maybe is very Bigg Nerd of me but I absolutely love when it gets to this time of year and I sit down and reorganize my goals, write up a new schedule, make a to-do list for the next year, discard/donate everything I’m not using, etc. etc. It’s jost.. Refreshinge.. despite the fact that no matter how much planning I do I’m always going to have functioning issues and other factors inhibiting me lol, it’s still like, Well Hey At Least I’m Trying, And I Love To Organize Shelves Babey

#especialy since by the end of the year everything is a mess and i have like 700 random sticky notes everywhere and etc etc #not that i dont try to reorganize things during the actual year as well but..sometimes things still arent as organized as i want #them to be or need them to be to function properly. I still have trouble finding a schedule i can manage with me also being so chronically #exhausted all the time like.. i wake up tired and often feel so tired i end up taking a nap during the day or something #which is super poo poo doo doo in terms of actually being productive and keeping on task. so I'll try out lots of different #sleeping/waking schedules and daily task blocks and ways to organize things and etc. but other than that i dont dramatically shift my #focus (except for this year when like.. midway through the year i was like 'im dedicating most of my time to making a game now for no #reason' lmao.. but like.. OTHER THAN THAT #i usually set like five main goals for each year.. and rrarely even finish more than three of them because again.. chronic sleepby #but its still good to always be able to refocus and know what i should be working towards. and this year i may categorize things a bit #differently into more divisions so that things seem less daunting #but anyway.... lov to ... organize.. prepare... refreshe.. clean out stuff #i usually clean out my social media too lol like.. I sell everyhting I'm not using in my inventory on gaia and i clear out all my tumblr #likes and unfollow unactive blogs and unsubscribe to youtube channels and delete all the old drafts i know I'll never actually post #and also my computer like.. i have so many old screencaps and stuff im never going to use so I delete those and backup my computer onto #an external harddrive and transfer keepsake things over to a usb (like.. stuff that I do indeed want to keep but tha I'm not actively using #like old pictures of me or something) etc. etc. It's so satisfying to delete like 20GB of stuff off your computer in one sitting lol #I delete everything on my phone and forcequit and clear the cache on all apps etc. etc. #Nice... Soothing... obviously that astuff is less important than setting actual life goals and stuff but i like to do it also #i think because my thoughts are so scattered and anxious and disorganized constantly i like to overcompensate by being externally almost #over-organized like.. since I'm always getting 800 ideas a second and panicking or unable to stay awake for long periods of time or etc. #and it's harder for me to function. I look for ways to make it as EASY for me as possible to function when I can. like even on a bad day i #have a higher chance of getting stuff done if I've laid it all out for myself and everything is neat than if it's not. even if it doesnt alw #ays help.. over-organizing at least enables it to be easier for me when I am struggling. And I'm definitely not neat like.. i have stink #handwriting and i dont like colorcode cute little notes and i cant afford fancy tape and 6$ packs of deco stickers or etc lol but like.. i #do my best with my own little system of paper taped to my wall and etc #I dont want to give the illusion I'm actually like.. Super Clean Neat Perfect Organization Inspo lol.. i'm.. still very messy outwardly but #internally I reast easier knowing I made a bunch of lists and cleared things from my computer and have some notebook paper goals taped to #the wall lol.. anyway... aaaAAAA... organize... time

How did I choose my URL: I genuinely don’t fully remember, it was a couple years ago at this point and I just needed some sort of place-holder name until something else came to me. Seems to do well for now, tho. 

Do I have any sideblogs: Yep! I mentioned them in a previous tag game, but in case that was missed, my two smaller blogs are @deadwoodbones​ ( Dark Nature/Witchery) and @trilateral-conversion​. (Oddcore/Unsettling/Dissociation)

How long have I been on Tumblr:  I first joined back in 2014 and I honestly can't even remember what my blog was. I think it was just a bunch of random shit I liked tbh. This blog was started around 2019 or so. My memory sucks for recalling that kinda thing. 

Do I have a queue tag: Nope! Just not a natural way of using this site for me, I guess. I just interact when I have the time or want to. 

Why did you join tumblr: I was in a shitty relationship with a really smothering and controlling (Now ex) girlfriend and wanted to feel like I had something of my own without her trying to control it. A very “2014 Tumblr user” reason, from what I’ve heard lmao. 

Why did I choose my PFP: It’s kind of one of the most recognizable items from the 90′s. 

Why did I choose my header: It’s got some great vibes and blends well with the rest of my theme on mobile? I’m not really picky, it just felt right. My last theme was 80′s cherry cola and while that was nice for a bit, it got stale. I haven’t really gotten tired of this one yet.

Tumblr is a very compulsive kind of personal like, mental zen place for me and posting is something that helps me mentally. It is more for me than anyone else, though i do like the idea of sharing cool content. I can understand if it clouds your blog and you aren’t about it. I totally do know how to queue also - I’ve been on tumblr since 2012, and I try to, but these days I’m on my phone a lot more which isn’t horrendous but it isn’t the easiest to do all this additional switcheries, with one hand. also I think it's worth noting that it's not just fiction. I'm an anti I think fiction impacts reality and writing incest fanfic in a romanticizing way is awful, especially as an adult when you should know better. I didn't even harass them over it (and truth be told as a 14 year old kid I shipped stupid shit too, my point was at the time that I Thought It Was Stupid). if an entire adult wants to delete their fics over a post made by one 14 year old then that's on them lol

So I got a new follower last night, checked my follower count minutes ago and thought “Oh well, I must be close to 700 followers now” but oh no, somehow  I lost 10 followers from the last time I checked to today.  Well, I don’t know if Tumblr is back on unfollowing other people’s blogs or whatever happened but it confused me for a minute when I saw a lower number on my app. Especially since the app is notorious for being not up to date with these things in my case ( Don’t know if anybody else has this issue)

Anyway, I like to stress, that it is totally ok to unfollow me if I post things that make you uncomfortable or you disagree with my worldview. That’s the nice thing of sites like Tumblr, you can follow an unfollow as you need it. and I don’t care how big I am because I think these numbers don’t say anything about your blog.

Who are some of your fave t100 blogs to follow? I had to unfollow a lot bc of hate and nastiness so my dash is suddenly v lonely.

I always feel a little bit shy about questions like this because I follow 700+ people, probably at least 40% are ones I met through the 100 somehow. But sometimes I don’t think of someone specifically because I haven’t seen or interacted with them for a while, but I still consider them awesome blogs.

So, I’ll just brain dump a handful. Most of these are not “the 100″ blogs but multifandom general blogs of people who watch the 100 also, and reblog t100 content. These days if I want to add someone, I search their blog first for derogatory terms that I know will annoy me, and if it does, I don’t follow them. Takes about thirty seconds and saves me heavy eye-rolling later.

how does one become mutuals with you

okay since I’ve gotten this ask multiple times and asks that are like “why did you unfollow me, why don’t you follow me, ect” here is my response to that and a big ole list of the reasons why I follow or don’t follow people.

I’m gonna be honest, I’m very very picky about who I follow. If you look at my following page you’ll see that I literally follow only about 700 blogs and I’ve been on this website for 6 years lmao.

obviously I follow a ton of swifties but that doesn’t mean that I follow every swift blog out there. I tend not to follow fan driven blogs, and by that I mean people who are only here for taylors attention, blogs that only post/ repost selfies when she’s online or during tour time, it annoys me. I don’t care.

I don’t like following blogs that don’t use the tag section, if you add unnecessary comments to posts I’m going to unfollow so fast not even kidding. If I have to do the extra step to go to your blog, see who you rebloged the post from and reblog it from them then why do I follow you? It’s pointless and annoying. There is a tag section for a reason hunny please use it.

I love following edit blogs, rather it be taylor, got/asoiaf or hp for example, if you reblog/ post edits that are aesthetic asf hun I will be in your notifs everyday

I hate following blogs that post drama, like real drama not the silly discourse we do each week. I mean like if you’re shit posting someone or vague posting and I see it, I don’t care, I don’t care what silly fight you got into with someone online I don’t. If you post alot about it I will unfollow without a second regard lmao.

I am in many different fandoms but if you post a ton of one thing that I don’t care for I will unfollow, (ex. one direction (they’re cool but I don’t care) chris evans (again nice dude but idc) or anything else that I’m not all that interested in. I know there is blacklist but I don’t want to 100% blacklist a whole tag just because you only reblog one thing 109483 times in a row. It’s a lot more enjoyale anyways to make a sideblog, speaking from experience here.

post good edits… I don’t know how to say this without being incredibly shallow and mean, some people I know on here really do try hard to make good content and it just.. doesn’t fall through.. if I have to look at your ugly ass edits I will unfollow.. and I know everyone starts somewhere but I personally don’t want to see edits that remind me of graphic design is my passion, and I’m not going to go into your dm and be like hey this is how you could make this better because I know if someone did that to me out of the blue I’d want to delete my whole blog.

If you’re mean or bully someone I will unfollow, especially if it’s a friend of mine. I was bullied all throughout highschool and not only will I unfollow but I will call you out and start ww3, no I ain’t about that life, under no circumstance should you bully someone.

remember: just because we’ve talked a few times doesn’t mean I’m obligated to follow you, just because you were nice to me that one time doesn’t mean I have to like you, just because I followed you once doesn’t mean I don’t have the right to unfollow.

moral of the story is, be nice, don’t add stupid unnecessary comments to posts, have a nice aesthetic, don’t reblog yourself 958404 times, and post good content.

im currently following close to 700 people and its Overwhelming me so im going on a huuge unfollowing spree this weekend :/ basically im looking at people who aren’t my mutuals and i dont recognize their url right away, and then i’ll check out their blog and see if its worth unfollowing. i just wanna have a more intimate feed, ya feel? if you want you can like this post if you want me to follow you or wanna make sure that i dont unfollow in the first place!
