Acesta a fost conceput de Richard Alan John Asher pentru a descrie pacienții care în mod constant produc povești și fabrică dovezi medicale false. Odată cu începerea secolului XVIII este recunoscut oficial drept tulburare fictivă, ce datează încă din epoca romană.

Acest tip de tulburare fictivă este o categorie de tip umbrelă care acoperă un grup de tulburări psihice în care pacienții prefac intenționat o boală fizică sau psihică fără un beneficiu evident.

Cazurile cu acest sindrom sunt destul de răspândite peste tot, chiar și în mediu online. Într-un studiu aplicat pe persoana, D. Culver a concluzionat că o treime din sfaturile date sunt neconvenționale și eronate neavând o baza solida științifică.

În ceea ce privește tratamentul Yassa (1978), recomandă psihoterapia individuală și de grup, terapia comportamentală și un tratament suportiv. Rezultatele unui consult reușit include evitarea nevoii de teste invasive și acceptarea unui tratament psihiatric de lungă durată. Conform lui Szasz T (1956) „simularea” nu este un diagnostic psihiatric, ci este mai degrabă o acuzație fiind luate în calcul aspectele psihologice ale acestui subiect.

She is seen displaying at the collection’s 2022 Season Premiere Air Show Old Warden, Bedfordshire, UK 1st May 2022 The following information is from a previous version of the Shuttleworth Collection website:- In 1910 the British and Colonial Aeroplane Company at Bristol imported a Voisin designed Zodiac biplane from France with the intention of building similar aircraft under licence in England. Although superbly finished the aeroplane was never flown successfully and plans to build the design were abandoned in favour of a greatly improved version which had been developed by Henri Farman, an Englishman living in France. The new Bristol machine was an unashamed copy of the Farman but rather better built so that when the Farman company solicitors threatened to sue a defence claiming substantial improvements ensured that no court proceedings took place. Following trials with alternative power plants, the 50 hp Gnome rotary engine was adopted and the aircraft flew successfully from Larkhill in July 1910. The Bristol biplane soon gained the soubriquet and equipped the newly formed flying schools at Brooklands and Larkhill. Later, in December 1910, four were shipped in pairs on air missions to India and Australia . However, the first order from overseas was placed by the Russian Government for eight Boxkites and they were delivered to St Petersburg in April 1911. These aircraft,military versions, had extended upper wings, three rudders, enlarged fuel tanks and more powerful 70 hp Gnome rotary engines. The Boxkite was issued to the Royal Naval Air Service in March 1911 and to the Larkhill based Army Air Battalion the following April. Some seventy-six Boxkites were built, which was a large number for the period. However, they proved cumbersome to fly and, by 1915, the majority had ceased to operate. This aeroplane is a reproduction built by F. G. Miles Engineering Ltd in the 1960s for the film Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines. As no original Boxkite exists, the Bristol Aeroplane Company acquired it and placed it in the care of the Collection for preservation. In 1989 the aircraft was modified to improve a number of handling characteristics and is now powered by a Rolls-Royce Continental four cylinder engine of 100 hp. (The greater power of the modern engine is cancelled out by the smaller, higher revving modern propeller which, perhaps surprisingly, does not provide the same thrust as the seemingly lower powered 1910 design.) It flew again in 1992. Like the Blackburn Monoplane, its flying activities are subject to calm weather on public displays.

Associação da PSP pede a ministra sensibilidade para ouvir reivindicações

A Associação Sindical dos Profissionais da Polícia (ASPP/PSP) pediu à ministra da Administação Interna "a necessária sensibilidade e disponibilidade" para ouvir as reivindicações dos polícias e disse estar "disponível" para ser um contributo.

A juíza conselheira do Supremo Tribunal de Justiça e ex-inspetora-geral da Administração Interna (IGAI) Margarida Blasco foi a escolha de Luís Montenegro para a pasta da Administração Interna.

Em comunicado, a ASPP/PSP endereça “os votos das maiores felicidades” para o mandato da governante, salientando “a experiência profissional que apresenta pode ser relevante para o exercício das suas funções”.

“À senhora juíza conselheira Margarida Blasco a ASPP/PSP pede a necessária sensibilidade e disponibilidade para ‘escutar’ as reivindicações dos representantes legítimos dos polícias, que perceba os problemas graves e estruturais que assolam a PSP e os seus profissionais e espera ainda que tenha peso político junto do Governo para poder dar respostas assertivas”.

Apontando os problemas existentes na PSP, como a falta de atratividade, escassez e envelhecimento do efetivo, fuga de quadros, incumprimento da pré-aposentação, baixos salários, ausência de higiene e saúde no trabalho, pouca dignificação da carreira e da condição policial, baixa execução do investimento, condições estruturais débeis, suplementos remuneratórios desajustados, baixo nível motivacional, inoperacionalidade da Instituição, entre outros, a associação “é da opinião que se imponha uma visão e ação política diferente dos governos anteriores, para evitar-se o branqueamento da realidade, a secundarização dos problemas, a propaganda e o assistencialismo”.

A associação manifesta-se “disponível para ser um contributo no sentido de se alcançar as melhores medidas que resolvam os problemas estruturais, esperando que, com a maior brevidade possível, surja oportunidade” para se reunir em breve com a ministra da tutela “para apresentação de cumprimentos, entrega do seu caderno reivindicativo, assim como, uma solução célere para o suplemento de condição policial”.

A tomada de posse do primeiro-ministro e dos ministros do XXIV Governo Constitucional irá decorrer na terça-feira, pelas 18:00, no Palácio da Ajuda. Dois dias depois, no mesmo local e à mesma hora, tomarão posse os secretários de Estado.

The Member Programs of the ASPP

Established in 1980 as an affiliate group of Adelphi University's Gordon F. Derner School of Psychology Postgraduate Training Program, the Adelphi Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (ASPP) comprises program graduates, candidates, faculty, and administrators. To serve its membership base and the community at large, the ASPP sponsors several member programs.
