Internalized shame is the fancy word for us feeling bad because we're comparing ourselves to unreasonable standards. It's okay to prioritize your life and spend the time where it makes sense to you, even if that doesn't match the Instagram/ lifestyle magazine images you see around you.
The week I filmed this, I spent 8+ hours outside in the sunshine, 30+ hours hanging out with my kids or partners, 4+ hours reading in the bathtub, and of course about 30 hours working and almost 60 hours sleeping. Will I eventually clean the house? Sure. Am I feeling any regret at all for spending my time on the things that matter to me? No! Not a bit.
I never thought that I'd be sat up at 2.30am, bonding with the heating.
It starts like a slow buzz, gently letting you know it's there, that it means business. Big, hot business. It's coming alive, nothing is getting in its way. It's powerful and all-encompassing, yet softly supportive.
I admire the heating.
I want to be ready at any moment, at the flick of a switch. Ready to roar. To smell like hot metal, capable and consuming.
I am reliable, comforting, radiant and strong. My continuous rumble a reminder of my presence.
I would listen through the slats on my bed, knowing this was home. Whatever the day may bring, the night had the heating.

Here are 3 super in testing Aspergers girl symptoms that you have not noticed before!
Aspergers is currently 3 times less likely to be diagnosed in females than it is males, and there are a number of reasons for this 3.1 ratio.
But regardless of the reason for the lack of females being diagnosed with autism as much as males with autism there are a number of traits that you can iconically pick out when researching and investigating if a person is autistic.
I have laid out 3 of the most interesting traits of autism in girls that are usually overlooked.
1.Collecting Items
Girls on the autism spectrum will be in most cases obsessive collectors of a certain thing, be it stuffed toys, books or a DVD collection of their favourite obsession topic.
2.Hoarding Object Relationship
Women with autism usually have a habit of not being able to get rid of objects like shoes or certain clothes because of the relationship they have with the item, like the item seems to have a personality to them.
3.Not Emotionally Connected
Girls with autism are more likely to not want to be hugged or have a Deep emotional connection as easily as neurotypical grils do.
