Okay so I haven’t been watching the season, just kinda getting info about what’s happening via the tag and one things always confused me. I thought Turner was problematic according to preseason tea? Whatever happened to that? Did it get proven false? Cause so many people ended up liking him on here and Twitter so I was always wondering if everything negative his sister said was just a lie.

A lot of people ended up just disregarding it bc his sister turned out to be a racist clout chaser (myself included.) But it flipped back to hating him when the Dyre Fest fiasco and Balloongate went down bc it seemed like his sister was right. Like the stuff about him being a manipulative snake started to make a lot more sense.

Personally I think Turner is shady and competitive on a game level and very petty in general. But I still like him as a person bc he hasn’t shown himself to be some racist monster like he was made out to be pre-season. I still don’t trust his sister as far as I can throw her and what ever animosity they have is their own business. It seems like family drama more than anything.

I still think it was foul as shit for him to be nasty towards Jasmine about her dad’s balloon. That’s what made me start to like him a lot less because holy shit it was so insensitive and just unnecessary to say in the first place. I think he says things without being empathetic at all. He’s very smart and calculated so I doubt it’s him just not picking up on social cues and shit; he just doesn’t care. He’s like a really fascinating person to watch bc he’s such a chameleon and that works as a both an advantage in the house but a disadvantage to viewers. That being said I think because he had experience with YouTube he knows what to say and what not to say so it could all be bullshit but keeping up that act 24/7 would be exhausting unless he’s just THAT good at manipulating people.
