Star Wars has been dead for a long time since Disney bought it you know
I had hope with the mandalorian but after the recent episode it seems the fans have to fix that to
But seeing the franchise I grew up with be destroyed breaks my heart by a women and her little minions that doesn’t respect the creator or what he or the writers did just hurts
At least I still have all the books audio discs games comics fan films and old figures that apparently don’t exist to miss kathleen Kennedy that women has destroyed the franchise same with Dave

You know I find myself looking back at the Indiana Jones trilogy, and thinking about how fantastic it was. I sometimes wonder if they should have done more, but then I conclude Last Crusade had the perfect ending. A fourth film would have been unnecessary and inferior, and a fifth film by neither Spielberg nor Lucas would have been horrible.
Then I look at the 7 Star Wars films, and think that between the original trilogy, the prequel trilogy, and Rogue One (go away Holiday Special you don’t exist!) we have a good story with an emotionally satisfying ending. Further movies probably would have had pathetic villains, wooden and uninteresting heroes, wouldn’t have even let Luke Han and Leia have a scene together, and would have done their best to ruin Luke. So yeah, its a good thing that those seven are the only Star Wars movies.
I can’t imagine why I thought of this...

I will never forgive Kathleen Kennedy for basically throwing Alden under the bus for being the reason Solo underperformed because she didnt want any of the blame instead of backing the decision to cast Alden. It just shows how little she cares for any of the cast unless the feedback of the project is positive.

This is a Star Wars blog, obviously, but there’s some relevance in that these rumors I’m hearing about the Indiana Jones 5 and what KatKen is trying to do with it… in that I am just bewildered by what’s she’s doing, EVEN AFTER WHAT SHE DID WITH STAR WARS.
My God, Kathy. However Lucas and Spielberg may have mistreated you, leave the kids out of it. These IPs don’t deserve this insane shit.

The thing that really scares me about the new woke disney dial of destiny is... what if they make Indiana Jones an antifa?

John Jackson Miller‘s Kenobi is what the Ob-Wan Kenobi show should have been.
Kenobi being a space western, lower stakes, self-contained novel was exactly the way it should've been made. JJM wrote a positively brilliant book here.
It's sad that companies believe we always need more, bigger, flashier. Imagine this: Kenobi is such a well made and highly praised novel without grandiose fights, Jedi vs Sith, or high galactic stakes. It just is it's own small intermezzo for RotS - ANH

May the Fourth Be With You
On Star Wars day, it is good to think of the seven Star Wars films. (Holiday what now? Never heard of it). Original Trilogy, Prequel Trilogy and Rogue One had ups and downs, but gave us great characters, compelling stories and a beautifully fitting ending. Sure, it would have been nice to see Heir to the Empire adapted into a Sequel Trilogy, but it wasn't necessary.
I mean if they tried anything else, it would have full on pathetic villains, uninteresting heroes and laughably terrible fight choreography. Hell, they probably would have had each movie basically recycle the plots of the Original Trilogy showing how creatively bankrupt they are. They certainly would have failed Luke, Han and Leia in every way possible. So it is a great thing no movies like that got made.
