe

Alexander: How was your first day of school

Milton: Okay I guess. Except when they asked me if my mum or dad were picking me up and I had to say neither

Alexander: I’ll call your teacher about it

Milton: Please don’t. I’m already the kid with no parents, I don’t want to be the kid who makes trouble

Alexander: If you’re sure

Milton: I am. Look I’m all finished with homework so I’m going to go to the library room

Alexander: You think he’s okay

James: It was always going to be tricky love, but I think he doesn’t seem too downcast

Joey: Wait- he just turned up like some stalker creep

Marta: I’m used to him pulling stupid stunts

Joey: But you haven’t been together in ages

Marta: He thinks he owns me, or owns my happiness

Keira: Yeah I don’t count as a partner because I’m a girl

Milton: Adults sound stupid

Joey: You’re telling me kid

Alexander: You get promoted yet

Joey: Even I’m not going to get promoted on my first day. The producer did have a flip out though, kept flinging me panicked emails, and I thought I was paranoid

James: Did you sort it

Joey: Oh yeah. I had to take some time off other tasks but I managed to make a programme to tackle all the issues. Even got praised in the afternoon meeting

Following dinner Alexander takes time to play with Milton and make sure he ends the day happy. James looks after the other youngsters, making sure the cats are content.

Alexander: I haven’t read anything but textbooks in ages

James: It’s always nice to slow down. Did Milton get to bed alright

Alexander: He was cracking jokes so I think he’s okay sweets

…

In their room Keira and Marta are having quite a passionate make out session.

Marta: You’re kissing pretty hard carino

Keira: Sorry, I just want to help you forget whatshisface

Marta: Ay dios mio, I can’t even remember his name

Keira: Good, we’re working

All the young adults take advantage of the home gym while James preps breakfast for everyone

James: Gertrude they did not order this with cat fur dressing

Joey: Can you see my muscles yet

Alexander: I guess

Joey: You seem crabby

Alexander: Milton’s still insisting on sharing a room. It makes it hard for me and James to...

Joey: Do something abut getting hard? You know you can just put him somewhere else

Alexander: He’s my brother, I’ve got to look after him

Alexander washes is dishes in the guest bathroom where James finds him.

James: You all caught up on homework

Alexander: Yes Mr Goth, I’ve finished my schoolwork

James: *chuckles* well Milton is at school, the cats are napping down here, our bedroom is pretty empty right now if you’re up for it

Alexander: I’m always up for it. It’s felt like forever since we’ve been together and I have been dreaming pixel part dreams

James: So glad I landed a younger man. Come on love

School only made Milton tense but afterwards he invited over classmate Reynaldo. The two set themselves up int the dining room battling voidcritters. Could Reynaldo be Milton’s first childhood friend? Unfortunately I did make it trickier to raise friendship so we’ll have to wait and see.

Alexander: Milton, come and eat

Milton: Just as soon as I win this battle

Reynaldo: Never!

Marta: Kids are so cute

Joey: Guess who got promoted! It’s ya boy Joey

Alexander: Still talking about yourself in the third person when you brag

Joey: It helps highlight my skills. I just demanded some challenges, took extra training and ta da! I’m now a project manager

Marta: Is that good?

Joey: It’s closer to the dream. Well the career dream, not the sleep with as many women as I can dream

Joey chose to work hard during his shift (seriously, I didn’t select it) so is feeling like he needs to stretch his creative skills. He starts knitting a new pair of socks upstairs while Marta checks out what drama is on TV. When Alexander is finished with his homework he joins them and they chatter away until Keira finally finishes her work. Joey is ending his knitting when he gets a hook up txt from Tuesday.

Tuesday: Congratulations on your promotion!

Joey: You here to congratulate me then?

The two head to Joey’s room where Tuesday takes a moment to chat before diving in.

Tuesday: You know how Monica has always fancied you

Joey: Really? But she’s less than attractive

Tuesday: To you maybe. Anyway she’s got her sights set on Derick and was asking about how we practice together and I get the feeling she’d like to practice with you. If for nothing else than making Derick jealous

Joey: Yeah I’m sure my killer good looks have nothing to do with it

Tuesday: Focus. My point is, if you have fun with her, make sure to include me. I’ve wanted to get a better look at her boobs for ages

Winterfest is certainly over so its time for a cat costume change. Hamlet gets a mysterious cape while Gertrude gets to be a lady knight, en garde! Joey tried to fit in some creative time to wipe away his threatening burnout before work but didn’t quite manage it. Fingers crossed he doesn’t overdo it today.

It may be raining but if you’re underwater it makes no difference. Keira has another day free of classes before her exams and takes the time to do some more diving. She gets a new underwater photo and cements her love of sea creatures.

Milton got another pop up about inviting Reynaldo over after school. He lost his first tooth during recess (one of his front oversized ones) and is not happy.

Milton: Why do we have to lose them anyway

Reynaldo: If you were an adult with kid sized teeth it’d be weird

Milton: How many do we have to lose

Reynaldo: I think it’s kind of the same one over and over again until we become teens and they shift

Milton: Sounds logical to me

Keira has also been taking time to use the easel Kayleigh gave her and today finished her first masterpiece! Mum will be proud. Alexander is indulging in his culinary hobby again by making everyone mac and cheese. I know I don’t have hobbies installed right now but I’m going to keep playing like I do. Joey arrives home and yep, he’s experiencing burnout. Time to use a vacation day to unwind I think.

James is busy giving lessons on love to Marta and Keira when Alexander finishes cooking.

Joey: Man I feel rubbish

James: You don’t look too good son

Keira: Burnout maybe?

Joey: Please, I’m a genius. That said, I have taken tomorrow off

Alexander: Milton! Come eat!

James: It’s good he’s making a friend

Of course before everyone can be finished Hamlet jumps up and helps himself to the food.

Derick: Yo bro, how’s it

Joey: Not too shiny my man. Hoping some partying can lift my mood but my roomates have exams tomorrow

Derick: Dude I have exams tomorrow and I can still enjoy a keg

Joey: Us bro’s are built differently. Is Monica here

Derick: Monica? Probably. She always seems to be wherever I turn

Joey: You ever tap that

Derick: Na, I don’t dabble with amateurs. But why are we talking about her, come on in

Joey taps the keg but try as I might, the keg stand interaction doesn’t work

Monica: Joey, you came

Joey: Always do

Monica: *blushes* You know you have pretty eyes

Joey: I do, lashes make a difference, but let’s cut to the chase. You don’t need to flirt with me. If you want to practice to impress Derick I’m happy to help

Monica: Really? Just like that?

Joey: If the woohoo is on offer I’m happy to oblige

Joey: But you know, it’s not going to be sparkles and rainbows. Be sure you want this

Monica: I do, and make sure to give Derick a good review

Joey: About that, Tuesday really wanted to help

Monica: She did? But I’m straight

Joey: Same here but playing with more people can increase your skills

Monica: Okay but if she’s involved she has to take some cute pics to “accidentally” send Derick

Joey: I’m sure she can manage that. Shall we go upstairs

Monica: No. Not here. I want Derick to think I’m good, I don’t want him to think I’m easy

Cora's Story: Goth Family Tree, Round 18

Here is the updated Goth family tree for Cora's Story after round 18 (90in-game days). Changes from the round 17 post are bolded.

Mortimer Goth married Bella Bachelor, and they had two children: Cassandra and Alexander.

Cassandra Goth married Don Lothario, and they had four children together: Twins Isabella and Nick (born round 1), and twins Adrian and Michael (born round 3). Cassandra also had a daughter as a result of an alien abduction, named Nova (born round 6).

Isabella "Izzy" Lothario married Ricky Cormier, and they had four children together: Twins Donald and Walter (born round 9), Aldric (born round 10), and Richard (born round 11). Izzy passed away at home surrounded by her family. Currently her son Donald lives in the Goth Manor with his daughter Anna (born round 17) and his father, Ricky.

Nick Lothario, called Nicky by his family and close friends, is Isabella's twin brother. He has one daughter as a result of an alien abduction, named Luna (born round 11). He currently lives with his fiancée, Shanna Mazza.

Adrian Lothario married Sophie Miguel, and they have two children, Cassie (born round 14) and Miguel (born round 15).

Michael Lothario lives on his own following the death of his wife, Diana Burb.

Nova Lothario has never been married.

Alexander Goth married Lucy Burb. They had two children, Whitney (born round 6) and Johnna (born round 7).

Whitney Goth married Orlando Centowski, and they had three children together: Lucas (born round 15), and twins Alexis and Ophelia (born round 16). Following Orlando's passing, Whitney adopted a child, Isaiah (born approximately round 16).

Johnna Goth has never been married.

Mortimer Goth married Dina Caliente, following the disappearance of his first wife, Bella. Mortimer and Dina had two children together: Cora (born round 1) and Morty (born round 3).

Cora Goth married Tara Welsh. They adopted a child, Danny Welsh-Goth (born approximately round 8). Cora passed away at her home, the same day Danny's twins were born.

Danny Welsh-Goth married Tosha Go, and they have four children together: Natalie (born round 16), Danielle (born round 17), and twins Lia and Cornelius (born round 18). Danny also has two children with Jane Stacks: twins Jay and Shea (born round 16).

Morty Goth married Kaylynn Langerak, and they had two children together: twins Parker and Arthur (born round 17). Morty Goth died of old age.

While everyone’s been waiting for the infant update and subsequent expansion pack, I’ve been away giving makeovers/reworks of @pleasantsims‘ Sims from her save file.

These are only five of the 18 Sims made over. If Don and Cassandra look familiar, that’s because I cloned my makeovers of them to use as bases.

Next up, we're visiting the Pendula View neighborhood of Pleasant- er, Willow Creek, and spending some time with THE Goths.

Mortimer Goth is the quintessential Knowledge Sim, interested in learning anything there is to know about… well, anything!

Bella Goth is a little bit dreamy, a little bit glam, and more than a little bit mysterious — even her husband never gets a real answer about what she does all day at her job as a Secret Agent.
