Greek lane 3, a large and almost empty house in the very center of Rostov-on-Don in a chic lane!

22 years ago Most of the apartments, including ours, were bought in this house by a businessman who planned to turn this house into a representative office of his company! But unfortunately, one or several owners refused to sell their apartments to him, although he bought us apartments of a larger area in return and also in the city center, but not suitable for such global projects. Since then, the part of the house he bought 22 years ago has been empty, a lot of time has passed and people's plans change a lot, as probably the owners of unsold apartments! If you have money and you need a large housing or representative office of your company in the very center of Rostov-on-Don, you probably won’t find a better place than this and you already need to negotiate with only a few people to realize your dream! #besthouses #bestplaces #beststreets #centreRostovonDon
