I’m assuming OP means “the biggest sin in their opinion.” If this is incorrect, OP, please let me know and I’ll ask them again. Also taking a wild stab in the dark here and guessing you are referring to sins as in “this is bad, don’t do it” not “this is what you should do to join our club.”
For myself, the greatest sin my followers can commit is to enslave another being. The others, of course, will vary. Take it away, then, siblings and relations…
