È il mantra della compassione e della misericordia.

OM ~ ॐ

è composto da tre lettere

Simboleggia il corpo, la parola e la mente. Lavorando sui nostri pensieri, parole e azioni, possiamo purificarci per raggiungere il corpo, la parola e la mente pura ed elevata di un Buddha.

MANI ~ मणि

significa gioiello.

Proprio come un gioiello rimuove la povertà,

il mantra rimuove la sofferenza.

Quindi rimuove gli ostacoli nei nostri pensieri, parole e azioni.

Purifica la nostra luce interiore, la compassione e la volontà di fare del bene.

PADME ~ पद्मे

significa Loto.

Simboleggia la saggezza.

Proprio come un loto cresce nel fango ma non è influenzato dai difetti del fango,

la saggezza ci mette in uno stato di non contraddizione.

HUM ~ हूँ,

indica indivisibilità.

La purezza può essere raggiunta da un’unità indivisibile di metodo e saggezza.

Questo è il modo in cui il corpo puro, esaltato, la parola e la mente di un Buddha possono essere raggiunti.

La ripetizione di questo mantra porta la discesa delle benedizioni e dell’energia divina dal Buddha della Misericordia e della Compassione alla persona che lo recita.

Energeticamente, l’energia divina del Buddha Avalokiteshvara entra nella corona,

quindi nel corpo e si irradia verso l’esterno.

La persona che lo recita e le altre persone ed esseri intorno a lui sperimenteranno la calma e la pace interiore.
