He’d really only heard “Another small game” before getting distracted with the designs for his base this season and saying “Sure! Sounds like fun!“ and not registering literally any of the details, because... well, it was Grian. Which meant it was a death game. Which meant that he needed to set an Anchor, so that he didn’t have to get Tango, X, and Mumbo to summon him back to their current dimension after the game ended.

Its not the Soulbound thing. No really its not. It would be rather weird for him of all people to have issues with the Soulbound thing. Especially given that he comes from a place where being Soulbound is the norm.
