What are your top 10 most favorite Sonic ships and why don't skip out any detail

Its about time i give my two cents on this tbh.

LETS GO!!

SONADOW:

I can't honestly say something that hasn't been said before, because this ship is massive. And for a good reason. Its just the epitome of all the things I like. Rivals to friends to lovers, red and blue, opposing yet complementary personalities, good chemistry, the list goes on and on.

Its just that mutual respect yet banter that always gets me. I've TRIED abandoning ship, trust me. But this ship was just tailored to my tastes, and i cant get rid of the brainrot so much that it has become a problem :)

2. TAILSMO:

MMMMM THE PAIN. I love this ship because its so innocent and cutsey while being absolutely depressing!

Cosmo deserved SO MUCH MORE than what she got, and to this day it makes me so sad we never got Sonic X season 4 in where Cosmo comes back as a robot or something. The seed she left at the end too! They Absolutely wanted to bring her back and i will forever be sad about it.

3. SURGEAMY:

I say it all in this post, but in a nutshell, Surge needs someone as positive as Amy to heal.

4. WHISPANGLE

And they were roomates

Ever since they got introduced i just KNEW the artists were gonna ship these two. This ship is almost as good as canon tbh. Love me some sapphic girlies.

5. SILVESPIO:

Another rare pair that is just SO GOOD.

I started shipping it after that one Sonic IDW issue, and it just stuck. Silver being overwhelmed and Espio just calming him is so domestic fluff that i cant even-

6. VECTILLA

They were adorable in Sonic X. Also Vector would be a cool ass dad to Cream AND Charmy.

7. KNUXOUGE

I know ppl are gonna burn me at the stake for ranking it so low, and it probably should go a bit more up, but yeah, i like Knuxouge. Its not like my OTP, but as a bg ship, its great!

8. SONAZE:

Just the duality of the same concept but diferent attitude about it.

They're both guardians on their own way, but while Blaze thinks its a burden Sonic Thinks its a blessing. The parallels are just YUMMY. And also Blaze deserves a golden retriever bf.

9. SONALLY

They were canon, okay? When i was little i remember loving them together while reading the archie comics. They were so sappy and Sonic was OOC but like, they made me happy. And that hasn't faded yet.

10. BUNNTOINE

Again, same case as Knuxouge. I like it a lot, but its not like i'll lose my sleep over them. They are a cute canon couple!

Sonadow and Sallicole are the truly iconic gay pairings of the franchise imo.

I think Bunntoine is really cute! Probably the only canon relationship in the comics I enjoyed.

Metal Sonic is the best villain in the franchise, no question. Absolutely factual and cannot be disputed.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is the best sonic game, also a fact, also not debatable.

Who does what chores?

Bunnie and Antoine are a tag team duo when taking care of the chores. I imagine Bunnie especially does the dusting of all the places that Antoine can't reach and casually lifts up the couch so that Antoine can vacuum under it. The two make sure to keep the house nice and proper (though Antoine is the bigger clean freak without a doubt).

What is something they can never agree on? How do they meet in the middle?

They love each other cooking but whenever they try cooking something together, they tend to butt heads and argue slightly over how to prepare the meal. They agree to stay out of the other way when one of them is cooking something to avoid arguments.

I think a lot of their friends are just surprised by how well they work together? They don’t have a whole lot of stuff in common. But is is their differences they bond over for sure x shared trauma from the war aside, it's just like:

Pausing a movie to have a passionate debate over where they think a story is going, to share each others cultures and traditions, letting the other convince them to try activities they would never consider- it is in that appreciation and discovery of the world and the life within that they find themselves truly connecting 💕

I talk about these a lot with @mathewryf so credit to them for a lot of these xx

When they get some alone time it's usually spent cuddled up on a couch watching tv

Antoine likes to pause what they're watching to talk about what he thinks is going to happen or how much he dislikes a character/chemistry between two characters

Antoine's an amazing cook and bunny was the first to find this out

They both started liking eachother when they where pre teens and it was an incredibly long slow burn before anything happened

Bunnie loves styling Antoine's Hair and paints his toenails pretty regularly

Antoine taught himself how to dance specifically so he could Dance with Bunnie (She caught him practicing alone 'secretly' a few times)

Bunnie convinced Antoine to give Sally cooking classes

In the timeline where he had a coma and she got her organic limbs back they'd both do physiotherapy together

In private Antoine drops the façade of being like his father and is actually really goofy and charming and that's who Bunnie fell in love with

While Antoine is picky and only likes fine food he will eat anything if he thinks Bunnie would like it and he is missing her

When they are apart (and not undercover) they text eachother at the end of each day for several hours

If Antoine gets drunk enough Bunnie can convince him to Howl, and it puts even the werehog to shame xx

Bunnie collects fidget toys for Antoine to try

Antoine is a neat freak and Bunnie is the biggest slob he's ever met. They do have fights about this in public sometimes (no couple is perfect)
