Opinion on optiratch?

I think it says a lot about me that I’m fine with the careful and calculated gore, the careful cut of skin with a scalpel.

But flinch at the violent sawing of bone and ripping of muscle and viscera. After all, can you see what you wish to see clearly without butterfly-ing a rib cage? And do you expect that with a cut of a scalpel? What about the sinew? The thin but strong muscle fibres? Do they not require a bit of sawing of the knife to get through?
