#and indulging in the fact that if their sibling becomes Fire Lord

Zuko has showed quite the character development over the course of the story. However, I can’t help but wonder if he will fall back into his old ways ? Will he fight Azula over the throne now that things are in a chaotic state?
Hmmm... well, as usual, under the cut because this sounds like very distant and dangerous territory, haha.
You know, I might try to be mysterious all I want but the truth might be a little obvious if you think about the story's direction so far, haha.
So to make this more interesting, let's stroll through the history of Gladiator's development: initially, I had no idea where this story was going past the Combustion Man confrontation. Now that we all saw it happen, I can safely say that my first real goal in the story was always that seemingly world-ending battle between Sokka and Combustion Man, the battle that seals the fate of the Gladiator League and changes the story's rhythm irremediably, for it was always going to happen as a consequence of Sokka and Azula's relationship being discovered. I did hope Sokka might rise enough in the ranking to rival him? But as the story progressed, I realized that was going to be very difficult, no matter how many events and points boots I gave him, haha.
Anyway, I digress: at that stage of building up the story, Zuko became a wild card I had no idea what to do with. For a long time, I wanted him in the South Pole. I thought it could be interesting if he found Aang indeed, but didn't just drag him back to the Fire Nation right away. How to make that happen, how to realistically develop Zuko to not be that impulsive? I didn't know right away (fortunately, my Zuki shipping buddy helped me see the light with that particular problem before long!). I actually pondered making Zuko a gladiator, fighting as the Blue Spirit (a relatively popular concept back when the story was still starting out, people REALLY loved this idea... and the minute I started writing Zuko directly, I realized it was never going to work, haha). I remember that, back when I had no idea what I'd do for the future of the story (aka, Part 3 wasn't even a blip in the radar because I was just LOST in my ultimate narrative direction back in year 1, haha), I even considered Zuko and Aang being the ones fighting Ozai, and Sokka and Azula were basically just together and reuniting? But the thing is that their reunion was going to be different back then, because... shit, this all sounds so ridiculous right now XD but at a point in time, I had in mind that Ozai would basically steal Sokka from Azula and make him his own gladiator (again, something that just made zero sense with Ozai's character). Azula would've been left bereft of what to do, and I even pondered her teaming up with Katara to save Sokka from Ozai while Zuko and Aang basically started a coup... all of which made so very little sense! I had no idea how Azula and Katara would join forces, no idea how Aang and Zuko would get that far, no clue how Sokka and Azula would be "reuniting", considering that Sokka was going to be right in the same Palace as Azula all along?? ... So, uh, yeah. That kind of weird shit went through my head.
Let that be a lesson on NOT sticking with your gut instincts in storytelling every time: marinate your ideas! Test other possibilities! Sometimes you'll strike gold right away... but if you don't, be open to other ideas. If I hadn't been? I would've fucked up this story BIG TIME x'D
So, in all of that, one of the prominent problems was obviously Zuko: wtf was I going to do with this guy if not THAT? I was rewriting his character from scratch and I knew where I'd take him by the end of Part 1, but I wasn't 100% sure of where he would go from there. After my Zuki shipping associate helped me see the light, his story became much stronger once I brought him and Suki together, and the South Pole story also became that much better because them being there would make things much more dynamic for Katara and Aang (and then also for Kino).
But the ultimate direction for Zuko isn't really something my friend could help me with, because even though she sparked the idea of Whaletail Island, I took that to a whole other level once I backtracked on the "and then they sailed away and Katara and Sokka didn't reunite" concept (which, yes, was the original way that arc was going to wrap up X'D again, as a storyteller, it's good to go against your initial impulses at times, it can be soooo much better when you do that...). We always did want Azula and Zuko's relationship to improve... but my friend certainly believed that Zuko would be fighting for the Fire Lord hairpiece and throne quite hard, and I was a little unsure of what to make of that.
Thus, for a long time, after I finally started figuring out Part 3 and how things would turn out by then, I thought I might have to write Zuko and Azula having a huge, long, tedious discussion over which of them would be better suited for the role of Fire Lord, and the decision would have been basically left to other people once they put all they could offer on the table. Back then, the idea that Zuko would have become embittered and frustrated if he lost the throne certainly was prevalent...
... But I'd dare say I'm very pleased to have discarded that concept entirely :'D
Back then, I didn't have the Southern Air Temple arc in mind. That I didn't plot that one from the get-go sure didn't help, either xD so, putting that together with the extended Azula-Zuko bonding in Whaletail Island, adding as well how much more thorough Zuko's growth wound up being all across the story... and we get a Zuko who doesn't believe his entire existence is justified by sitting on that throne.
Gladiator's Zuko has stopped basing his identity on succeeding his father as Fire Lord and proving himself better than the failure Ozai thinks he is. He already proved it plenty as it is: he has a family that loves him, he's part of a community that he earned his place in, friends who cherish him and that he bonded with on his own, even a crazy brother-like bond with a dork like Kino, for whom he's basically a hero (even if Kino doesn't go all the way to hero-worship other than for comedic purposes, the guy can defy Zuko and disagree with him when he wants to...). So, does he need Ozai's approval at this point? Does his identity hinge on it that much? Or on someone else's approval?
Thanks to Guru Pathik's lessons, it really doesn't. After all the self-reflection Zuko did in that arc, this guy has reached the strongest state of balance I have EVER written him in, in ANY storyline. Even my most optimistic Zuko characterizations in canon settings, or even my non-ATLA AUs, are nowhere near as fulfilling, balanced and mature as the current Zuko in Gladiator. This is a guy who finds his mother, she tells him a LOT of wild and disturbing things, and he still manages to keep his center, even as he processes the reality of what had been going on in his life when he was a child and he was too young to pick up on any of it. It's a guy who can love his uncle without forgetting that he has done TERRIBLE THINGS. A guy who, regardless of their many differences, has grown to cherish his sister and truly wants to save her.
So... for him? The throne is not this big prize that justifies his very existence anymore. He knows he's much more than a prospect Fire Lord -- and he knows his sister is much more than that, too. Neither one is going to approach the burden and responsibility of becoming Fire Lord with the same childish attitude as in canon. They've both come way too far to treat it as some competition where they have to constantly measure against each other to prove which sibling is "better". Both have solid things to bring to the table as Fire Lords, and both will have to think about, above all else, if they want to become Fire Lord at all!
So, to answer your question more specifically...
There MAY be a fight. That fight wouldn't be like what we saw in canon. It wouldn't be chaotic, it wouldn't be overly violent, it wouldn't be the ugliest sides of these two characters colliding in a battle of mutual hubris... no, it would be a battle to conform to traditions to determine the fate of the Fire Nation. It would be a battle that truly would show how far they have come, how much they have grown, and how much respect and genuine appreciation they have for each other. Neither one would step into the dueling area under the belief that they must crush/kill/destroy the other.
And that they can do comes as the result of a ton of character growth and development for these two, in which, unbeknownst to them, they have broken the cycle of abuse in their generation, putting an end to the absolutely catastrophic mess the Fire Nation's Royal Family has constantly been engulfed by. That toxicity, as seen frequently in Ozai's flashbacks, finally comes to an end when both Zuko and Azula learn to break free from that ideology, from the terrible weights of expectations of their family, and learn to see the world through much clearer eyes than any of their relatives ever did.
... I hope that's a satisfactory answer :'D

AtlA AU where Zuko's crew find out why the prince is supposedly on this mission and why he's actually on this ship. ("Finding the Avatar for dishonoring his father" and speaking in defense of a unit of young men respectively) They become disilusioned with the Firelord but recognise Zuko as the desperate teen in need of guidance he is and stage an intervention. (It's not mutinity. Look, they have general Iroh's blessing!)
“General, the men and I have been talking. There’s something I need to discuss with you.”
Iroh smiled. “Come in Lt. Jee, would you like some tea.” “Yes Sir.” Jee sat down and waited. Iroh drank tea socially, but was fond of doing the full tea ceremony when indulged. And with what he wanted to say, Jee wanted the old general in the best mood possible.
After an eternity that was over all too quickly, Iroh put a steaming cup in front of him, then took a cup of his own. “Now, what can i do for you?”
Jee took a sip of his tea, then sighed. “I’ve been talking with the crew and we all agree. We can’t be a part of this anymore.” “A part of what?” Iroh’s tone was light and jovial, but Jee knew the dangerous territory.
“The Firelord’s plan to kill his son.”
Iroh but his tea down, and Jee felt a shiver go down his spine. “Explain.”
“The scuttlebutt on what happened to the Prince was he burned himself in a training accident. And that he did something so terrible his fatehr banished him until he was able to be responsible.” Jee took another sip. “That was the reason most of us were less than pleased to be commanded by him. It wasn’t until the storm, when you told us the true story, we realized how much we had been deceived, purposefully, to the Prince's true nature.” And the Firelord’s, but he wasn’t quite ready to say that yet.
“The announcement that Admiral Zhao had been placed in charge f the hunt for the Avatar, once Zuko found him, proves the Firelord has no intention of welcoming his son back, and is in fact trying to prevent it from happening. We didn’t think of it at the Fire Temple, never dreamed Firelord Ozai would actually kill his son for breaching the terms of banishment in pursuit of the Avatar. But we know different now. We know Zuko snuck off the ship, and later heard that someone had infiltrated Pohuai Keep and freed the Avatar from Zhao. And if he’s ever caught, doing that would be all the excuse the Firelord needs...” Jee trailed off. “If things continue as they are, Zuko is going to die. Whether by being caught in Fire Nation waters, or in a stunt to catch the Avatar. All to earn the approval of the very man trying to get rid of him. We can’t-”
“I understand. Despite what many think, I am not so old and foolish as to not see the cruelty in my brother. He sees the new generation as a continuation of the last. Two siblings born to the Firelord. The eldest kind and protective of his people. The youngest cruel and craving power. And wanting things to remain as they were, he has taken steps.” Iroh sighed. “I had hoped to have more time to help Zuko to understand this. I thought I had a lifetime, but the appearance of the Avatar has cursed my nephew with hope.” “Prince Zuko must not capture the Avatar.” Jee said, something dark coiling in his gut. “He won’t survive it.”
“Now all we must do is convince him of it.”
It would be considered treason to anyone off the ship. But those serving had fought with the General and despite what Firelord Azulon had supposedly said, felt Iroh was the true Firelord. Likewise Iroh felt Ozai had betrayed everything he was supposed to protect and could not truly be called a Lord of any kind.
But that was for later concerns. Now they had a Prince to save from both himself and his father.

TV Shows People MUST Checkout (Including Google Overviews.)
It’s just facts 🤷‍♀️
WARNINGS! Please note that some of these shows involve nudity, sexual scenes, violence and other mature themes that aren’t for everybody! (Red text)
-Downton Abbey (I love this series, every character, plot, and scene is always a masterpiece.) This historical drama follows the lives of the Crawley family and their servants in the family's Edwardian country house. The programme begins with the 1912 sinking of the Titanic, which leaves Downton Abbey's future in jeopardy, as Lord Grantham's presumptive heir -- his cousin James -- and his son, Patrick, die aboard the ship, leaving him without a male offspring to take over the throne upon his death. As a result, Lord Grantham must search for a new heir. As the programme progresses through the decade, other historical events happen leading up to Lord Grantham declaring in 1914 that Britain is at war with Germany, marking the beginning of World War I, which becomes a major plot on the programme. Does deal with difficult topics!
-Outlander (I actually just started this one but I’m really enjoying it.) After serving as a British Army nurse in World War II, Claire Randall is enjoying a second honeymoon in Scotland with husband Frank, an MI6 officer looking forward to a new career as an Oxford historian. Suddenly, Claire is transported to 1743 and into a mysterious world where her freedom and life are threatened. To survive, she marries Jamie Fraser, a strapping Scots warrior with a complicated past and a disarming sense of humour. A passionate relationship ensues, and Claire is caught between two vastly different men in two inharmonious lives. `Outlander' is adapted from the best-selling books by Diana Gabaldon. Maturity Warning! This show contains vivid violence and sexual scenes! GRAPHIC!
-Game Of Thrones (Lets be real everybody and their mother knows the existence of this series but just in case you hadn’t here it is. This series is my personal favorite regardless of the disaster that was the last season. Honestly everything until that point I loved, I watched it all in a month) George R.R. Martin's best-selling book series "A Song of Ice and Fire" is brought to the screen as HBO sinks its considerable storytelling teeth into the medieval fantasy epic. It's the depiction of two powerful families -- kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars and honest men -- playing a deadly game for control of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, and to sit atop the Iron Throne. Martin is credited as a co-executive producer and one of the writers for the series, whose shooting locations include Northern Ireland, Malta, Croatia and Spain. (Way more families are involved, but okay google.) Maturity Warning! This show contains vivid violence and sexual scenes! GRAPHIC!
-Anne with an E (SO underrated! Very good though!) This reimagining of the classic book and film is a coming-of-age story about a young orphan who is seeking love, acceptance and her place in the world. Amybeth McNulty stars as Anne, a 13-year-old who has endured an abusive childhood in orphanages and the homes of strangers. In the late 1890s, Anne is mistakenly sent to live with aging siblings, Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert, who live on Prince Edward Island. Anne, who proves to be uniquely spirited, imaginative and smart, transforms the lives of Marilla, Matthew and everyone else in their small town.
-Glee (It’s just good folks, a very enjoyable show up until season 5 personally.) Optimistic teacher Will Schuester heads up McKinley High School's glee club -- New Directions -- a place where ambitious and talented students can find strength, acceptance and their voice. As the students find themselves, they also enjoy a respite from the harsh realities of life. Mr. Schuester hopes to help the kids in every way he can, and also dreams of taking the group to nationals. As Schuester and the glee club pursue their goal, they face opposition from a conniving cheerleading coach, Sue Sylvester, who tries to sabotage the group at every turn.
-Stranger Things (At this point if you haven’t seen it I’m shocked. I will say I wasn’t a huge fan of season 1, and questioned if I should continue, but I assure you the next two seasons were great. If you were kinda like me and not into the first season, I’d highly recommend to keep going as I loved it. Season 1 had to world build. I won’t insert a overview because the overview is for season 2, so I’d just head to Netflix and read what season 1 is all about.)
-Jane the Virgin (I haven’t completed it but the story is overall compelling and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.) The daughter of a teen mother, Jane Villanueva grew up determined not to repeat her mom's mistakes. At 23, her life is on track; Jane is studying to be a teacher and engaged to a handsome detective who supports her decision to remain a virgin until marriage. Then a routine clinic visit flips her life upside down. Inseminated by a specimen meant for a patient in the next room, now-pregnant Jane is in a situation made only more insane when she learns that the sperm donor is her boss, Rafael. As her meticulously planned life gets more like the telenovelas she loves, she faces a lot of complicated decisions about where to go from here.
-Lucifer (If none of these peak your interest, please atleast check this one out. It’s just. So good. It’s something that anyone can get enjoyment out of. ) Based on characters created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg, this series follows Lucifer, the original fallen angel, who has become dissatisfied with his life in hell. After abandoning his throne and retiring to Los Angeles, Lucifer indulges in his favorite things (women, wine and song) -- until a murder takes place outside of his upscale nightclub. For the first time in billions of years, the murder awakens something unfamiliar in Lucifer's soul that is eerily similar to compassion and sympathy. Lucifer is faced with another surprise when he meets an intriguing homicide detective named Chloe, who appears to possess an inherent goodness -- unlike the worst of humanity, to which he is accustomed. Suddenly, Lucifer starts to wonder if there is hope for his soul.

At My Mercy: Part One
Tumblr media
Author: eternityunicorn
Genre: Romance/Drama/AU
Pairing: Elijah Mikaelson x OC, Klaus Mikaelson x OC
Warnings: Violence, Smut (*Smut chapters marked +18)
Summary: Elijah and Klaus Mikaelson are joint business partners of the seedy variety. They run an organization that indulges in slavery, particularly enslaving and selling their captured enemies to the highest bidder at special monthly auction. However, when the ethereal beauty, Eternity, ends up in their possession, the Original brothers decide she’s too rare a creature to hand over to anyone else. Therefore, they keep her for themselves, subjecting her to all kinds of indulgences. With time, one brother makes the mistake of falling in love with the rare beauty. But what happens when new slaves to be auctioned go missing? Is Eternity involved?
NOTE: OC and original elements are from my up and coming novel series!
AUTHOR’S COMMENTARY: This fic a replacement of sorts for my previous fic ‘Brothers’. Therefore, I  hope that anyone who was reading that fic will like this incarnation just as much!
——————————————————————————————————
There were no two brothers whom were closer than Elijah Mikaelson and his young brother Niklaus Mikaelson. They had the strongest sibling bond out of all the Mikaelson children.
Together, they took command of the supernatural community, ruling it with an iron fist from their chosen headquarters of Mystic Falls. To those loyal, they received much benevolence and privilege. However, to those who dared to oppose them, if they were captured - and they always were by the bounty hunters they employed - they were subjected to a life of servitude, as part of the two brothers’ business venture.
They ran an organization called Slave Row. Here, they auctioned off their captives to the highest bidder to live as their new master’s slave, forcing their captives to submit to the wills of their owners. To say that business was booming was an understatement. People came from all over to bid on the newest captives, making Elijah and his little brother very rich men, on top of being powerful ones.
Once a month, there was an auction, where their captives were paraded around naked and in chains to further humiliate them, before they were sold off to their new masters. Niklaus typically ran the show, while the older Original watched from the shadows. He didn’t take the level of enjoyment from selling their enemies into slavery as his little brother seemed to. No, he simply stood on the sidelines to ensure everything went smoothly, while his brother took on hosting duties.
Yes, everything was perfect, or at least, that was what Niklaus would say.
Truth be told, Elijah was only involved in this cruel and tyrannical business, because he wanted to protect his family from their enemies and in his opinion, subjecting their captured foes to slavery was still kinder than simply killing them. Though personally, the older Original hadn’t the taste for either. However, he tolerated it so long as it sent the correct message to others who dared to oppose them as the ruling family.
Then one day, there came a most usual request for a private audience with the Kings of the Supernaturals. Elijah and Niklaus permitted it, meeting in dinning hall of their family manor with a mysterious, hooded stranger, who came with a rare treasure indeed. They didn’t ask for the name of the hidden bounty hunter, as it didn’t matter to them, despite the fact that neither of them having employed the man. Instead, they focused on the deal the shadowy figure was wanting to make with them.
While Niklaus talked price with the mystery hunter, the older Original was transfixed by the beautiful creature he had bound and chained beside him.
Sitting on the floor at the hunter’s feet was a pale woman with obscenely long white hair and large, almond shaped sapphire eyes. She sat there tensely, looking around at each of the men without an ounce of submission, only a great and fiery defiance, despite being completely naked. She did not fear.
Elijah had heard of this rare creature from rumors that had spread far and wide across the supernatural community. She was a fierce warrior, if he recalled correctly, taking on those who dared to harm the innocent, particularly the unaware human race. She had left quite the trail of bodies and a great sense of fear in the supernaturals, specifically the vampires, who needed to drink human blood to survive. At first, he had thought she was only a myth, a story to protect humanity, but it seemed she was, in fact, quite real.
When their eyes met, the older Mikaelson felt as though his breath had been stolen away. The connection was immediate and profound. At least, it was for him...and there was a hint of familiarity in it too. A curious thing, as he was certain he had never met this woman before. How strange.
“My brother and I are very interested in the ‘White Goddess’, who has been terrorizing the supernatural community for quite some time,” Niklaus was saying to the bounty hunter. “We shall reward you handsomely for bringing her to us, good sir, and with our deep gratitude.”
“Thank you, my lord,” the bounty hunter replied. “I do hope you enjoy her well.”
The younger Mikaelson grinned widely, while gazing at the ethereal beauty, “Oh, we shall enjoy her greatly. Won’t we, Brother?”
Elijah turned his attention to the two other men, pretending that he hadn’t been completely captivated flawlessly. He smirked, “Yes, I do believe we shall.”
“Excellent,” the hunter replied. “A word of warning, before I go: do not remove the gold bracelets upon your newest acquisition’s wrists, as they are the only things that will keep her from tearing you both apart.”
“Duly noted, my good man,” Niklaus said. “We will be sure to heed your warning. Here is your payment.”
The hybrid snapped his fingers and a servant approached with a chest of money to give to the bounty hunter, which the mystery man took without hesitation. The hunter rose from his seat with his payment. With a final nod, he made his exit, leaving behind the exquisite beauty for the Original brothers to do with as they pleased.
“So, Elijah, what do you think we should do with her?” Niklaus asked, gazing hotly at the pale woman. “Do you think we should sell her as we have most of our other captives? Or do you think we should keep her for ourselves? It has been a while since we have had slave of our own, and never have we had one so rare as this exotic creature. What say you, Brother?”
The older Original thought about it, but he didn’t have to think on it long. There wasn’t any way in hell he was going to give this strange and fierce woman away. He was already possessive of her, to a frightening degree. No, she belonged to them - to him, he decided.
“I say we keep her as our own,” answered Elijah with a devious smile. “It has been a while since we have kept a slave for our own amusement and as you’ve said, she is too rare to simply give away. Yes, she should be ours and ours alone.”
Niklaus grinned pleasantly, getting up from the table and going over to where their new plaything sat. He quickly fisted her hair and yanked the woman’s head back sharply. “Do you hear that, pet? You belong to the Mikaelson brothers now,” he chuckles down at her. “We shall enjoy all your splendors immensely, I’m sure.”
“Yes, and why not begin right away, Brother?” Elijah stood gracefully, buttoning his suit jacket deftly as he did. “I don’t know about you, Niklaus, but I should like to sample her wonders immediately.”
His little brother agreed, “I had the very same thought. On your feet, love.”
The ethereal beauty allowed the hybrid to help her rise to her feet, but neither Original was prepared for what came next. The second she was at her full height, the feisty little woman attacked. First, by grabbing hold and twisting Niklaus’s hand that held her until he was forced to let go and then gave him a strong kick to the stomach, sending him sailing across the room. Then she went at Elijah himself, throwing a series of punches and kicks at him, all of which he barely was able to maneuver away from or block. However, he did manage to evade her.
They were equally matched, something that the older Original knew wouldn’t be so, if those golden trinkets weren’t holding her back. She was fierce indeed, even with them keeping her subdued, and it was that fire in her, that defiance that made him hard. It called to his baser self that demanded he make her submit, giving him a burst of strength to eventually overtake her.
With one swift move, Elijah had the fighting woman pinned to the table with her throat in one hand and with her wrists in the other, as he pulled her arms over her head, subduing her. He stared down at her with a look of dark desire. “Oh, I am going to enjoy breaking you, Sweetheart,” he told her, his face close to hers.
“We will see about that,” she spat in return, defiant to the end.
“You will be made to submit, by my hand, one way or another,” he murmured. “There isn’t another out there that I haven’t been able to break. You will be no different.”
Then Elijah acted on impulse and kissed the rare woman passionately, prying her mouth open with his tongue and diving inside to taste her throughly. She tasted sweet and he could see himself becoming addicted to her very quickly.
“Easy, Brother,” chuckled Niklaus as he rejoined him.
Immediately, the older Original pulled his mouth away from the ethereal beauty’s, collecting himself swiftly before his baby brother could notice the effect she was having on him - and he didn’t just mean that in a sexual way either. If he were perfectly honest with himself, he was intrigued by this rare jewel in every way.
“Forgive me, I might have gotten a little carried away,” Elijah replied with a small smirk, while he still held the woman in subjugation. “Shall we get started?”
The hybrid nodded eagerly, “Yes, but I believe a change of plans in in order. I want the first crack at her. I owe her for sending me flying across the room.”
The older Mikaelson laughed lightly, agreeing to his brother’s terms, before shouting a request to one of the servants to bring him a collar and leash, along with a pair of shackles. Once he had the items in hand, he asked Niklaus to do the honors, while he continued to hold their new acquisition down. She struggled a bit, but it wasn’t as heartfelt as before, leaving Elijah to wonder why that was.
Once the shackles were in place and the collar was secured around her neck, the older Original released his hold on her. He stepped away while grabbing onto the leash that had been attached to the collar and tugging her up off the table.
“I’m going to enjoy tearing you both apart,” the resilient and bold woman grinned wolfishly, as she stood upright.
Elijah looked at her, then his brother, whom had done the same at her audacity. They both smiled at each other, liking her boldness. The bolder the captive, the more fun it was to break the captive. Yes, she was going to be quite the treat, especially with how she started at them directly in the eye without any sense of fear or submission.
“I wouldn’t threaten those who hold you at their mercy, love,” Niklaus replied. “That isn’t a very wise thing to do.”
“No, it is not...Miss?” Agreed Elijah. “What is your name, Sweetheart?”
The ethereal beauty looked at him and replied readily, “Eternity.”
Niklaus reached over then and grabbed hold of her chin, pulling her face to look at him instead. “A lovely name, for a lovely woman,” he complimented her, before he kissed her with the same forceful passion Elijah had shown her.
Eternity was more tense with the hybrid, but she didn’t put up much of a fight. The older Original looked on, feeling his blood heat at the sight, from both lust and an intense jealousy. The latter he knew he had no business to feel, but couldn’t help it. Yet, he kept it hidden away masterfully, as to not let his brother know just how under his skin this rare creature was.
When Niklaus pulled away, he licked his lips and looked at his brother. “I can definitely see why you couldn’t wait to have a taste,” he said to him with a chuckle. “Come. Let us begin.”
To Be Continued....

DUNCAN BLACKWOOD who strongly resembles SANTIAGO CABRERA, has made the Shallune Cliffs their home. They are a 36 year old HUMAN. He is known to be CHARISMATIC & WARM, but also INDULGENT & WILLFULL. He is a KNIGHT.
this very charming boy is the secondborn son of lord blackwood. not old enough to inherit his father’s land & title, but not young enough to do as he pleased. he became a knight when he was young and thought that knights were all honor.
his parents weren’t a love match, but they came around to each other. they are more friends and companions than they are lovers, duncan came two years after his brother, and his younger twin siblings four years after him.
there was plenty of corruption in the knight order, rude and profligate knights who abused their position. perhaps not all of them, the lord he was sworn to was a man of integrity and would suffer little immorality, but enough to disillusion him.
he rose through the ranks throughout the 17 years he served as a knight, becoming knight captain three years ago.
his sworn lord sent him, along with a token force of soldiers and knights, to offer aid to the dragon riders in their efforts against the dread.
he’s a flirty boy and he will kiss your hand if you let him, it’s not a threat it’s a promise.
he acts like he’s a player because of this but the only ~lovers~ he’s taken, he’s been hopelessly in love with. don’t fall for this facade. he’s a sappy loser.
he’s flirty, but he’s respectful. a Good Boy just trying his best.
he deeply respects the dragon riders, mostly because (he’ll never admit this) the beasts terrify him. those are some big mouths, big teeth, and can breathe fire.

Please look below for the full text of the Mistress of Flame’s letter to Windblade.
My dearest daughter,
I suppose it is time to give you the explanation you so clearly crave—not just the explanation for why I have indulged all but the worst of your brother’s excesses, but even the explanation for just how you came to be and the power you possess. Fear not, my child, you are not a product of prophecy, but you were marked by Solus to be hers from birth.
It is difficult to be a ruler and a parent. There are matters that will eat into your time with your children, no matter how pure or determined your intentions, and as a royal child, as you well know, there are expectations of behavior that are unfair for anyone else. I have striven to embrace both roles to the best of my ability, but there are times when I have come up short, especially with you. Firstborn children are often the ‘experimental’ children; there are things I learned with you so that I could be a better parent to Hot Shot and Lightbright. It is not fair to you, but there are not training classes for parenthood, especially royal parenthood. I barely saw my mother all through my growing years, and I was determined to be more of a presence in my children’s. In that, I succeeded, but for all of my intentions, I have hurt you with some of my choices and decisions, and while I cannot expect forgiveness for that, I do hope for understanding.
You were born on the spring equinox, and for the first time in a century, there was a solar eclipse just as you came into the world. Solar eclipses, as you know, are sacred to Solus, and so there was already gossip that Solus had marked you to be special in some way. The fact that you were born with the Forge’s Mark only fanned those flames. I too had been born with the mark, as had my mother, and so on through our mother’s line. Because we are the only ones that have such a tradition, naturally the assumption is that the Mark means that Solus has chosen the next Leader of Flame, but in raising you and your siblings I have to the conclusion that it means she has marked you to rule, not necessarily just Caminus.
You see, Lightbright was born with the Forge’s Mark as well, and she will be my successor.
Your father loved you deeply. He had come from the artist’s guild as the Court Glassmaker, and my mother had decided to make an alliance with the guilds by arranging our marriage. I liked him well enough, and he me, but we were not in love. He spent most of his days making glass and working with the Temple to create more and more beautiful things to highlight the glory of Solus while I learned how to rule at my mother’s elbow. I ascended the Throne of Flame when you were but two, and your father was only my consort, but he preferred it that way. It meant he could spend time with you and his glass and be content.
Then, when you were four, the First Seer came to us with a vision. You would be a great ruler, but not here, and you would leave behind a legacy of Solus that some would think that she had come again in you. At first, we were thrilled and flattered, but as the civil war in Cybertron began to get bloodier and Carcer grew more aggressive, your father grew more and more concerned for your future. Neither land was appealing to marry you to (since at the time those were the only ones we would have considered), and if you were to rule another country, we would need to have another child, and Solus was not helping us conceive.
Finally, the tension grew too much and your father snapped. Working with some of the rogue witches that had been drummed from the Temple for blasphemy, he attempted to enact a ritual that would have stripped you of all magic in an effort to change your fate. He wanted to protect you, my darling. He wanted you to be safe and happy.  Solus stepped forth and stopped him, but for the ritual to succeed, you needed to be present, and so you had to watch your father die.
I am so, so sorry for that.
I married your step-father not long after that—we had been friends and I liked him, and he was good with you. You needed to have a father, and I needed another child to rule after me if the First Seer was correct, and so it made the most logical sense. You had changed since your father’s death—you had been bubbly and extroverted with everyone you met, and it often amused me to see how easily you could charm the most stodgy of our courtiers simply by playing with your dolls and asking to meet every animal you came across, but your father’s death left noticeable traces. You were quieter and more reserved, and you preferred to stay to the places that you knew. It broke my heart, but that was also a season of Carcerian aggression, and so your needs were pushed aside for the country’s.
When I became pregnant with Hot Shot, I was forced to slow down. Unlike my pregnancy with you, his carrying was a misery and I couldn’t understand why. I was in good health, I ate good food with regularity (5 small meals instead of 3 large ones and a tea ceremony), and I walked and exercised. It was one of the most beautiful summers I could remember, but I was forced to spend most of it in bed for my confinement. You were my solace during that time. With your games and animal friends, I was entertained, and having me to yourself brought back some of the playfulness I feared you had lost forever. You were in the room when I began labor, and it went so badly that my midwives and nurses quite forgot you were there.
When it seemed that Hot Shot would be stillborn, you pushed your way between the anxious, panicking attendants and laid your hands on my belly. ‘Don’t be scared, Mama,’ you told me, and then there was a jolt. Hot Shot exited easily and though he was sickly, he was alive enough to wail his anger at the injustice of a cold world.
But what I later discovered when I had ordered his star-charts was that he had indeed been fated to die, and that death would stalk him his entire life. He is to die before his twenty-sixth birthday. He has been so much sicker than you and Lightbright--I know Lightbright got the red pox when she was only a babe, but her fire magic ensured both her survival and the fact that she did not become pockmarked and scarred. Hot Shot frequently suffered the shits, he barely managed to survive nervous fever, and if he became sick with grippe or ague, it would almost certainly turn into lung sickness. While he was younger, I did my best to keep him separated from anything that might turn into an illness, and this meant I often had to keep him from you, since even by then you had a tendency to haunt healing halls in an effort to be useful.
I do not know where his resentment sprang from. I wish I did. I wish I could have spotted it from the very beginning so I could have crushed it. It has caused the both of you--yes, the both of you--so much pain over the years. At some point, he got it into his head that you and I both thought you far better than him, and he resented us for it. Maybe because he was so much more ‘troublesome’ as a child, or perhaps because his medical needs delayed his magical development to such an extent that he never developed the power that the rest of us had. Perhaps he even thought you had more independence than he did. That would be true, but not for reasons you or he could control.
I allowed his marriage to Thunderblast to stand because I knew he would never have the opportunities you and Lightbright did, and because I felt he deserved happiness before his inevitable death. I wish he had chosen a more brilliant, more compassionate partner, but certain events have caused me to reconsider Thunderblast’s character. She is braver than I thought she was.
He has done too much ill to you for me to ask you to forgive him, but I hope--in light of these revelations--that you can consider it.
There are several reasons why I chose not to agree to the betrothal with Elita, and I hope you will understand after I tell you what they were. You see, my negotiations with Elita for the signing of the treaty took place at a very particular time--you had completed your training in the Temple three years prior but you were still working with it and visiting all corners of Caminus as part of the immediate disaster relief group, and Elita had just taken power after an incredibly bloody coup. Carcer does not have a line of inheritance established the way we do; instead, in the very heart of Vigilem, a poll is taken of one of their most sacred artifacts. Then, the result is contested. Violently. Elita was the survivor of that contestation, and she was determined--is determined--to make Carcer far more stable, politically.
To showcase that, she made the overtures for a treaty. The Northern Reach was to deemed ours without any question, an advancement against years worth of incursion, and that any Carcerians attacking Caminus through the Northern Reach would be deemed traitors. It was not a popular declaration on her side, but it opened the opportunity for peace talks.
That whole spring and summer, you were away, dealing with wildfires and disease outbreaks in the West, and I made all of the negotiations. Around the end of July and early August of that year, we had created a treaty that was fairly benign to Caminus and strides ahead to Carcer. I was confident it could be upheld, unlike previous treaties, because it asked for so little. I was preparing to send Lord Afterburner to act as my representative, but Elita demanded a royal person to be there and sign the treaty in Carcer. It was not an unusual request, but you hadn’t returned yet and I didn’t want to remove you from such a vital mission. I explained my request for a delay, and in the meantime, her representative--Lord Obsidian--began to go over the treaty with a fine-toothed comb, and he started finding little discrepancies and other issues of semantics. Those issues persisted even after you returned, until Lord Obsidian finally declared that the treaty was fine in late September.
I had suspected they were stalling, but I was unsure why. I had intended to send Lord Afterburner with you--he was the only diplomat with both military experience and Carcer experience--but his wife was having trouble with their third child and ultimately miscarried. In good conscience, I could not separate him from her at that time. In hindsight, I wish I had. It might have saved you from heartbreak.
We heard about the assassination attempt two weeks after it happened. That whole time, I was informed, you had been in Elita’s custody and she was keeping you safe, personally. I went about sending a contingent of our guards to keep you safe on your return, but the messenger hastened to tell me that Elita had requested that you stay until the group that had attempted the assassination was brought to justice, or what counted as justice to Carcer. You would be more vulnerable on the road because of the geography of the mountains, not just to potential attackers but to winter storms, and so, despite my unease, I allowed it.
I regret that now.
I believe Elita either arranged for that attempt or took advantage of it to delay your stay until the mountain passes closed. That whole winter, I heard nothing from you, and my worry grew by the day. I attempted to call you with magic, through mirrors and flame, but my attempts never got through. Still, I reasoned, the distance and Elita’s protection spells could prevent that. Her caution was legendary by that point.
When the mountain passes cleared, Elita’s first request to me was not about your departure, but rather if she could keep you--as the consort to the Liege General. I know that consorts in Caminus have very little status, but her missive (written in her own hand), promised that you would have a certain amount of power and security. If your betrothal could be included in the treaty, she said, she might be able to talk her nobles into giving us better treatment. There was just a catch--as a dowry, she wanted the Northern Reach. It had long been contested ground, and the people there were a mix of Carcerian and Camien anyway. It would be easier for Carcer to hold, and any Camiens who lived there or wanted to would be granted Carcerian citizenship.
I was appalled. The protection of the Northern Reach had been the entire point of the treaty, and now she was asking me to essentially give it away. Marriage arrangements can take years, for good reason. For her to spirit you off and then demand your hand in marriage without letting you come home was troubling and it made me angry. Still, I was cautious. By that point I had been on the throne long enough to not react on my first impulse. Then I received your letter.
You told me how much you loved her and that she had promised you two could be married and how much you were looking forward to it. Elita had allowed you to work on the filtration system for the city of Vigilem, and since you had fixed it, like you had here so long ago, deaths from rice water fever and nervous fever had gone down to nearly nothing. Elita had promised that Carcer was an entire country of projects like that, and how desperately you wanted to marry her.
Your love for her would have touched my heart, except now I saw Elita’s gambit for what it was. She had manipulated circumstances to keep you nearby, and then she had worked to make you fall in love with her. I do not know if she felt the same. Maybe she did. It did not remove the manipulation.
So I refused. Somehow that refusal took two months to get to her, and then it took another month for it to take effect. In the denial of her offer, she took the treaty off the table entirely and sent you home. You were heartbroken and despondent, like when your father had died, and for a while I grieved with you and wondered if I had made the right decision. Somehow you, more than your siblings, always bore the cost of my decisions.
Then you finally told me about it, on the eve of your departure to Eukaris, and one tiny detail confirmed that I had done the right thing. You told me that Elita loved raspberry leaf tea and served it whenever the two of you were together, to the point that you were drinking it constantly. I knew you two had been lovers, and this reveal chilled me.
I’m not certain if you ever realized it, but Elita had been trying to get you pregnant. If she had, the marriage would have been forced to go through. Somehow you didn’t get pregnant, and I think that the Mother Superior had given you a discreet contraception charm before you left. If she had not, then your life may have been very different.
I’m sorry for your heartbreak, truly. But I do not think a marriage with her would have been happy. You have been through a great deal, and so the one thing I feel you deserve is a happy marriage. It may seem odd that I would choose Starscream of all people to give you that happy marriage, but several factors were in play.
First, you were attracted to him. I will be the first to tell you that attraction alone does not make a marriage, but it helps. From what I saw--how you tended to his needs and served him at dinner--and from what I heard from others (the Mother Superior noted how easily you reached out to touch him in comfort when he was upset), I knew that you were attracted to him. Some people, like your siblings, show their attraction in typical ways, such as being tongue-tied or easily embarrassed in front of those they’re attracted. You, dear heart, show it by caring for them. Many, many times over the past few months you have shown your care for him, whether it was stitching up a cut on his forehead and falling asleep with him or tending to him in the aftermath of an internal attack. Yes, I know about those!
Second, you two work well together. I heard about your tour of the greenhouses, and he--in his own strange way--is protective of you. He was very clear about his desire to keep you out of the loop of the negotiations, not out of disrespect (which is what I initially thought), but rather, so that he could win you over on his own. I’m not certain if he’s capable of such a courtship, and Afterburner thinks he is not, but I can admire the impulse.
Third, he understands where you come from when you make decisions. I believe you are more cautious than him, which makes sense. Impulsive diplomats do not last long, and your training made it clear that rushed work is sloppy and frequently has to be redone. Better to play the slow game and do it right. He would not be someone who sends you to negotiate and then publicly goes against anything you worked out. I am not sure that you understand him, entirely, but the tragedy of war would warp the brightest minds, and you do not have that experience to fully navigate it. Tread carefully, is all I would say to that.
I do have my concerns. No partnership heading into marriage is going to be perfect, and there is always the risk that marriage will bring out the worst in you both. For what it’s worth, I think you guard yourself scrupulously enough that you would recognize if he’s influencing you badly.
He has a temper. He is not shy about showing it, but I wonder if his history with Megatron and the rest of the war taught him about when using your temper helps versus hurts. I know you are uncomfortable with displays of anger, even your own, but you must remember that not all anger means something. You two will have to negotiate safe ways for you both to display anger without it being taken as a challenge or a threat by the other. I would recommend that you find a way to control his violent impulses. I would not normally go for such spells, but he might give in to the impulse and regret it later, because his prior training informed him that was how he stayed alive but is not helpful now. Blood is helpful in that regard.
Remember, too, that good conquerors rarely make good kings. Starscream, according to our Intelligence, was not a conqueror as Megatron was. He was an excellent commander, if too brutal and ruthless for our taste, but he never--apparently--had the same taste to take the way Megatron did. He was also the first one to take the brunt of Megatron’s anger when something did not go as intended. Our Intelligence reports were very clear on that. I will see if my Intelligence chief will consent to declassifying some of that reporting to get you a copy. It may help fill in the outline he has created for himself.
He will need you to show him  what civilization looks like. I have it on good authority that Cybertron is still relying on law drafted in times of war as the primary source of law, and while that was acceptable, his betrothal to you is a marker to the rest of the world that he intends to end the detente between his people and the remaining Autobot faction. The first thing he should do is invest in creating a new law system, one with explicitly stated rights for his people. Just because Iacon is a thinly-veiled monarchy does not mean that rulers and nobles can do anything they like. That was what got Cybertron in trouble in the first place--as did that ridiculous democracy system the secular Primes created. It is better to raise someone to rule than vote someone into power who has no experience or education in what it takes to truly lead a country.
I do not mean to preach at you, dear heart. But you need to remember that despite the revoking of your secular citizenship--you will always be a princess but no longer have the legal protections of your rank--you will always be a living symbol of Caminus in Cybertron. Your behavior and your choices will always reflect on us, and so you must live up to that symbolism. You must be beyond reproach. No longer can you indulge in excessive drinking, wild or loose behavior, or gambling. Whatever charities you choose to patronize must be transparent in their goals and methodology. Whatever you choose to partake in will reflect on you and thus on Caminus. Act for our welfare when you can. You are a diplomat on permanent assignment there.
Your behavior will also reflect on your husband. Many a ruler have been moral failures, but because their spouse was morally upright, a bit of that was borrowed by them. If Starscream behaves badly, your correct behavior will soothe anxious watchers that Starscream is not that bad. It creates stability in the court.
Be wary of the people you accept in your circle. As a married lady, do not spend time with unmarried peoples in a social context without married chaperones. Do not pass clandestine letters or anything that could be construed as flirtation. Dress appropriately. It may be time to retire your hakama.
Be as apolitical as you can. Starscream can be political, and should be, but his people chose him to rule them. They expect politics from him. They did not choose you. Do not offend their political sensibilities. Whatever work you take on, be sure it benefits all. Food production, medicine, communal gardening--none of these are things that could be seen as political. Do not engage with law enforcement, the courts, or the writing of laws. At best, you will be seen as an interloper. At worst, you will be seen as a schemer who manipulates Starscream and the court to her choosing.
When you have children, be as involved with them as you can. No one would fault a mother, and their childhood goes by too quickly. When they are old enough, take them to Caminus. They should know their heritage.
The other aspect of your role as Starscream’s Lady is that you will be his hostess. Once Iacon is no longer on the edge of starvation and famine, you will entertain, and often. These occasions are excellent ways to shore up alliances and turn potential foes to your advantage, and so you must plan and prepare them accordingly. Try to find a steward who has experience in creating such events. You cannot be expected to do everything--the servants will resent you if you do--and so you must have a trusted executor. I have already begun to look for them to create recommendations for you in time, but if you could find a Cybertronian steward, that would be best.
Maintain our Camien traditions as best you can. No matter what you do, you will always be seen as a foreigner, and though you may be tempted to do your best to assimilate, the people will see your difference as clear as your tattoos, and so there is nothing to be gained by abandoning your traditions. Raise your children to speak our tongue and read it, and teach them the rites of Solus. You are our representative. Maintain what you can.
Please forgive your sister. She thought she was acting in your interest, and it has hurt her deeply that you did not believe her. The longer you maintain your silence against her, the more it will take to repair the relationship, and you cannot afford to ostracize her forever.
Your loving mother

» AXIMILI-ESGARROUTH-ISTHILL -------ANIMORPHS
Tumblr media
Younger brother to Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul, Aximili had feared of always living in his older brother's shadows, despite the warmth and affection the two shared, especially as he had always looked up to Elfangor. His brother was a war hero against the Yeerks, an species that sought to bring control over every world they can for hosts (for the Yeerks are parasites by nature, and in need of hosts to live beyond the world of sludgy pools that, in essence, were their very reason for staying alive). But as any younger sibling would, Aximili would hope to one day outshine his brother.
Little did he know that he would get to in a very nasty way; he would end up becoming the sole survivor on the Andalite fleet ship GalaxyTree, crashing into the alien world's oceans where he had to wait for months before he could be rescued. And that rescue were done by those that his brother would break the ultimate code before dying... the Animorphs, a group of Earthling kids who were the only ones to fight the Yeerks while needing to wait roughly over a year before Andalites would be able to send help.
Many battles had been won, several more were lost. Aximili had served the leader of the Animorphs as well as he can, the one he would call Prince Jake. After a little while, he had begun to truly accept them, and had become a loyal member to fight the Yeerks. After the final battle, and a uneasy solution was truly found between the Yeerks and the rest of the galaxy, Aximili was able to stand in the same spotlight that his own brother had stood. While it didn't bring him the joy that he had expected long ago, he felt as though he could be content, knowing that his brother was proud for what Ax had managed to accomplish.

» CYNDER -------LEGEND OF SPYRO
Tumblr media
Cynder was born in the same clutch of dragon eggs that Spyro was in during the Year of the Dragon, making her and Spyro the same age. On the night the Dark Armies raided the Dragon Temple, the Ape King Gaul kidnapped Cynder's egg, choosing her to be the dragon who would free the essence of the Dark Master, Malefor, from his prison in the Convexity. She was corrupted by Malefor's dark powers shortly after hatching, which transformed her into a monstrous and horrific adult dragon brainwashed to do Malefor's bidding. But after being freed from his control and brought back by Spyro would Cynder truly begin to be her own dragon.
It took a lot of soul-searching, as she had been plagued by the guilt of everything she had done by the bidding of Malefor, one in which many creatures wouldn't let her forget. But after overcoming her past demons and rising to the challenge at Spyro's side, she was able to conquer not only her own self-doubt but to put to rest what had once been her sole purpose of living; Malefor's defeat.
While she has truly strong feelings for the purple dragon, Cynder would still struggle to find the words to form a summary of how much she loves him. Even after Malefor's final defeat and being dragged into the central gem by the ancestral dragons, confessing a simple uttered confession as she refused to leave him to mend the world that was breaking apart, she's unsure if he truly recuperated her feelings. But she intends to continue to remain at his side, whether as merely a best friend or more.

» GIG -------SOUL NOMAD AND THE WORLD EATERS
Tumblr media
"The destroyer of everything!
The commander of the World Eaters!
But hell, you can call me Gig."
Gig is the Master of Death, a powerful entity hailing from the world called Drazil that was sent to the world of Haephnes, under orders by the rulers of Drazil to wreck havoc and to send as many souls from that world to the other as he could. While he certainly did accomplish the goal in some regards, he did it with a kind of savage glee that had nothing to do with it being his job. However, Haephnes had a fair number of heroes that would rise to the challenge; in such, one would come to fight Gig when others had failed. And that was the original Layna (with the aid of Virtuous), who would sacrifice her very soul so that the Master of Death would lose his body and become sealed in the Onyx Blade. For the next two hundred years, he had remained sealed, and the three World Eater titans that served him were put into a sleep.
However, things would not stay peaceful, especially as the rulers of Drazil were impatient for their need for more souls to come to their world. The three sleeping World Eaters were waking and would resume their havoc without Gig commanding them. Soon, Lady Layna (the body in which would come to house Virtuous but had kept the name of the original owner) had to find someone who could not only wield the Onyx Blade, but as well as keep Gig in check who wouldn't stop at taking over the body and forming himself anew. That would come to the one called Revya. As the one who would wield him would slowly uncover throughout the journey to stop the three World Eaters though, Gig was so much more than the eye would see.

» KID -------CHRONO CROSS
Tumblr media
Talented as a thief and a world traveler, Kid always appears to be a carefree individual who took what she'd need (unless of course the other totally deserves to lose all their coins, then she'll take a lot more). But back before her chosen lifestyle, she was found as an baby orphan and had been raised by Lucca, who'd form an orphanage where she took in other homeless children. Up until she was eleven years old, she had a good life, until tragedy struck; the orphanage was burned down by an demi-human name Lynx along with his ally called Harle. Lucca was killed in the process, and most of the other kids would drift off to find another life, leaving her to fend for herself where she sword to herself that she'll get her revenge on Lynx.
However, there's a lot more to her than a petty criminal with a scarred childhood memory; Kid is the daughter-clone of Schala, a woman who was bound to the old entity called Lavos, though upon absorbing the woman would become the Dream Devourer. Having feared for what little mind she had as she was slowly corrupted while bound to the entity, she had opted instead to send the part of herself that could be saved out as a clone, which resulted in Kid being born, given the pendant that was the family's heirloom, and sent to Lucca on purpose rather than simply found by chance.
Having saved a guy named Serge, Kid would attach herself to his company; after having overheard the Acasia Dragoons were looking for him by the orders of Lynx to apprehend the 'ghost boy', she knew that Serge would be the best chance she'd get to finding the demi-human that had destroyed her childhood, killing Lucca whom she regarded as close to a mother as one could get. From there, history was in for a lot of alternations.

» TENEBRAE -------TALES OF SYMPHONIA: DAWN OF A NEW WORLD
Tumblr media
The Centurion of Darkness, one of the eight elements, servant to Lord Ratatosk, Tenebrae is a well-mannered creature who governs over the element as well as those that used darkness as their element. Like the rest of the servants, he had been slumbering and rarely interacting with anyone outside of the small group as well as Lord Ratatosk. However, things would change when two humans would come along into the world of Ginnungagap, at first to warn Lord Ratatosk of the world's mana crisis, though things would escalate, resulting in one human in being killed, driving the other to kill the summon spirit. Lord Ratatosk was reduced to his core state, and before the remaining human could destroy it, Tenebrae had awoken, taken the core, and fled to the surface to save him.
Meeting Marta on the surface, who wanted to keep the core of Ratatosk safe from the Vanguard who also wanted the summon spirit's core, Tenebrae would team up with her, developing a kind of admiration for the girl. When they were separated in the city of Palmacosta during what would become known to history as 'the Blood Purge', Tenebrae would come to find Marta with a fake core attached to her forehead, and the real core had taken on a human guise so as to hide in plain sight. Understanding the situation, Tenebrae wouldn't reveal any of this to Marta, or, later on, to the man called Emil until nearly the end, who would turn out to be the guise of Ratatosk... in the image of the last human he killed.
Filled with information and facts, Tenebrae had proven to be both an infallible source of knowledge as well as brimming with useless facts. Oftentimes he'll inform the group of tidbits of knowledge (whether they wanted it or not), though there are times that his spiteful side would make him less than helpful.

» CAPTAIN BENJAMIN FRANKLIN “HAWKEYE” PIERCE -------M*A*S*H
Tumblr media
Born and raised in Crabapple Cove, Maine, Hawkeye is the son of Dr. Daniel Pierce, and an only child. His nickname "Hawkeye" was given him by his father, taken from the name of a character in the novel The Last of the Mohicans, the only book Hawkeye's father ever read. He doesn't remember much about his mother, as she had died very early in his life, and it's little wonder that he is as close to his father as he is.
After his medical residency in Boston, Hawkeye is drafted into the Army and assigned to the 4077th MASH (Mobile Army Surgical Hospital) during the Korean War. Between long, intense sessions of treating wounded soldiers, he makes the best of his life in the isolated Army camp by indulging in heavy drinking, carousing, and pulling pranks on the people around him, particularly Majors Frank Burns and Margaret Houlihan, which later on would include Major Charles Emerson Winchester III, when Frank leaves.
Hawkeye proved time and again to be an excellent surgeon, which was rewarded by Colonel Blake when he was reluctantly appointed Chief Surgeon, much to Frank and Margaret's disgust; a warranted visit from General Barker eventually convinces him that Blake made the right decision. He has a very strong moral code, and often questions the validity of the war and why they're all there in the first place. He loathes racism and is angered whenever someone else uses ethnic slurs.

» LEO -------JUNGLE TAITEI/THE NEW ADVENTURES OF KIMBA THE WHITE LION (1989)
Tumblr media
Strong, passionate about freedom and justice, and never backing down from what he believes to be right, Leo is a fierce lion who tries to be friendly as well as offer advice as needed. However he wasn’t immune to flaws - he has one hell of a temper when pushed to the brink, as well as indecisive when it comes to whether following his father’s teachings or doing it his own way. Sometimes he struggles with the identity that animals associate him to (his father’s) and his own.
Leo is an rarity among all lions - like his father Panja, he was born with a white coat. With only a tuft of black at the end of his tail and the tips of his ears black, he was the spitting image of his own father. However, Leo would never meet his father and would only know his mother for a short time. Before he was born, Leo’s father had been the ruler of the jungle, always thwarting humans that would dare come to his territory to hunt his subjects as well as keeping order and harmony. But his pelt was greedily sought for by many poachers, which more often than not was the reason they would come to the jungle in the first place. This event would happen before Leo's birth.
Born on a human ocean ship that was taking his mother overseas in the hopes that the cubs she bore would have the father's white coat, Leo had only known that small world for a much shorter length of time. Eriza would tell him stories about his father, how strong and brave Panja was as he would protect the innocent and would do everything in his power to do right. This would fuel Leo’s morals as he wanted to be just like his father, and even when he did eventually make it back to the jungle, his mother's stories would still inspire him, despite much of his early memories growing hazy over time and age.

» SOREN (BOOK INTERPRETATION) -------GUARDIANS OF GA'HOOLE
Tumblr media
Soren, a male barn owl, (Tyto alba), leader of “The Band”. Soren was born in the Kingdom of Tyto, where he lived with his father, Noctus, his mother, Marella, his older brother, Kludd, his younger sister, Eglantine, and the family’s nest snake Mrs. Horace Plithiver. He was snatched by patrols from St. Aegolius Academy for Orphaned Owls after somehow falling from the nest, a terrible place filled with owlets that were similarly snatched from their families, most never having been orphaned. The purpose of this 'academy' was to moonblink owlets and making them do many various tasks as mindless slaves, from hatching snatched eggs to picking apart pellets to find what were called 'flecks'. He later escaped with his friend Gylfie and together the two met Twilight then Digger before journeying to the Great Ga'Hoole Tree.
It's later revealed, after rejoining with his nest maid Mrs. Horace Plithiver, or better known as Mrs. P., that Kludd had pushed him out of the nest on purpose. And it would be much later on that killing a member of one's family was part of the initiation process of joining the Pure Ones. And someday, Soren would come face to face with his brother, who had achieved much more ambition since officially joining the Pure Ones, under the alias Metal Beak after having taken over as leader of the Pure Ones, with his mate and second-in-command, Nyra.
After joining the the owls of the Ga'Hoole Tree, Soren and the band were put into groups of owls that were named 'chaws', each chaw specialized in specific talents. The Barnowl was double-chawed in weather interpretation and colliering, meaning that he was to not only learn how to fly in any weather, but to also learn to collect coals so as to stoke the fires of the Ga'Hoole Tree. This would be when he would soon be taken under wing by the ryb (teacher) of this particular chaw, Ezylryb.

» GIN -------GINGA NAGAREBOSHI GIN
Tumblr media
Gin, second-generation leader of the Ou Army, inheriting the position from his father Riki after the battle with Akakabuto and his massive army of bears. Gin is a silver-brindled Akita dog, which are some of the most prized dogs to track and kill bears, said to be the strongest of the Akita dog breeds. The man that had raised Riki and the whole line that Riki had descended from, known as Grandfather by many, had taken Gin as a puppy to train him after losing Riki down a chasm while hunting down the massive murderous bear known as Akakabuto. Enduring many months of tough training that many wouldn’t considering putting a dog through much less a pup, Gin had grown into a strong young dog. He was just as determined to defeat Akakabuto as Takeda Gohee (Grandfather), for killing his father.
Soon following comes the event where Gin would come across a pack of wild dogs that were gathering recruits for their army, as ordered by their mysterious leader. One of the generals known as Cross would tell him to go home, but Gin was determined to join the pack, eventually able to meet the leader. It was with great surprise that it was his own father, Riki! However, the leader had suffered from loss of memories due to the fall in the chasm, only holding onto the vague memories he had of the fight with Akakabuto. After the end of the war with Akakabuto, Gin is now the leader of one of the greatest pack of Japan, having gathered some of the best fighters that had joined to bring down the strongest and dangerous bear. There was now only peace…
Gin is a natural born leader with a lot of charisma, known for being brave and strong. He has a strong sense of justice and wants to protect his friends and all those who are unable to protect themselves. He isn't afraid to die for his friends or his mission that he believes in. Mostly due to the training during young age, he became more mature than most dogs of his age and is mentally strong and unlikely to give up, which means that he isn't all that playful and tends to be quite serious. Though he can sometimes joke around with close friends like Smith, even if it's done a more shy way, given that it doesn't come as naturally to him.

» LARA CROFT -------RISE OF THE TOMB RAIDER
Tumblr media
Resilient, strong-willed, open-minded, Lara Croft has come a long way from the days where she didn't believe in the supernatural and had been a far more timid but energetic girl; several events had come to help her open her eyes to the world on a far larger scale and come to accept that the world is far more than the modern day will reveal. She is confident with her ability to adapt and respond to situations, especially in a life-and-death situation where it would have otherwise killed someone else.
It's not to say that she doesn't have issues that would come having to experience everything that she had. Lara is always fighting with her personal demons at having to kill in order to survive, though she will always rationalize it in the mere fact that if she hadn't done as she had, she wouldn't be alive today, and would do so again, especially when her friends are in trouble - after having lost her mother to an illness, and then her father through the actions of the organization called Trinity, she has come to deeply care for those that she grows close to.
She has but one main purpose for all the travels she endures; to thrawt the same organization that had killed her father and framed it as a suicide, though it's not as simple as wanting revenge. This organization is dangerous because they have goals to change the world, and they would do it with any means of an artifact that holds such powers. If she can reach the artifact first and keep it out of their hands, it would be plenty enough until she can start wiping out the cells of the organization, however she can.

» ALEX FIERRO -------MAGNUS CHASE AND THE GODS OF ASGARD (PERCY JACKSON UNIVERSE)
Tumblr media
Alex Fierro is a gender-fluid einherji, a child of Loki, and an astonishingly powerful shapeshifter. When he first arrives in Hotel Valhalla—identifying as male at the moment—he turns into a cheetah, destroys his room, and attacks his new hall mates. Later, she (female now) transforms into a weasel and tries to escape the hotel. She finally appears in her human form: a hauntingly attractive teenager of slender build with facial features that closely resemble Loki’s, minus the scars. She wears layers of pink-and-green clothes—skinny green pants, a pink-and-green sweater-vest, rose-colored high-top sneakers, and a second sweater, also pink, tied around her waist. Her hair is green with black roots, and she has one dark brown eye and one amber-colored eye.
Alex’s parentage arouses suspicion at first, much as her half-sister Samirah al-Abbas’s did when she first came to Hotel Valhalla. In time, Alex proves herself to be a trustworthy addition to floor nineteen’s group. She’s a fearless fighter, wielding her weapon of choice—a garrote made from a wooden-handled clay-cutting wire—with terrifying efficiency. She helps Sam to see her own shapeshifting ability as an asset and to resist their father’s mind control. After years of being shunned for who she is, Alex holds most people at arm’s length. But she comes to trust Magnus, and ultimately allows him to get closer to her than anyone has for a long time.

Tumblr media
Qwill is a resident of a place called Mooseville (400 miles north of everywhere), his past work history including being a crime reporter and writing news columns in many major cities, as well as an author to the book "City of Brotherly Crime". He had only recently become a millionaire (or billionaire) from a fluke of his family's friend leaving him as her sole heir upon her death. However, he had retained his thrifty tendencies and is reluctant to spend the money on himself.
Setting up what's called the Klingenschoen Foundation to distribute his wealth among the community, the town is ever improving and hails him as a local hero despite being previously an outsider. Now he's a column writer for the recent newspaper owned by his best friend Riker (whom in which was at the behest of Qwill) called the "Moose Country Something", posted two times a week and often always in need of a new story.
Koko, his ever extraordinary cat, is a well-known figure among the police force and Qwill's close friends. Digging into cases that stumps the police force, he had been able to solve many cases, some in which were thought to be closed years before, having Qwill follow the clues and leads Koko would reveal, all the while not showing more than catly whims. It is unclear to the poor human whether it's all just coincidences, or if the cat is smarter than he'd ever know.

» ACORNA -------"ACORNA THE UNICORN GIRL" BY (LATE) ANNE MCCAFFREY AND MARGARET BALL
Tumblr media
An alien girl found drifting in an escape pod in space as an infant, she was raised by three human asteroid miners, Gil, Rafik and Calum, who would all regard her at first a curiosity before coming to love her as a shared daughter. They would name her Acorna, partly because of the growing golden spiral of horn on her forehead as well as the quatrant of space they’ve found her, where they named mineral-bearing asteroids with the letter ‘A’. Her deformities were unique to humans; the horn, her cloven feet, furred legs as well as her four fingers that lacked a third joint were all part of what seemed to be her unique being.
In the very short years that her foster fathers were caring for her, she had been targetted by several various people for their own reasons. Scientists wanted to study her, doctors wanted to "fix" her deformities, and even Rafik's own uncle wanted to have her as part of his collection of rarities. But she had grown up far faster than anyone could imagine, including reaching her maturity at around a mere five years. Those that sought her out, only a few of them would want to have her on their side for the good of others.
This would lead her to meeting another very successful man by the name of Delszaki Li, who wanted her to be the center of the plan to eliminate child labor on his world Kezdet - this, in which, would ultimately be her true beginnings of her legacy that went beyond her mere strange appearance. After the cruel practice had finally broken up and freed the children to be taken to a new home that would help them learn to live a true life, Acorna found that she had truly made a difference. And she'd only want to continue to do so, even when the search for her people would be on everyone's minds.

» ELIZA THORNBERRY -------THE WILD THORNBERRIES
Tumblr media
Eliza is a young girl who has a family that travels the world, their quest to find animals for their parent's show "Nigel Thornberry's Wild Show", to share the wonders and facts about these amazing animals to the rest of the world. Elixa is the youngest sister, with her sister Debbie who's five years older. They are also accompanied by the wild child they named Donnie, and a chimpanzee that's named Darwin. This particular child had always ever known the comveee life of traveling and has extensive knowledge on animals thanks to her parents. In all definition, she's a nerd, right down to having braces and glasses.
But there is one secret that she has, one that she must keep to herself from other people if she wants to keep the power; the ability to talk to animals.
Making friends with animals had become a lot easier when one could understand them, and they in turn knows that there was one enthusiastic human that would listen to them. Sometimes, this power had brought more trouble than good; predators attempting to take advantage of her, involving the young girl in troubles that she'd be well over her head with.
There is only one other person that had come to know her secret (a struggle that had briefly rendered her without this power), and that's her big sister Debbie. The teen has always had trouble understanding her younger sister and her obsession with animals, not when she's struggling with wanting to be normal. But now? She sort of understood, especially when her sister had lost the power in order to save Debbie's life.

» LUCIFER MORNINGSTAR -------LUCIFER (NETFLIX SERIES)
Tumblr media
The Devil, Satan, Old Scratch, Lucifer is known by many names, all feared and hated by humanity (except for the better minded individuals who don't blindly follow his father's little book). Having been forced to rule Hell for countless millennium when his take-over for Heaven had failed, resulting him to be banished, he longed to break free of this forced imprisonment. And one day, it would bring him to Los Angeles, becoming the owner of his own nightclub that he named Lux. His closest friend, personal bodyguard and longtime servant, Mazikeen, would follow him out, devoted to the fallen angel though determined to return him to Hell one day... for his own good, as well as the good of keeping Hell in check. With excessive reluctance, she would cut off his wings when ordered to.
The last few years, he had made himself a reputation, all the while not even attemptin to hide who he was from the world. Most humans assumed that either he changed his name to 'Lucifer Morningstar' so as to make his club all the more interesting, or his parents were anti-Christ supporters, which in either case amused him. However, even while he parties hard and has certainly kept his bedroom skills regularly tested, Lucifer is and always has been a punisher. The wicked needs to be punished; this was perhaps one of the reasons he was sent to Hell, not just because he tried to overthrow his father.
Circumstances worked in his favor as, when one of those that made a deal with him long ago returned to thank him for all he's done for her had been shot and killed in a drive-by, it would eventually lead him directly in the path of one Detective Decker. Instantly intruiged by her and her ability to resist his ability of persuasion that had made almost every being except angels to reveal their deepest, darkest secrets, he'd also secure himself a spot as a 'civilian consultant', working with the police, though more specifically, with Chloe.

» RICHARD B. RIDDICK (RIDDICK) -------PITCH BLACK // THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK
Tumblr media
Riddick is a man of many skills, with a reputation that makes him a highly wanted criminal in all the universe, enough where the bounty on his head is within a million's worth. Yet he won't hide what he is, going so far as to introduce himself as 'escaped convict, murderer', just to keep people on their toes. He has no desire to get close to people; everyone he'd dare to care about often gets killed despite his best efforts, so he'll keep everyone at an arm's distance.
Born a Furian on the world Furya, his people would be massacred on whole by a Necromonger that was warned that a male Furian would be his downfall; Riddick has dim memories of the events, of being strangled with supposedly his mother's umbilical cords and left among the bodies. It's unclear who had found him and taken him off-planet to raise him, and he pushed those memories deep down where he had almost forgotten them until later on, when facing the very same Necromonger who became the leader of the Necromongers.
As soon as he was old enough, he joined the Company as a ranger, learning to pilot ships and to be a sweeper (those who worked in the tunnels to draw out hidden predators). He quickly earned his promotions to join the Strikeforce academy, learning to be an efficent soldier. But the more he worked for the Company as an enforcer, the more corruption he found, and had attempted to speak out against them with evidence to boost. Needless to say, the evidence was destroyed and he was sent off to prison called Deep Storage. This was where his criminal life began, and within the next few years, he escaped the prison and earned his first million credit bounty. He'd since then been on the run, dodging mercs and bounty hunters, oftentimes captured and sent to a prison only to escape it later. Riddick had killed enough people to earn the fear of one prison system that wouldn't want him in their system again.
At some point, he came to be hunted once again after hiding out on a world of literal ice and snow, learning that this bounty was put on his head by someone he thought he could trust. Events would follow that it was an attempt to get his attention and to recruit him into the struggle against the very people that had killed most of his own kind... one he had refused at first. That it wasn't his fight. Yet... fight he did, and while it was because of him that the Necromongers would be stopped by their very rule, "You keep what you kill", it came with a very heavy cost.
He was leader for a brief time with the Necromongers, but within the next few years, he'd disappear once again, leaving the throne for Vaako to take. No one knows why he left.
No one knows what this meant. Except, perhaps, that the hunt was on yet again for the bounty on his head that never went away. Just no one was foolish enough to attempt to take it until he was no longer surrounded by an army.

» RAVENPAW -------"WARRIORS" BY ERIN HUNTER
Tumblr media
As a kit born in ThunderClan, Ravenpaw had great ambitions to become just as amazing as a warrior like the older cats. Almost every kit would hope to be the greatest warrior, perhaps even become leader of the clan one day. When his sixth moon had come, making him old enough to become an apprentice and have his name changed from Ravenkit to Ravenpaw, he was given perhaps the most strongest warrior of the clan as his mentor, Tigerclaw. While the great warrior would push him hard in training, Ravenpaw had been honored to have someone like Tigerclaw. He strived as hard as he could to be the best apprentice he could be for the tom, aware that praises would be few and far between.
But the honor would change to horror when, during a skirmish with RiverClan over a patrol in trying to reclaim Sunning Rocks as part of ThunderClan's territory once again, Ravenpaw witnessed a terrible crime. Even though the deputy of the clan, Redtail, had managed to kill the deputy of RiverClan Oakheart, driving the rest of the RiverClan patrol away, Tigerclaw had ordered Ravenpaw to run back to their camp to get help. Sneaking back, just to make sure that his mentor and the deputy were okay, he'd watch as Tigerclaw would suddenly attack Redtail, killing him with no remorse.
Ravenpaw would come to live in terror ever since returning back to camp, unable to tell the clan what he had witnessed, barely managing to get out that Redtail was dead before collapsing. When he would come to, Tigerclaw had returned, dragging Redtail with him, and proclaiming that during the skirmish with RiverClan that Oakheart was the one to kill the ThunderClan deputy, and that Tigerclaw had been the one to kill Oakheart. Unable to tell the truth now that his mentor had established his story, Ravenpaw could only pretend that he was still oblivious like the rest of the clan... but there was no way to be certain that he was truly safe.

» MAPLESHADE -------"WARRIORS" BY ERIN HUNTER
Tumblr media
Mapleshade was once a loyal apprentice and a bold and skillful warrior of ThunderClan. It was believed by some that she would be leader one day. However, she made the tragic mistake of falling in love with a cat from RiverClan, named Appledusk. She kept this a secret by meeting him near the river, sneaking out at night with no cat noticing, but then one day she gave birth to his kits. The medicine cat Ravenwing eventually deduced that Appledusk was the father of Mapleshade's kits, which caused an uproar to ThunderClan and they banished Mapleshade and her kits from the Clan forever for betraying the warrior code. The former ThunderClan warrior had no choice but to cross the river along with her kits, but the swelled water swept them away. Mapleshade almost drowned trying to save them, but they were already gone even as a cat, Appledusk, had found her and dragged her to the other side. To her horror Appledusk blamed her for the accident. He wanted nothing more to do with Mapleshade, and RiverClan refused to let her stay, not even for just one night.
Alone now, from ThunderClan, RiverClan, and even Appledusk, the cat she loved most, Mapleshade had no choice but to live as a rogue. She felt a strong sense of hatred for RiverClan and ThunderClan, for the way they treated her. Her kits, too, were haunting her as spirits, crying out to her in wails without ever answering her. Deciding that this was a sign that she needed to take revenge, especially when a sympathizing apprentice who found her sick and had brought her herbs revealed some distressing news, the former warrior had sought out the three cats that had been the worst offenders - Ravenwing, the ThunderClan medicine cat that ousted her secret before its time, then afterwards Frecklewish, the ThunderClan warrior that could have helped her drowning kits but had chosen to do nothing, and finally Appledusk, for betraying her when she needed him most.
Ravenwing and Frecklewish had both been killed, catching the medicine cat at the Moonstone before killing her former friend the next day at Snackrocks with one of the adders trapped in the rocks. Capturing Appledusk’s apprentice Perchpaw to bring the RiverClan warrior to search for the young cat, she revealed herself and challenged him to a fight after accusing him for not saving their kits, which he said it was her fault, though he refused to fight initially. It was only when his pregnant RiverClan mate Reedshine came along and sent Mapleshade into a fury that he dodged into the she-cat’s claws when she attempted to kill Reedshine, killing him instead. His apprentice delivered a fatal bite to her neck, to which she would weaken and die even after fleeing the territory.
However... death was not the end for a vengeful spirit.

» FRANCIS -------FELIDAE
Tumblr media
Francis is a very smart and cultured cat, very different from many other cats. He's involved in many adventures, because of his uncontrollable curiosity and desire to solve cases of murder that affect the cats community. Differently from many cats, Francis exhibits an exceptional intuit and intelligence that bring him to solve complicated cases to reveal the killer (or killers). One of his main features is that Francis doesn't hold back from personally facing the killer and has pointed how a true detective should ever have "sharp claws".
Francis has a pessimist mentality with great tenacity and morality, condemning the actions of many of the killers he has to face. This makes him a very complex being. He often shows witty moments of hilarity even when facing danger.  Francis also has a complex view of right and wrong. He does not condone killing but will kill to save his own life. During investigations he often approaches to understand the mentality of the murderers and despite condemning their action, Francis often pities when a being is turned into a monster by human actions or the hardness of fate.
In addiction to his deductive investigative skills, Francis often receive help from mysterious dreams that provide direct and/or indirect clues to solve cases. The reason and the origin of these dreams are never clearly explained and remains a mystery for Francis himself.

Congratulations, Dean! You’ve been accepted as The Noble — Fitzgerald Bradford, with a face claim of Max Irons!
Anyone who knows me can tell you I’m always a sucker for the rich bitch boys, which is pretty much making Fitz my personal kryptonite. The overly inflated ego is one thing, but it takes on a new life when paired with the notion that there’s very much a secret out there that could pop his bubble, again, at any moment. I’m so excited to see how that charm and entitlement help him play with others in the club! Very much ready to fall in love with you both. Welcome to the team!
OUT OF CHARACTER
Name/Alias: Dean Pronouns: She/her Age: 21 Timezone & Activity: GMT, I’m fairly active, the only times where I can get quiet is when university work is heading towards deadlines which will be over after early May! Even then, I’m still around on the dash.
IN CHARACTER
Desired Skeleton: The Noble Name: Lord Fitzgerald Charles Orson ‘Fitz’ Bradford   FC: Max Irons Pronouns: He/Him Age: March 28th, 1880. 30 years old Occupation: A Lord
Lord is used as a generic term to denote members of the British peerage. Five ranks of peer exist in the United Kingdom: in descending order these are duke, marquess, earl, viscount, and baron. The appellation “Lord” is used most often by barons, who are rarely addressed by their formal and legal title of “Baron”.
How long has your character been around the Moulin Rouge?
Although Fitz hasn’t been in Paris for long, he’s managed to spend most of his time and a lot of money within the walls of the Moulin Rouge. The club’s allure and reputation was what lead him there first, the moment he caught word of beautiful things dancing around and women that could be his for a price, he knew it would be somewhere worth dwelling.
How did the fire impact your character?
Fitz was never sad about the fire, or those who lost those lives. Instead he found himself irritated that he’d lost his favourite night spot for six months. He’d had to spend time indulging in other parts of the city, going places where they wouldn’t welcome him just as much like a king as they had in the Moulin Rouge. If anything, the vacancy of the club was a knock to his ever so precious ego.
Biography:
Fitzgerald Charles Bradford was your typical high society boy. Brought up in Kensington, he was tailor fit for the lifestyle the future would bless him with. Of course, like most, it all started with his education. After finishing at Eaton college, Fitz went on to study Politics at The University of Oxford. It was there where he’d fell into just the right group, making friends with other blue-blooded gentlemen and aristocrats that would set him apart from those that would go on to nobility and those that would remain nothing more than rich private school boys. You see, Fitz had always been good at viewing the bigger picture, he knew he had been dealt a strong hand and with his own ambition he was able to navigate the situation in his favour.
After graduation, Fitz had created quite the reputation for himself and stir in the politics world. It was a matter of time before he would join a political party which lead him to be personally nominated by the Marquess of Salisbury for his own chair in The House of Lords. As word spread of the new, young and quite attractive, Lord of Islington, fame and popularity followed in pursuit. The media was crazed by Fitzgerald’s life and the coverage seemed to stay consistent when it was his name in the headlines that was selling the papers to bored housewives and aspiring young politicians. Not only had he gained the power of a Lord, but he’d won the people’s hearts. Fitzgerald Bradford was what some might call an inspiration and a true idol.
Fitz had everyone wrapped around his little finger, he played people like pawns and was selfish with his authority. It was only a matter before he would inevitably slip from his pedestal, it couldn’t have stayed that good forever after all, not with the media watching. Once the press caught word of the scandal, London’s golden boy turned into an abomination overnight. What made it all the more bitter was that Fitz had never seen it coming, being undermined by someone so close. Truth be told, he had been involved with another Lord’s wife for months, their affair was under lock and key and that’s exactly how he thought it would stay. Nothing more than a secret hidden from the public eye. But the Lady had other plans, the second Fitz declined any possibility of supporting her in a divorce and engaging in a marriage to him instead, she’d made the decision to ruin his reputation.
And that was exactly what had happened. The weeks that followed were unbearable, for a while it seemed like the whole of Great Britain was discussing the young Lord’s fall from grace. His profession had turned into a mockery, humiliated by the widespread story and unable to be taken seriously as a politician any longer. With his name completely diminished and pride tarnished, he was not longer treated as a Lord but instead a uncivilised child. Nothing would ever be the same for Fitz again, not in London at least. But that’s where he had found a loophole and did what anyone else would have done it his situation. Fitzgerald ran, he ran to a place he was confident hadn’t caught word of the English media. He ran to Paris.
It was an easy solution, a quick fix that would put him back at the top of the food chain. Fitz had already had another circle in France he could migrate into and owned property in central Paris. That combined with his trust fund meant he was basically set for life. He could forget about London, the scandal, everything, because in Paris he was still a noble. Fitzgerald was allowed to be the man he was born to be again, carrying out his fantasy even if it was built on delusion. Perhaps it was that which lead him to the Moulin Rouge that one fateful night. It was a place that promoted the concept of the dreamer, those walls were draped with luscious lies and facades of every other human that had come into contact with the club. There was nothing you couldn’t become, nothing you couldn’t have and for a Lord that had lost everything it became like a drug to him. Being called out within crowds for his British nobility and treated by the dancers and courtesans like a celebrity. It was a momentary return of power, and he was greedy for the attention he’d persuaded himself that he deserved. Fitz was convinced he had found the antidote to all his problems under one low lit roof, a sanctuary.
But he was never truly relaxed. The moments of ecstasy couldn’t conceal the fact that the man held mystery, a riddle that most were curious to solve. Fitz could never escape the anxiety of the scandal and the pressure the secrecy would weigh upon his shoulders. He had begun building a respectable name for himself as a gentleman in Paris and no one could ever find out that he was a living a lie. No one could ever find out that he was just a disgraced Lord who had ran from his country and his high responsibilities. The things someone could do with that information, what they could make Fitz do to keep it concealed from his new circle. It was only a matter of time, of course, before another Brit came to the Moulin Rouge and spilled his little secret. Fitzgerald was no gentleman, no, he was a creature of the underworld like all the rest of them.
Potential Plot Points:
Ego boosts- With his fall from grace, Fitz has got himself quite the busted ego. Because of this, he’ll always be in search of those who would be willing to praise him. Whether that be genuine, or for a certain price, he wouldn’t care. He’s desperately clinging to the person he once was, all he wants is to be that man again.
Stuck in his old ways- For a while, Fitz will remain in his old habits. Sleeping with any woman that throws a wink his way and caring little for the consequences. Of course, as his insecurities grow and trust diminishes he’ll start to build more of a mysterious facade. He’ll only indulging in those he has the utmost confidence in, in order for the past to never repeat itself.
Secret keeper- Keeping The Double Entendres secret reassures him even more in his power. Not only that, but it’s strangely settling that someone else is also hiding a part of themselves from the crowds and their inner circle. But he won’t be making her any promises, his mind works like politics after all and he isn’t past throwing someone else under the bus, especially if it meant keeping the spotlight away from his own reality.
Fall from grace- Just when it seems like he’s back in the limelight, that he’s regained his status and privileges, it will come out. The scandal that lead him here the first place. Be it the nature of travelling word or another Brit entering the Moulin Rouge, Paris too will know of Fitzgerald’s disgrace. He will learn that he can’t just run from his problems and be forced to confront his demons.
Down to earth- With the truth being out and him not going anywhere, he’ll learn that titles and wealth are not everything that should make a man happy. Fitz will begin to notice those around him from different financial backgrounds and how they shine with fulfilment despite their lack of money or authority. He’ll learn that life is more than numbers and blue-blooded societies and he’ll want to find out what that it.
Become a real gentleman- With his growth as a person who no longer bats an eye at his own or other’s status, his ability to be a true gentleman will also flourish. The way he treats others will develop from seeing them as below him to his piers and genuine friends. He’ll stop feeling so threatened that everyone must treat him as royalty and start seeing relationships from a new perspective.
Possible infatuation or sibling bond- To start caring about someone else more than he cares about himself would be his biggest accomplishment. Be it platonic or romantic, finding someone that he can put their needs before his own and help them in achieving their own goals and dreams will give him a new sense of a pride. Because he’ll have more than just himself to be proud of.
FREESTYLE
Myer-Briggs personality types: ENTP
The ENTP personality type is the ultimate devil’s advocate, thriving on the process of shredding arguments and beliefs and letting the ribbons drift in the wind for all to see. Unlike their more determined Judging (J) counterparts, ENTPs don’t do this because they are trying to achieve some deeper purpose or strategic goal, but for the simple reason that it’s fun. No one loves the process of mental sparring more than ENTPs, as it gives them a chance to exercise their effortlessly quick wit, broad accumulated knowledge base, and capacity for connecting disparate ideas to prove their points.
The Alignment System: Chaotic Neutral
A chaotic neutral character follows his whims. He is an individualist first and last. He values his own liberty but doesn’t strive to protect others’ freedom. He avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. A chaotic neutral character does not intentionally disrupt organisations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, he would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others) or evil (and a desire to make those different from himself suffer). A chaotic neutral character may be unpredictable, but his behaviour is not totally random. He is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it.
Star sign: Aries
Strengths: Courageous, determined, confident, enthusiastic, optimistic, honest, passionate
Weaknesses: Impatient, moody, short-tempered, impulsive, aggressive
Aries likes: Comfortable clothes, taking on leadership roles, physical challenges, individual sports
Aries dislikes: Inactivity, delays, work that does not use one’s talents
As the first sign in the zodiac, the presence of Aries always marks the beginning of something energetic and turbulent. They are continuously looking for dynamic, speed and competition, always being the first in everything - from work to social gatherings. Thanks to its ruling planet Mars and the fact it belongs to the element of Fire, Aries is one of the most active zodiac signs. It is in their nature to take action, sometimes before they think about it well.
Archetypes:
48% Royal
When the Royal walks into a room, they command attention. They are the one in charge, and they enjoy reaping the rewards of their hard work.
26% Rebel
The Rebel is comfortable throwing caution to the wind—and bucking the system—if that means getting their point across
26% Performer
Taking center stage comes naturally to the Performer, whether at the water cooler or in front of an audience. They are magnetic and know how to inspire.
Traits:
+ Charming: there was no effort or thought put behind it. Fitz was a natural charmer, bewitching most of those around him. Be it his witty temperament or sleek appearance, the man was seamlessly refined. He’d learned quickly that he could get almost anything his heart desired with an enchanting smile and smooth words. It was like an alter-ego, an intoxicating version of himself that he could so easily slip into and enhance at will.
+ Persuasive: He knew the game well, every sentence designed with killer disposition. Fitz was a tactical thinker, strategizing his every move so that the cards would play out in his own favour. He had a talent for making anything sound appealing, it was not just a talent but an art to him. It was all part of politics, without a persuasive tongue, he wouldn’t get far.
+ Adaptable: It was his intellect that had made him good at adapting to any situation. He was never the fish out of the water, floundering simply wasn’t in his vocabulary or an option. In many ways, it made him a chameleon, how easily he could establish himself with such ease.
- Promiscuous: as any young bachelor, loyalty in such a sense was a manner in which he lacked. He was flirtatiously alluring, toying with broken hearts and he generally regards the women he seduces with little more than contempt. A romance wasn’t anything he’d ever been intrigued by. It seemed trivial to him, a gimmick that he solely had never sought to find.
- Ingenuine: Fitz was a liar, a con-artist disguised in pressed suits and designer shoes. He was a riddle that no mundane person was able to crack. He likes it that way, he doesn’t like the thought of being a person that’s easy to read. Fitz doesn’t want to be the guy that you can see what his next move is going to be, he takes pride in his spontaneity, he likes to keep people confused.

As a teenager she apprenticed under a band of thieves, learning how to pick locks pickpocket and even infiltrate houses undetected. The gold she earned as a thief allowed her to study other crafts as well, Like blacksmithing and Jewelry making. The thieves even teach her how to invest gold into legitimate businesses as fronts for criminal activity. This carried on even in Skyrim where she is responsible for the creation of three whole towns. (Heljarchen, Lakeview & Windsted) Building these towns as a kennel of sorts for her and her Vampire minions have a plentiful supply of blood.

┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
A self-taught prodigy who learns through practice and trial and error she didn't have formal schooling in magic tell well after she migrated to Skyrim where she joined the mages college briefly. On a later trip to Solstheim, she studied under Master Neloth of house Talvanni. A prodigy by nature all she ever needed to learn new spells was a tome and some practice. A master of destruction magic she is also gifted in conjuration and enchantment. The illusion school is the only school she was in trouble with.
Over time She has created her own spells like the atronach weapons and The Chaos Cloak. After a incident with haunted mannequins that she refuses to talk about, she was inspired to create Armored Combat Mannequins powered by black soul gems. Designed to stand guard as unassuming suits of armor and then attack with the relentlessness of a feral beast.
┏◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┓
Powers
┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
As a Dark elf, she is resistant to fire, especially for a vampire. She can transform into a Vampire lord but after 50 years can use all of its powers without transforming, but at reduced potency. Her vampire power has grown so strong she can tap into the realm of Moleg-bal (With his blessing) and use the Flames of Coldharbour. However, her vampire powers require her to feed on blood regularly to maintain. When she does transform all vampire powers are magnified 100 in addition to now able to use her dragon shouts.
┏◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┓
Combat Capabilities
┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
A Trained sword fighter from years fighting off reavers in Morrowind and bandits in Skyrim she able to handle melee combat with ease. Her style consists of using destruction magic as a distraction and crowd control, attacking with the sword while they are vulnerable. She also capable of using stealth to kill opponents before they even become a threat.
┏◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┓
Guilds/Affiliations
┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
╔═══════ ≪ °❈° ≫ ═══════╗
"Skyrim belongs to me!"
╚═══════ ≪ °❈° ≫ ═══════╝
Because of her early life as a thief, she thrived in the Skyrim chapter of the Thieves Guild. Eventually becoming the Guild master ruling the criminal underworld. after some time she retired after some time to hide the fact she docent age anymore. Using her vampire clan to enthrall them into her continued service.
She briefly studied at the mages college and became the Arch-Mage before stepping down and placing a thrall as her successor. She makes a habit of placing her thralls in positions of power in major factions as figureheads so she can control them in the shadows.
The only connections that she genuinely cares for are her children, her son Blaise and daughter Lucia, And her Vampire clan. Lucia even willingly joining her mother as a vampire when she grew up. Blaise retained his humanity and wised to live as a man. By not wanting to force her gift on her child allowed him to stay human, telling him how proud she is of him. She even expresses a desire of meeting her adult Grandson Leon and welcoming him into her clan in his father's place.
┏◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┓
Religion
┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
After the death of her family, she resented the gods and turned her back on the Dunmer pantheon.
After she became a vampire latter in life she changed her mind when it came to the Daedric Prince Molag Bal, when her Dragonborn drive for power and domination complemented his. Even going as far an offering herself to him to become as pure of a vampire as she can get, despite already being a vampire lord. Technically Making her a Daughter of Coldharbour.
┏◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┓
Personality
┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
Because of her upbringing, she depends on nobody but herself and will often refuse help from others, even considering help from others to be an insult. Because of this, she has high standards for her own abilities and never settles for anything but perfection from herself.
She is a vain narcissist by nature and treats her own beauty as if it a treasure in of itself. She also is extremely selfish putting her needs above others with few exceptions. Her selfish nature doesn't mean she isn't without compassion, as she has adopted two orphaned children off the streets and gave them better lives then she did growing up. The fact they are Breton and Nord meant nothing to her and she proudly called them her Children. Even 50 years later She has an especially close relationship with her son Blaise Pederthi in spite of him refusing to let her turn him into a vampire. And even wishes to dote on and spoil her grandson Leon whom she adores. She eventually gave her son ownership of the town of Lakeview and left knowing people will catch on to her lack of aging.
In the public eye, she is a legendary hero who saved the world. But in reality, it is opportunistic ruthless and amoral. The only real reason she saved the world from Alduin and Miraak was her own self-interests. She is willing to do whatever it takes to get whatever she wants. Being a Dragonborn makes her naturally have an insatiable desire more power and domination over anyone weaker then her.
She also has strong hedonistic tendencies, often over indulging in any form of pleasure she can. Known to seduce mortals of any race or gender on a whim and killing them after they sleep with her.

Backstory
┗◈━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◈┛
Childhood: Born into a poor family the oldest of three she and her sibling would sometimes go without food. then illness killed her parents and her brother and sister not long after. She would have died herself if not for a travailing healer who cured the survivors but was too late to save her family. Sometime after she was homeless and alone with only the rags on her back and a book on destruction magic to her name. Cursing the gods for why she had to suffer. Two thieves found her one day in a market district stealing an apple and half-starved and took her in.
Teenage years: She spent her teenage years learning everything the thieves could teach them and become an accomplished thief herself while still learning Magic and picking up blacksmithing to make counterfeit jewelry. (Developing her fondness for jewelry in the process)
Adulthood: She migrated to Skyrim illegally after her criminal activity in Morrowind caught up to her and had the luck of getting caught in a Stormclock ambush. After the timely attack of Alduin she was able to escape with her life but once again homeless and without a single septum to her name. She quickly joined the local thieves guild to start her search for wealth all over again. Sometime after she adopted two orphans and became even more obsessed with wealth and power. After joining the Dawnguard, she came across a mysterious woman named Serana who asked her to take her home. Thinking there might be a reward in it escorted her to Castle Volkihar. Serana's father Harkon offered to turn her into a vampire and she jumped at the chance for more power, betraying the Dawnguard without a second thought.
Present: 50 Years after killing Alduin, Meraak and Harkon she rules Skyrim from the shadows with the world believing her gone and celebrated as a hero. Her grandson Leon returns home from serving the empire unknown to him he is going to meet his Grandma.

BIOGRAPHY
The Lord of Godsgrace was born in the dead of night as a full moon bathed the Allyrion’s magnificent castle in silver light. His arrival was met with both elation and relief that an heir had come safely into the world. However, there was also trepidation that like his two older siblings, baby Adrian would not survive the cradle.
Much to the relief of the people of Godsgrace, he did survive, but Adrian would go on to wonder whether or not that was a good thing. He is the son of Hugo and Loreza, neither of whom can truthfully say they deserved to be parents. Hugo was a brute of a man, in a constant state of anger, ready to find fault and offence in everything, a skilled liar, and wretched to his very core. When it came to family, specifically Adrian, Hugo preferred to communicate through his fists instead of his words. Loreza never physically hurt her son, but she never lifted a finger to protect him and to Adrian that was just as bad. His mother is a spineless woman who stuck her head in the sand whenever trouble started to brew. She was too concerned with lavish imports from Essos to care about the mysterious bruises on her child, least of all try and protect him.
Apart from his brutishness, Hugo was also a revered and respected army commander. He had lead forces against the Stormlands in numerous clashes, and was generally well liked throughout the rest of Dorne. Not only did it infuriate Adrian, it made it all but impossible to tell someone about his father’s cruelty. Hugo was thought to be a good man, a bit gruff perhaps but not to the point he would strike a child, surely? And even if he did, who was to say people would care? After all, it wasn’t unheard of for a rambunctious young lad to receive a clout across the back of his head as a warning to watch his manners.
Adrian spent the vast majority of his childhood in fear, or desperately trying to find a way to please his father with either his intellect or martial prowess. When that inevitably didn’t work the boy resorted to merely avoiding him whenever possible. Hugo’s rage was as endless as it was terrible and Adrian learned quickly that it couldn’t be prevented or avoided for long. Eventually he learned to shut up, take the hits, and hope no lasting marks were left.
When it was finally time for Adrian to be fostered somewhere, the prospect came as a double edged sword. On one hand it meant escaping Hugo’s abuse for a few years, which filled him with more happiness than he had ever felt before. On the other hand it meant leaving his little sister Dyanna alone with their father with no buffer or protection. Since the day she was born Adrian had sworn to protect her like no one had ever protected him. He suffered Hugo’s beatings readily and without complaint because if he was focused on Adrian, it meant Dyanna would be left alone. But no matter how much he pleaded to stay, an agreement had been made with the Prince of Dorne to take the Allyrion boy on as a squire. An arrangement like that couldn’t be broken lest it be seen as an insult, so he packed up his things and set off for Sunspear.
Whilst in the capital training and growing under the guidance of the Prince, Adrian was finally shown the consideration and appreciation he had never gotten from his own father. It made the boy’s loyalty to House Martell ironclad, but it also made him bitter and resentful of the hand he had been dealt in life. Desperate for an outlet, Adrian turned to the training yards to indulge the violent and angry urges that bubbled within him. He often spent all day in the yard clashing swords with another squire, firing arrows into targets, and learning how to wield a spear stopping only to eat and sleep. Adrian’s dogged determination and intense dedication ended up earning him a reputation as one of the most formidable opponents around western Dorne. When he wasn’t training, the young lord paid as many visits home as he was allowed. Adrian was plagued with worry that Dyanna was in danger.
When he was twelve, Adrian met the girl who would go on to become his wife while they both played in the Water Gardens. It was during one of the lowest points of his childhood and Taliya appeared like a breath of fresh air. She showed him kindness and gentleness, two things that had been sorely missing from his life. It wouldn’t be the last time they met, given that they were both members of powerful Dornish families and would occasionally attend the same tourneys and feasts.
At the age of sixteen whilst still in Sunspear, Adrian received a tear-stained and messily written letter from Dyanna detailing his worst fear. Their father had struck her leaving the girl with a broken nose. Adrian’s memories of the hours after receiving word are hazy and red with fury. He does remember leaving Sunspear immediately without an explanation to anyone, and riding home. It was the afternoon when Adrian got back to Godsgrace, and he spent the rest of the day comforting Dyanna and stewing in his rage. The sight of his sister’s blackened eyes and crooked nose sealed his decision to end their misery once and for all. He was practically a man grown then, just as tall as Hugo and almost as strong, the time for cowering had come to an end.
That night while the castle slept, Adrian summoned the very worst parts of himself. He let sixteen years worth of pain, anger, resentment, and misery consume him as he made his way towards his father’s chambers. Adrian wanted Hugo to suffer. He wanted Hugo to met a painful and humiliating end. He wanted him to suffer even a fraction of the amount he had made his son suffer. But the boy knew it had to be done quickly and quietly, without anyone else finding out. In the end, Adrian sat on Hugo’s chest and held a pillow over his face until the old man stopped struggling and went limp.
One would think that after murdering his own father that the boy would feel dirty or ashamed or guilty, but as Adrian snuck back to his room after the deed was done, the only thing he felt was free.
With no evidence of foul play, the Maester ruled Hugo’s death as failure of the heart and at sixteen years old Adrian became the new lord of Godsgrace.
At nineteen, he proposed marriage to his wife and the married a little less than a year later. He is deeply in love with her, and completely devoted to their family of six. His wife truly is the light of his life, and keeps the darkness of his past at bay.
