Overcoming the middle of the week - quarantine slump by getting up early with the sun + cleaning my house, followed by my daily #smokecleansing 💐 I have a few burn bouquets left in my shoppe - all packed with loving + protective intentions, while purifying the air in your space. I made a schedule for our days including meals, snacks, activities, + chill time and put in our fridge so he can see it, and it’s helped tremendously📚 Whether you have kids, a full house, a partner, or just yourself - be sure to make a new routine for yourself. Staying in your pajamas all day is fun for a minute, but quickly gets icky 😅 make a schedule or todo list for yourself, it’s that lil feeling of accomplishment marking a task off the list that does it for me 😆 I hope all of my magickal friends are staying safe and healthy. ✨happy moonday, sweet ones! Recently, I have found myself mediating a few different situations with different people and one thing that continues to pop out to me - just treat someone with respect. Even if the person you’re dealing with is a nightmare, you grow more by rising up and taking the high road, vs lowering yourself to their declining level. At the end of the day, even if your tongue is almost bitten in half, you can walk away knowing that you’re taking control of the situation because you’re choosing not to engage with low frequency behavior. Treat others the way you want to be treated - a grade school lesson thats worth remembering. And if you don’t have anything nice to say, shut your mouth, there’s no need for additional negative energy🚫 Be flexible this week, different situations and issues may arise to test your ability to adapt and your resolve. If you’re a big picture kind of person, be mindful of the small details that are vital to your goal. Baby steps before running and sprinting. Its all in your mindset: have a growth mindset vs a fixed mindset. It’s hard to undo years of negative mental programming, but it’s more than possible. Recognize when you need a break and don’t fault yourself for it💞 Change you how you speak or think. If you’re constantly saying, “I can’t do this. I don’t want to fail. I’ll never get it right. This is too hard..” How are you supposed to do anything? You have to try to succeed. And if at first you don’t succeed, dust yourself off and try again (thank you Aaliyah). Change your thoughts. Say, “This might be hard, but I’ll give it my best effort. Mistakes help me grow. I need to figure out a new strategy. I need to trust and have faith in myself.” 🦋 Focus your thoughts on positive growth and continue to ascend along your soul path.
