So quick shout out to me im cutting down rn and i am down from 100kg to 94kg in 5 weeks and really happy with how things are starting to shape up.

I have another 14 weeks of dieting to drop another 10kg to get to where i want to be but the process is good and easy, doing what i love, eating in moderation and things are bueno. Most importantly ive not lost any strength yet 🤣

so smol update and I finally found a doctor that fucking listens to me and believes me about my pain. We tested for some autoimmune stuff, but it seems likely that I have EDS, specifically hEDS after the results of those tests and I just feel so fucking seen and validated for once. She was the doctor recommended by my obgyn (best doctor I've ever had) and omfg yes. I just feel really happy and seen. Like finally. They didn't just fucking focus on my weight and exercise. They finally listened about the pain I've experienced that ha slowly worsened all my life and really worsened in the past 5ish years.

That one appointment had me crying in relief a d joy. Also turns out my endo DID diagnose me with hyperthyroidism. Fucking news to me cause she kinda went "I dont really get why your numbers change so much, but as long as you're normal, whatever." And then proceeded to push Keto to help with being prediabetic (even tho my numbers were coming down without it) and focused more on my diet and got super shamey. So I was technically diagnosed with hyperthyroidism this entire time and didn't fucking know cause I remember she said she wouldn't diagnose that since everything went back to normal. Every single day, I get happier that I stopped seeing that endocrinologist. Like coming out of an appointment self hating, wanting an ED relapse, and crying and hiding in bed was not normal.

But anyway. I'm also gonna get in with a mental health professional also recommended by my obgyn to monitor my anxiety meds and all. I haven't had proper doctors in a few years now so it's kinda nice and after the last doctor rec turned out to be so helpful, I def trust this one. My obgyn is seriously the best doctor I've had in my entire life. I'm happy I'm actually getting some answers and some help. I just wanted to celebrate that. Cause I feel so fucking vindicated and actually fucking seen.
