f/o who doesn’t usually receive compliments and finally gets one from you and their brain just. malfunctions on the spot and doubts your words… voice going a little shaky (asking ‘…really?’) and the redness on their face showing their embarrassment to be on the receiving end so suddenly. eventually they learn that this will happen way more often with how much you do care for them, though they don’t think they’ll ever get used to it…

Eddie wasn’t very close with Wayne. Sure, he loved him and he knew on some level that Wayne loved him. But Wayne worked long hours and was away oftentimes while his nephew was around. And Eddie tried to be out of the trailer as often as possible to let his uncle have time to himself. He’d forced the man’s hand in adopting him all those years ago and made his life a hassle since, the least he could do was give him some space.
Wayne never saw it like that though. His nephew, more like a son in his eyes, was his pride and joy. Yes, Eddie got into more trouble than the average kid and yes, he was repeating the senior year for the third time. He listened to loud music far into the night, kept hiding stray kittens in his bedroom until Wayne’s allergies started acting up, and intentionally caused chaos wherever he went. But instead of seeing a failure or a loser, Wayne saw a boy still trying to succeed despite enduring all of his struggles.
That’s why he never faltered in his belief that Eddie didn’t kill those kids. Eddie was a good boy, raised by Wayne himself to be the best person he could be. There was no way in hell that Eddie would ever turn his back on that.
And Wayne would never turn his back on Eddie. So in the early days of Spring Break, Wayne skips out on work and tries to find his nephew before the cops or the angry teens do. He searches the woods, the high school, the quarry, and all of Eddie’s friend’s houses. After the earthquakes, he scours the desecrated lands around what’s left of the trailer park and woods in any effort to find his nephew, his son. He screams into howling fissures in the ground and gets burned by hellfire… but he doesn’t find Eddie.
Wayne manages to keep his hopes high and his tears at bay until the little freshman friend of Eddie’s pulls him aside while he’s putting up flyers. He only breaks when the boy says he watched Eddie go down. But he won’t believe the words until he sees a body and that he does not. Because he’s never given up on Eddie before and he’s not going to start now.

I also feel like this is the best angle of the kiss especially because you can see Phaya gripping Tharn's neck... I'm also kind of obsessed with the way Billy moved his hand to get closer... and that right hand on Babe's back.... it was holding Babe steady but when he slid it down just..... SCREAMS
I also love their reactions after the heated up kiss. Luke they were so proud! (As they should because DAMNNNN) it really shows how close they are. Great job guys!!

Every time I remember something about BBC Merlin I go through the realisation all over again of how completely fucking unhinged that show was. The most powerful wizard in the world needs to get a key from King Arthur and the best idea he can come up with for how to acquire said key is to magically pull down Arthur’s pants in the middle of a council meeting, tackle him to the floor under the guise of helping him pull his pants back up, and then roll around on the floor with him while Arthur is too distracted over hanging brain in front of his council to notice Merlin took the key off his belt.

It’s just… it is everything that Cardan thought Jude would notice his “SO OBVIOUS” exile riddle and thinks Jude to not hesitate to come back. Beside his certainty of her cleverness to piece the riddle together, he believed he was that clear about his feelings toward her; he had thought she absolutely ought to know how he feels for her.
Like oh buddy. BUDDY. Your wife had thought of the answer to your little riddle like you thought she would. But guess what? She has detrimental TRUST ISSUES. (Like… Ur super mean and hot, I can’t blame her.) Anyway.. it’s SUPER adorable of him to so wholeheartedly believe she wouldn’t question his trust. It reveals so much about his pov of thier relationship.
Jude thought Cardan’s (silly) trick was a (vile) trick, when it was simply a: “Im trying to impress/pay you back in kind with our romantic metaphorical sparring and eventually get you out of political drama for a bit,” trick.
I’m fucking laughing wow these delusional ass children I fucking love them.

OKAY I’m sorry but this entire series has been building up to Bakugo and Deku fighting alongside each other, so the take of “Bakugo joining Deku vs Shigaraki doesn’t make sense” is getting so tiring…
like???????
All Might’s “now it’s your turn” with another panel that deliberately points to both of them
Hori’s comment about Heroes Rising ! And just because they fought together in the movie doesn’t mean he’s throwing it out completely. Not everyone will have seen the movie and he wouldn’t deprive his readers of something like that. (Same thing with them holding hands, he’s never stopped the buildup for that after the movie’s release.)
Also there’s a constant complaint about Bakugo not being relevant because he “doesn’t have a villain” when this series repeatedly shows Bakugo and Deku being matched against Shigaraki. THEY SHARE THE SAME VILLAIN. idk why that concept is so hard to grasp.
