Thank you for asking!! Uh, Phillip is such a fun character to write. He's very in-the-moment, so he's lent himself well to a lot of the more active chapters so far.
16. What is your character's relationship with their family?
Honestly, Phillip is the character who most suffers from no-family-syndrome in this story. Everyone else I've had a glimpse into their home life, but he's in a part of his life where he's twice thrown off his past, and that doesn't leave very many people left. He doesn't even have a found family - he's just out for himself. If I were to at this very moment give him a family, he would be divorced about 12 years ago (a few years before the key events at Thornrow), with maximum of one kid. I'd consider giving him a brother he doesn't get along with.
23. If your character is at a loud, people-filled party, how would they act?
It's not the sort of place he'd be for fun, because he knows he'd be more likely to start a fight he didn't want to get into, so he's probably there for a reason. He'd be bristling and growling, with his head on a swivel as he looked for whoever or whatever he was looking for.
38. Someone your character dislikes goes up to them and confesses. How does your character react? (Doesn't have to be a rejection.)

Oh this was HARD!!!! And even I obsessed over this for few hours I still feel like I’m forgetting someone actually important but !!!!! Let’s try!!!!!!!
Ok first one is character that I do not like at all, I dont think I even sympathize with him but I think he’s fantastically written and I feel like I understand the point and motives of this bitch but I know some of yall will cringe at me for picking him but still! my first pick is:
-Walter White. I think he’s just so good depiction of how dangerous it can be when you have unresolved issues and you’re in a tight spot, like the cunt started as good ™ man who worked hard and did his best to provide for his family, but the cancer and the bitterness most people seem to overlook made him to spiral into such monster..!
I just seriously think that he’s so good example what might happen when someone who has mental baggage and toxic and unprocessed bitterness is pushed too far
......Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I only now noticed the animal part of the ask asdfghjhkg anyway my other picks for top 5 characters would’ve been Edward Elric, Dean Winchester, Ragnar Lodbrok and Nuuskamuikkunen (aka Snufkin) who I also thought to write little essays of!!!

Moro from Mononoke Hime, the wolf mother, I just love her she’s fierce and dangerous but also nurturing and kind enough to raise a human among her pups, I think Moro is just one of the good wolves in media, like good as in pretty correct, not a pet but also not a mindless killing machine either!!
2. Black Beauty, the main character from the movie with same name, idk he just is so horse, he just keeps being kind and nice and working even after all the shit he has to put up with because he trusts that some people are good too. Yes that movie makes me cry, yes I’m emotional of horses!!!!!
3. Scar from Lion King, he’s queer coded!!! He’s got this greasy style!!! His moral compass is set on whatever!!! He just lies and cheats and don’t give a shit of anyone! Gotta love a good villain!
4. Akame from Hopeanuoli/Ginga, idk he’s got style, plus also gotta love a bitch who decides just not to give a shit of old tradition he notices are just empty, like ‘’hey I just now noticed there’s actual problems in world and us guarding some old scrolls ain’t one, bye boys i’mma burn this place!’’

5. Balto!!! As a weirdo myself the whole conflict of not feeling like belonging with either dogs nor wolves, might I say, mood.
Really tho I think Balto is one of the rare cases where main character dude being an underdog (hehe) don’t come with the scott pilgrim -syndrome so thats neat,
and I just really liked and i still like to see an outsider find self worth in their true self and, AND!! becoming cherished part of community!!!

Edward Elric, a bastard!!! I love that in any character!!! He’s just so well written too, like he’s the big brother, he has responsibilty, he knows he needs to do stuff no one else can, he’s smart but in believable way so it doesn’t feel too god-like etc, the trauma!!! the tenacity!!! and at the end of the day behind all of he’s just a teenage who lost almost everything and just..... *clenches fist* yeah......
Dean Winchester, yes another big brother but this dude is whole different story, yes he had to look after himself and his little brother but there was also terrifying father figure present to beat him up (mentally, possibly physically too?) for any mistake like its telling he gives Dean shit about car maintenance even when he’s over twenty so....... and yes big part of Dean character isn’t probably what writers intended but I don’t care, i just like what i see in him and his macho-mask and what else!!!
Ragnar Lodbrok, yes also a historical figure but we’re talking about the dude from vikings show obviously!! I just LOVE how he’s a very manly man and etc blah blah but also soft..! He’s a family man!! he loves his wife!!! plays with his kids!!! he’s a leader sure but his real interest isn’t power or gold he just wants better life for his family and people!!! He loves good soil over gold!!!! but he’s also not a perfect ™, he has his weaknesses and his morals can be interesting to say at least, I just adore his vibe and the self confidence!!!!!
and then, Nuuskamuikkunen, he’s perfect being, this bitch has it all figured out, acab, fuck the stupid rules and just yes!!! if I didn’t love my trinkets and place for creating art so much I would absolutely live in a tent too, or at least with life that fits in single backpack!!!

in jonah's band - when you see jonah beck drawing band logo ideas during study hall, you feel like it's fate: you've always wanted to be friends with jonah, and you've also always wanted to be a part of a band! so you introduce yourself to him at your shared lunch block, and soon, you're the bassist in Otter Galaxy, a five-person band consisting of you, jonah (guitarist), buffy (singer), walker (drummer), and kira (trumpter). you all collaborate to write songs from all sorts of genres, and you develop close friendships with all of your bandmates. fourteen great songs later, jonah introduces you to a man named bowie, and he helps Otter Galaxy record their first whole album. buffy's girlfriend andi designs the album cover art, and kira's girlfriend libby runs the band's social media and marketing. Otter Galaxy reaches its career peak--so far, at least--when they perform a setlist of originals and covers at shadyside high school's homecoming dance. you're glowing the whole night, so happy to have made these connections and produced such amazing art with all these humans you love so deeply.
attending an olivia rodrigo concert with amber - you've always made fun of your friend amber for calling into every single radio station ticket giveaway, but when she manages to win ten tickets to olivia rodrigo's sour tour, you immediately rescind all teasing comments. you can't begin to thank amber enough when she announces that she's taking you, andi, buffy, cyrus, iris, kira, maria from the basketball team, and (reluctantly) her brother tj to the concert. the afternoon of the concert, everyone heads over to the kippen household to dress up and prepare for the concert. ms. kippen drives everyone, herself taking the tenth ticket, and everyone manages to fit into her minivan in a mostly legal seating arrangement (andi may be on buffy's lap, and iris may be crouching in the center section of the car, but hey, at least no one's in the trunk!). the concert itself is electric. despite never having endured heartbreak, cyrus sobs at every single song (but, not to worry, tj's there to supportively hold his hand the whole time). andi and iris sing along so passionately that it's a miracle they haven't lost their voices; you and kira share a pink cotton candy that's bigger than your face! by the end of the concert, everyone's exhausted from the rush of adrenaline and joy, and the car ride home is pretty quiet as everyone basks in the sated feeling. you all sleepover at the kippen house, constructing an elaborate maze of pillow forts in the living room before dozing off. you and your friends end up sleeping in 'til noon, when ms. kippen finally wakes everyone up with the smell of homemade pancakes.
gardening with cece - when andi invites you over to help with the gardening, she fails to mention what a serious matter you've just agreed to undertake. with a cold pitcher of lemonade as your sustenance, you and andi join cece in her meticulous plant upkeep duties. cece is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about the various flowers spread about the garden, and she offers you her gardening cap when she notices how you're squinting under the hot sun. but don't let her kindness fool you: when cece somehow ends up in a passive-aggressive conversation with the neighbor about the location of some plumerias, cece swiftly dons her weapon of choice--the garden hose--and mercilessly discharges its cold water. the hose fight quickly turns into a fun opportunity to cool off, and soon, you and andi are collapsed in a muddy heap of laughter as cece chastises you for wasting water.
andi's lab partner in chemistry class - despite being an art-focused school, saava also has incredibly strong academic programs. alas, this is very unfortunate for you, as you aren't the best at science classes--so you're relieved when you're paired with a really kind and bright girl, andi, for this semester's chemistry labs. andi always manages to bring a certain magic to the routine and rule-based chemistry class, turning graphs of hydrogen levels into colorful maps that remind you of the astrology posters your friend libby likes to paint. and it's like andi's creativity unlocks your own imagination--with andi's help, you turn your simple coffee-decaffeination lab into a rube goldberg machine that creates splatter art! soon, your formerly most dreaded block becomes an exciting opportunity to collaborate with your new friend to make increasingly complex machines, sculptures, paintings, and other forms of art. your final chemistry lab of the year--an exercise in pH measurement that you and andi turn into a mixed-media installation that comments on the shift of identity many students experience when coming to a new school like saava--even gets featured in the "best of saava" monthly magazine! chemistry still may not be your best subject grade-wise, but thanks to andi's friendship and support, you find that you've learned a lot this year, and you really value the time you spent in this class.
psycholanalyzing beloved fictional characters with cyrus - on the first day of highschool, your first block class is the one you're looking forward to most--psychology. there's only one other freshman in the class, so you make sure to sit next to him. his name is cyrus, and soon, you and cyrus are bonding over your shared interest in the "childish" tv shows that your older brother teases you for liking. "if your brother teases you for watching them, why don't you come over to my place, and we can watch them together?" cyrus offers one day, so that afternoon, you head over to his dad's house. he introduces you to his dad and his step-mom sharon, both of whom are therapists (no wonder he knows so many answers in psychology class!), and you're super excited when they let you and cyrus flip through their paper copy of the dsm. sharon makes a bowl of popcorn for you and cyrus to share, and then you start watching pbs kids shows together, consulting cyrus's online copy of the dsm to jokingly psychoanalyze some of the characters from "arthur." ("technically it's a pirated copy of the dsm," cyrus explains bashfully, "but i was too scared to click on the illegal pdf, so i had my friend buffy save it for me.") after a few episodes of gleefully pathologizing fictional characters together, you hear cyrus's boyfriend tj knock on the front door. tj joins you for two more episodes of "wordgirl" (you find out that his favorite character is chuck the sandwich-making guy), and then the three of you eat dinner with cyrus's dad and step-mom before both you and tj have to head home. cyrus hugs you both, thanking you for coming over, and as you wave "bye," you feel so grateful for your two new friends.

By some horrible coincidence, a group of college roommates somehow have found their ‘other selves’, each one with a distinct personality and name.
Chaos ensues.
Notes: I’m actually doing something quite a bit different with this series, as the full first and second installment are on AO3 already. I started writing this back in June, when I was very lonely at three am during my job and I honestly never expected it to grow into over 70k in words with a sequel and multiple stand alone one shots. I’ve definitely come a long way from where chapter one is currently at, so I’ll be posting three times a week until I run out of the story. Anyway, enjoy!

Verity felt very nervous as she was getting ready this morning. A lot more than usual. It was different this time. Her brother had managed to get her a assistant job, working for his best friend from school. She remembered him all too well. She would never have admitted it back then, but she did have a thing for him. Not that she’d ever dare act on it, as her brother would kill her for starters, and he would probably just reject her. She adjusted her dress a little in the mirror, before she turned her head upside down and gathered all her hair into a bun. “Here goes nothing.” She sighed before picking up her bag and exiting the house. Yelling bye to her parents as she left the house. She’d been staying with them while she was looking for flats in the city. The commute did not take long, perhaps a half an hour or so, until she parked the car in the place she’d been told to and made her way to the office they’d agreed to meet. Being greeted by a woman in reception she said “Hi, I am here to meet Mr. Kaya.” She said, offering the woman a smile.

Cressida Bonas announces her engagement...to a Harry!

Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas is engaged to a man who also happens to be named Harry.
The 30-year-old’s beau, Harry Wentworth-Stanley, shared the big news on Instagram Sunday, revealing a snap of himself and the British actress/model embracing in Nantucket, Massachusetts, while she flaunted a major rock.
“We getting married,” the caption read.
Wentworth-Stanley quickly received numerous well-wishes on social media, including from James Middleton, the brother of Kate Middleton, who is married to Harry’s older brother, Prince William.
News.com.au shared that Wentworth-Stanley, whom she reportedly met at university, does have a connection to British nobility. He is reportedly the stepson of George Mountbatten, 4th Marquess of Milford Haven who is in line to the throne and is a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II, Harry’s grandmother.
Harper’s Bazaar reported the couple have kept their romance largely out of the spotlight and have possibly dated for over two years. The magazine also noted the two were linked a while ago before Bonas began dating Harry.
Bonas dated Harry, 34, for around three years after meeting in 2012.
While the British press insisted a possible engagement was in the works before the breakup, UK’s Telegraph noted Bonas reportedly struggled to deal with the media scrutiny that followed her while dating a royal. Sources also claimed that the repeated speculation about a wedding was “the final straw to the couple’s relationship.”
“It’s very sad that they have decided to split, but this is a completely amicable separation and they are remaining the very best of friends,” a friend of the couple told the Telegraph. “This gives Cressida the opportunity to focus on her career…”
“It’s not something that is easy for anyone — dating a royal or marrying into the family,” Bonas’ brother Jacobi told the Evening Standard in 2012, as reported by news.com.au. “She’s not a tough cookie at all. She’s a sensitive, sweet girl.”
Ingrid Seward, the editor in chief of Majesty magazine, has been covering the royal family since the ‘80s and has written over 20 books on the subject. According to news.com.au, the 71-year-old noted the pressure Bonas was faced with living in the public eye while dating Harry.
“[Cressida] just said it was awful because every time she walked down the street she could hear people criticizing her,” claimed Seward. “They would whip out their phones and take photos of her … I mean, this is just a normal, pretty girl and she just couldn’t take it. She just thought, ‘Why are they getting at me?’”
“There was no way she wanted that sort of attention and she told Harry so,” chimed royal biographer Katie Nicholl. “Harry didn’t want things to do. He was in love with her and he tried to convince her they could make it work, but Cressida’s mind was made up. She called the relationship off because she knew in her heart this wasn’t what she wanted. Harry suffered a real blow when she said, ‘I can’t do this.’ I think she really broke his heart.”
Despite the split, there are no hard feelings between the two. Bonas did attend the royal wedding last year where Harry married American actress Meghan Markle in May 2018. She was also invited to the wedding of Princess Eugenie, Harry’s cousin, to Jack Brooksbank in October 2018.
Bonas has also kept herself busy focusing on her acting career. In 2017, she appeared in “The Bye Bye Man” and “Tulip Fever.”

CHAPTER ONE
City Of Dreams
Okay, well yeah Today is the day I've been waiting for so long. I'm going to New York City until I already finished my studies. I am just a Senior highschool student who badly wants to go and live at New York city.
Why? Bcoz my Mom is there, shes's working there for like 3 years.
She's a Teacher and also she do part time jobs. Yep a lot of jobs, just for us and my siblings.
I am Denise S. And I have 3 siblings
2 big sisters and 1 big brother.
I'm from Philippines and yeah I'm living with my siblings and with my Grandmother. I don't have a Father, well I have one ofcourse. He just left me when I was a Kid. Anyways I want to go to New York City bcoz I wanted to do Part time jobs to help my mom there bcoz I know life in NYC isn' t a joke and I can't do part time jobs in the PH bcoz u know it's so complicated.
Anddddd One more reason I wanted to go to NYC bcoz I like to know myself better. I know I will see the real me if I'm going to a new place and NYC is my City of Dreams. So hell yeah NEW YORK CITY HERE WE ARE!!!!
Yep. After 2 days on a plane I'm already here. Shit I like to cry and shout bcoz my dreams are here and I am near them!!!! While I am imagining I heard my Mama's shout calling my name.
Damn I Missed her voice I like to cry
And then Mama and I saw each other

And then mama brought me to her apartment bcoz I am hungry and tired.

Then I went outside because It is still unbelievable for me that my feet is already here stepping the NYC.
While I am running bcoz I am so happy that I am fucking here already HAHA
I hurted someone. And he is really a nice guy then I saw his face I fucking screamed bcoz I just hurted Niall Horan
Like WTF he is the Love of my life and I didn't expect to see him here bcoz he is living in LA and shit.

CHAPTER 20
DONNIE
I don’t know how I feel I think she used me I didn’t come her excepting sex it’s clear she did cause she came her with nothing on underneath her dress so like a fool I fell for it I need to get home and shower I can't believe I did that.
“Get out my car”
“Donnie please we just”
“I know what we just did and I want you out my car this was your plan all along”
“Donnie don’t shut me out please”
“I want you out my motherfucking car Raquel” she opened the door and got out but had the door open looking at me.
“Donnie please don’t be angry with me I thought if we made love again you would see that we can work things out that’s all”
“Close my door and walk away I’m done with you” she closed the door as I started up the car and backing up then driving off.
**2 WEEKS LATER**
I was back at home and I think Rocky finally got the picture cause each day she calls less and less soon she will stop calling all together. She came here a few times but I didn’t speak to her either my mom or my Aunt spoke with her, I told them both if she comes by to tell her I’m busy, it was my last morning here I was all moved into my new place right now I was standing at the door of my mom’s house she was hugging me.
“You promise you will still come by”
“Yes mama every Sunday for dinner I promise” I kissed her forehead and hugged her again. “You’ll have to come to my house to okay”
“Okay bye angel”
“See ya ma” I walked away from her and got in my car starting it up and I back out and was off to my house. Once I got to my home I was happy only a few friends knew where my house was and that’s the way I like it.
Once I parked in the drive way I went right in happy to be home I kicked off my shoes at the door and went to the livingroom turning on the TV I sat there ready to relax when my phone started ringing I was not in the mood for it today I had finals coming up and I wanted to relax before I started studying .
“Hello”
Ph) “Hi”
“Hey what’s up?”
Ph) “Umm I was calling checking on you seeing how you were doing?”
“I’m good how about you?”
Ph) “I’m ok could be better I was just calling to check on you with finals around the corner I know how stress you get I was just checking in on you”
“Well thanks for checking on me but I’m fine about to start studying as soon as I get off the phone with you”
Ph) “Oh okay that’s good ummm a few of us are getting together and doing a study session you’re more than welcome to join us if you like”
“Thanks I like to study alone look I gotta go I'll see you around”
Ph) “Okay bye”
“Bye”
Ph) “I miss you and I love you”
“Bye Raquel” I hung up getting up I went and got my book bag and went right to it started studying I wanted to pass my finals and I didn’t wanna be bothered with anyone right now I like to study alone no one to bother me or to get me sidetrack.
After I was done with studying I was sitting outside thinking, thinking about everything my whole life my daughter Raquel school just everything what I wanted to do what I wasn’t going to do shit like that.
I heard the doorbell and I went walking around the front to see who it was I could see them but they couldn’t see me, I looked and saw it was Tony, Ken , Mario and my cousins Maurice and Lo.
“Yo over here” they looked my way and smiled coming towards me.
“What’s up nigga how you doing?” Tony asked as I dapped them all and we went inside.
“Why you not answering the door why you sneaking on the side like a robber?” Maurice asked
“I was already outside when yall rang the bell”
“Oh” Lo said walking pass me. We all went to the livingroom and started playing video games.
“Oh your girl came by the studio today looking for you”
“My girl?”
“Don’t play dumb you know who”
“Oh yea”
“Yea she was looking for you, I told her you was there earlier and she wanted to lay down a track to tell you how she feels and I let her told her I would give it to you but she was embarrassed about it and didn’t like it so she wrote it down” Tony said handing me a letter I just looked at it. “Take it” I took it and wasn’t plan on reading it.
“What am I supposed to do with this?”
“Read it for real for real read it she worked hard on it”
“Okay I'll read it” I got up and left the livingroom going into the kitchen where I opened up the letter.
‘Dear Adonis
Let me start this letter by saying I never, ever, ever meant to hurt your feelings. It's the last thing I would ever want to do.
If you don't believe anything else, please know that. Please know that I am sorry beyond any of the words I put to paper.
Hurting someone you love and knowing that you are the one that caused the pain is more than I can bare. You are my best friend, my boyfriend, and the light of my life.
Whenever we were apart and I used to think about you, a smile would come to my face.
Whenever I was nervous or anxious, I would think about you, smile, and calm down immediately.
You were and are my 'happy place'. But now when I think of you, all I see is the hurt in your face. And, the smile that used to come so naturally and automatically to me, is now replaced with a frown.
I never realized the implications of my behavior and words and the effect they would have on you. I've always been casual with words, never giving a thought to how they could be weaponized, how piercing they could be, and how hurtful they are.
I never viewed the lies I told as lying. Instead, I thought of them as exaggerations, saying things to prevent hurting someone's feelings, that none of it really mattered.
I never thought about how the snide remarks I make sometimes are passive aggressive behavior.
I never saw the abuse in my words. The abuse and disrespect I showed you by lying to you.
I now know that I've been doing this all my life and it's time for me to take responsibility for my actions and words. It's time for me to grow up. It's time for me to honor my life, family, friends and the lives of everyone around me.
I have to admit that these are pretty big revelations to me. This is a life changing moment.
What it took to get me here was that fleeting moment when I saw the deep, honest, and profound hurt in your eyes.
I looked into your eyes and saw that I hurt your soul.
It crushed me. The honesty of it all shocked me. The pureness of the moment took my breath away and all of my words and actions towards you came rushing through my mind.
You've told me before how I've hurt your feelings, I'd listen, apologize and we would move on. But I never really understood what it meant.
I viewed it as casually as my words. I understood it in my mind but not emotionally.
Now I do.
Your eyes made it clear to me. I have no excuses, only shame for hurting you.
So here I stand in front of you, asking for your forgiveness and promising you that the lies and hurtful behavior is over. I promise you that it will never happen again.
I hope you'll continue to have faith in me and let me prove myself to you so that one day in the future when I think of you, that smile returns to my face.

We went to dinner I was paired up with a girl name Stacey she was fine I won’t lie she didn’t talk a lot tho her friends did most of the talking to us she would add in a few things, well maybe because I didn’t do much talking either I was just here to fill a spot.
“Are yall brothers?” Stacey asked
“No cousins”
“Oh how, never mind” Stacey smiled to herself.
“You was going to ask how long we been cousins huh?” she giggled and nodded I laughed at her. “Since birth” I gave her a wink and she blushed.
“I was thinking we should go to club Ensure after we leave here” Maurice said
“I’m down”
“Yea sounds good” Stacey said as the other agreed, once we was done here we went right to the club and was in the VIP section having a good time Stacey was all on me she was fine so I wasn’t going to stop her. But while I was having a good time I felt like someone was watching me not like normal looking but like watching me watching me I started to look around the club and my eyes landed on Lisa she was here in the club too great!!
