Just got off of ArtStation's Explore page and it saddens me. I found at least ten goodbye messages in the last five minutes. A lot of them hid their gallery...

I also saw some comments from the pro-Ai art idiots. I just want to ask them one thing.

What are you gonna take from when all artists have stopped making? And I mean ALL artists. Graphic designers, animators, traditional artists, digital artists, etc etc.

Your database is only just those images. If the artists stopped making, your databases stop growing.

Meaning every prompt you put in, no matter what it is, will still give you the same image. No matter how many attempt were made to change it.

And I can't wait for you guys to come crawling back screaming and crying because none of you know how to create the images a computer does for you.

So keep going, for however long this lasts. Because your days on art theft are numbered.

And to all the artists saddened by this too, just post a singular image. No matter what it is, it can be your worst work or even the no AI sign.

Let's limit the databases of these so called 'AI artists' and let them know the struggle of being artblocked.

As much as I love posting my fan art and fics, this whole AI thing is making me really hesitant to post things I’m proud of. How do I know that the anonymous kudos I’m getting are from an actual person or a bot collecting data? I don’t want my work to be stolen so some passionless machine can make mediocre, whitewashed art.

ok so this is a rant, tumblr has started going off the rails with selling data to openai and crap like that, like really tumblr??????? i hate the fact that tumblr is doing this because it can cause so much drama for artists like me because then someone can make an ai art with say, loish’s artstyle and then accuse them of making lewd art/etc, i really hope that won’t happen but with how scarily good ai is now, it probably would happen. and that’s awful because if tumblr is selling data (especially from small artists!) to openai, that means that smaller artists will have a good chance of quitting due to how many ai versions of their art will be out. and that sucks because the main fandom i make art for (btd6) is a small community and the artists rock, so please everyone, especially the artists. PLEASE, use anti ai softwares like glaze for your works so that the ai will be screwed. and LET’S BOYCOTT TUMBLR!🙌🙌

Hello artists, I've recently deleted Photoshop because Adobe is a horrible company to artists and supports ai. Can someone recommend to me a digital drawing program that does not support or use ai? I think procreate is actually openly against ai and clip studio paint was going to start adding ai to their software but backlash from artists made them back out, but I could be wrong.

#boycottHarperCollins they are trying to use AI voices instead of actual human beings voice actors and pretend it's for us, so we have more product to have but it's not. It's nothing but greed on their end, I want a world full of artists and real human voices not this.

A recent interview revealed that Dreamworks has used AI to animate Kung Fu Panda 4.

They claimed that the “broken and distorted bits made the Chameleon shapeshifter more authentic.”

Bitch, I promised I wouldn’t get political in this blog, but when writers, actors, animators, influencers and the entertainment industry is on the line, I have to say something.

Band together to boycott Kung Fu Panda 4.

They could have easily hired a talented animator to animate the broken bits, but no. They blatantly used ai to do this.
