I was thinking about what different Sonic characters' names could be in sign a couple of months ago, since so many people headcanon Sonic knowing sign language, and I ended up making animations for a few!! Here's what I came up with for Sonic!! :D

In the video, Sonic is signing his name, comprised of the words ‘fast’ and ‘hedgehog’ in BSL. He signs ‘fast’ by bouncing his index fingers off of each other—his right finger coming down as his left goes up—with the other fingers and thumb curled in. “fast” is written in dark green on the left side of the background as he signs this. 

The word in the background changes to “Hedgehog” as he signs the second part. His raised right hand opens up so that his fingers and thumb are all splayed, while the lowered left hand curls into a fist. The left arm moves horizontal in front of his chest, and the splayed right hand lowers to run the heel of the palm across the top of the forearm, to symbolise the spines of a hedgehog. Lifting his right elbow up to move the palm across the other arm obscures the “Hedgehog” lettering slightly.

Sonic's head moves as he signs, spines bouncing up and down and head tilting to the left. While he’s signing, he mouths his name, the first syllable ‘So’ being mouthed during the ‘fast’ sign, and the second syllable ‘nic’ being mouthed during the ‘hedgehog’ sign.  

On the right side of the video, next to Sonic’s head, is the artist’s signature—the silhouette of a bongo with the letters BD written inside.

Cross Guild romance: To switch things up. Some sinister pirate actually has the balls to put something in Crocodile's drink and gets him alone with the intent to violate him. Buggy and Mihawk get wind of this thanks to maybe Cabaji or Daz seeing what's happening and alerting them. They rush to Crocodile just as he's about to be assaulted. Everyone would think that Mihawk would be the one to dole out the punishment but it's actually Buggy who pulls out his knifes and cuts the enemy pirate to ribbons, cussing up a storm, and using his fists to pummel the man into a bloody pulp when he's stuck all his knives in him, seething at this guy daring to touch HIS Croco, even though they aren't even dating at this point. Mihawk is the one trying to keep Crocodile awake and get him to throw up whatever he drank. Crocodile is conscious enough when Buggy grabs the bad guy's jaw and turns his mince-meat face towards Crocodile and Mihawk and tells this rapist idiot " Crocodile and Mihawk are MINE, and NOBODY touches anybody that is mine!" Before he literally snaps this guy's neck in such a way that the guy doesn't die but ends up paralyzed from the neck down. Mihawk instantly falls in love with protective, merciless Buggy, while Crocodile does too, but he's too off in la la land to really understand. When Crocodile recovers, he and Mihawk are concerned when Buggy basically withdraws completely, hiding away from them despite basically claiming them as his men. They find him moping among the circus animals and decide to show him that he's won their hearts by showcasing what he was capable of to protect them.

Buggy said that because he wasn't thinking, bros moping and hiding is because he's embarrassed about what he basically announced to the world!!! (even though it was just to Mihawk, Crocodile, and that shitty asshole) Buggy's being dramatic with what he's thinking again.

Alvida being the wingwoman she is, would advise Crocodile and Mihawk to go to Buggy, not waiting for him to come to them. Because the more time they don't go to him, the more Buggy thinks they didn't care about what he said or didn't like what he said.

Merciless Buggy is a win, he might be a coward and a greedy person. But he can be just like Shanks and Roger protecting his love ones.
