SCP-1022 has many forms. He once pissed off one of the researchers by shapeshifting into the visage of his ex-wife and mocking him. It was the closest SCP-1022 came to genuine trouble until the incident.

Right now, he looks like he did when he was picked up, sans beanie. Just a blue jumper and track pants that Tubbo is grateful he’s actually wearing considering the amount of times the files remarked the SCP as half-nude. He looks human. Even the strange curve of his grin, albeit not natural, could be human. But he’s not.

Tubbo says into the mic, “Hello? Are you awake?” SCP-1022 squints up toward the box. He can’t see Tubbo, but Tubbo feels a bit seen despite. SCP-1022 doesn’t say anything. “If you’re tired, I can come back.”

“Wait, holy shit, you’re real?” He suddenly scrambles to his feet, looking at the box with excitement. “Not just a disembodied voice telling me to eat, drink, take meds? You’re an actual fucking person?”

“Yeah! Yeah, I’m here to talk to you.”

“Thank fucking God. You got a name?”

“Oh, well, you know how they feel about names.”

“I hate that. Feels like I’m talking to God. Are you God?” Tubbo laughs.

“Not yet.”

“Good answer, good answer,” he says. “Always leave room to grow, right?” Tubbo laughs again. He can see why they all liked SCP-1022. He’s easy-going, a bit silly, a bit strange. Almost enough to forget about the heart he ate straight out of a man's chest.

#hello everyone i know you were expecting more updates #so here i come #this trip that started with me complaining about heat and italian train company #ended in me complaining about heat and fucking train companies #they threw me on a bus like i said #and aaid bus made a noise on the way #bless louis for tuning it down for me #but hey! everything is fine folks! the show must go on and all the driver will do his job and get us to the final destination #well the driver did not do his job #the bus broke in the middle of the road out of the city #the bus that was supposed to save us from bus1 wasn't arriving for another hour #but hey! no problem! you can walk! #pick up all your bags and fucking walk #is it august #is it an unknown city #is it two minutes from the train i was supposed to be on next #oh honey you're never catching that train i said to myself #and guess what i did not catch that train #i walked to the station with a bunch of other people everyone venting in their own language #so yeah I'm at the station now the lady there found me a solution that would've had me at my final destination in three hours more or less #my sister called and said I'm coming to pick u up see you in 40 minutes #so that's a wrap #my trip is still going on and I'm still stuck but at least i can smoke now #i want the nun back

Like the one with the hair and nails stuff. Here in my home we have a supersttion where u shouldnt sweep the floor at night cause it sweeps away bad luck! I follow that.

so we got a similar one that like the first day (or was it three days?) of lunar new year you cant sweep or its equivalent to sweeping new year’s luck out of the house :o! we do clean the house mostly at night tho XD (at least my family does)

superstitions to me are like suggestions, i believe in them just in case 👀 like if there sre no risk &/ inconvienieces to following them imma follow them to prevent whatever bad things that could maybe happen!

yo theres one tho my mum told me about when i was really young so it stuck with me, ‘do not comb your hair on the car - or any vehicles’ cuz like when you comb your hair some strands will fall out and that meant like a separation of sort and seperation and being on a vehicle could be bad omen to an accident :O! <- also important note that i strictly follow this due to going by cab lots and idk if the driver was really superstitious they could get realy mad and even drop you off in the middle of the streets :0!

one that i choose to not believe is like shaving your head = bad omen (cuz my mum told me ancient people - modernly this superstition is specifically referring to to women - only do that when something life changing/in a bad way happened to them like having a big loss usually like being widowed)

ikrrr such pretty mythical creatures, with a similar appearance, leading to my next thought the stone lions!!

i also love stone lions that guard doors and entrances to places they are so cool, literally once i saw two made of some sort of stone (im guessing maybe marble) but they were so cool to the touch i hugged one (i was but a small child at the time) they were so smoothly carved i think they belonged to a temple (hence the dedicated shaping)

my old school also got two but they were rough on the surface and i kept picturing being slammed into one (definitely would rip skin they were made of like gravel and cement poured into a mould or something so the texture was that of the road’s asphalt 😔)

Currently reading: So much fanfiction but the actual book I’m currently reading is Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao. Pretty much the only Chinese female emperor is the protagonist but it’s a world where they anime fight in giant mechas based on Chinese mythical beasts. Pretty much imagine pacific rim mixed with Chinese court dramas. And it’s amazing as heck.

Currently Watching: The eminence in shadow, a couple more anime I can’t remember the name of.

Currently Consuming: nothing atm because is really early in the morning for me. I plan to make myself som toast and eggs later tho.

Currently Craving: I want to eat raspberries so badly.
