I have absolutely no idea who thr Altea/Helena/MC thing are but I would read another 5000 comics on their relationship. Such fascinating interplay, it's delightful.
You are so sweet! They are from a mobile dating sim/visual novel series called "Love and Legends" that used to be on the Lovestruck app (which has been been officially taken down now).
However, if you'd like to know more about the characters, a lot of hardworking preservationists have recorded the original game in Youtube playlists!
Here is the Altea Bellerose route!
Here is the Helena Klein route!
My comics take place in an AU where you can date both of them at the same time, because I hate having to choose between two very different but very interesting ladies. They also have a very fun chemistry with each other (rivals to lovers!?) which makes the OT3 even more compelling for me.

It’s a ride that Chibs doesn’t want to take with because he knows exactly where it ends. The route is one that he knows well from their time together. A secluded clearing in the woodlands on the outskirts of Charming. They’ve fucked there before when they wanted to keep things off the radar.
Altea and him, they’re toxic, they always have been. He would never admit it, but she had beaten him down, eroded his self-worth. She played mind games, and, in the end, it had gotten violent for both of them. He’d called time after that. Chibs knows what’s about to happen, he knows what Althea wants from him.

Hello, I hope you don't mind but I have two pieces of feedback, one is small and the other slightly more work (sorry). The small stuff was some minor grammar errors in Helena s4e2/3. First was a full stop instead of a comma for the line "I wonder if I know more. see more,[…]" The other was for "More of wingwoman, Have fun." Either "Have" doesn't need the capital or the comma before just needs to be a fullstop. And that's it! Though it made me realise something else about the dialogue boxes.
So in the game every piece of text shown in a dialogue box starts with a capital letter, however there are times where the dialogue shown ends in a comma and continues on in a new dialogue box but will still gets given a capital. An example from Helena s1e2: "Her head ducks down, hands searching underneath the frame of the bed itself,""And I manage to ward off how flustered I am when Helena pulls out a small metal chest." I imagine it's probably due to the word processor your script is in automatically capitalising every new line as it's not able to tell that some of those lines follow on from the previous ones. I don't know if it's worth going back to fix as its taken me a month to notice it myself but I figured it was worth mentioning all the same.
Again, I hope you don't mind me bringing this up, I'm very appreciative of all the time you're putting into this remake and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. Hope you have a nice week!
First of all, thank you for pointing out these grammar errors you found in Helena S4 Ep2! I'll try to get this fixed in the next update.
As for the issue you mentioned with some lines of dialogue ending in a comma and the next line starting with a capital, this was normal with Helena Season 1, at least based on the recordings I have, but I kind of see where you're coming from with this especially with most of the L&L routes having this design choice with the game dialogue.
I did make some minor changes with the dialogue/text in Altea Season 1 so that every line of dialogue starts with a capital letter as a personal design choice, but this is something I need to get more feedback on with the community to see how people feels about this change.

My ranking of the Lovestruck series
As a quick disclaimer this is just my personal opinion. I loved all of the series except for one. So this is really just a ranking of which ones I liked more than the others.
#5
Tumblr media
This series will always hold a special place in my heart, because it was the first one I read after downloading Lovestruck. The whole reason I downloaded the app was because of Love and Legends. I remember I was on Instagram and I saw an advertisement for Helena’s story prompting me to download the app. The ad had this CGI;
Tumblr media
then it prompted me to download the app to read the story. At the time I was still closeted and I was looking for some queer media that I could stealthily consume, without my family and friends noticing. When I saw the ad for this app, paired with the picture I decided to download it. This series was one of the first things that helped me in my coming out journey, and it will always hold a special place in my heart because of that.
Despite the fact that it was an ad for Helena that prompted me to download Lovestruck, Altea was the first route that I read. I LOVED her story and then once I was done with her route, I went back and read Helena’s route. After that, Helena became my number one favorite and she stayed that way until I read JD’s route.

Question for Iseul and Saerys: what are your thoughts on your enemies getting their own routes?
Tumblr media
(The ask flutters down before them in the form of a note.)
Tumblr media
(Saerys jumps back, horrified by the sudden appearance of the paper.)
SAERYS: What is that?!
Tumblr media
ALTEA: Where did it come from, more importantly?
HELENA: Be careful, it could be dangerous... Shall I try and-?
Tumblr media
OMNISCENT VOICE: Fuck no you should not, I won't have you destroying the first ask this blog got! Just answer it! Talk to the air, I promise the person will hear.
Tumblr media
SAERYS: That is very strange, you know. But, fine...
Tumblr media
(They read the note. Everyone else looks to Iseul and Saerys for their answer)
Tumblr media
SAERYS: In my case, to see Lennox with his own... Route, as you put it, was... An experience. What we have is incomplete, however I am already able to see that in this tale, Lennox has changed for the better due to the love of... I believe she is referred to as 'Colette' in the version you would all have access to?
Tumblr media
SAERYS: However, to imagine this story with the Lennox of my world is... Difficult. I have been pretending that it is someone else who shares his name.
Tumblr media
ALTEA: Is that why you have read through it three times already?
SAERYS: I-! You did not need to tell them that part!
ALTEA: You clearly had no intentions to!
Tumblr media
ISEUL: In my case, I care more for the story than the participants. I demand we receive Jinhai's next part, before my hair falls out from stress! How DARE we be left with such a cliffhanger?!

I thought about it more in depth and I think I understand now why 3H feels odd in how many routes shaft X # of Lords yet the plot accepts it as fine. In looking at previous FE games, there was always a set Lord but also leaders from other nations. Over the plot, they come together to work towards a shared goal of stopping the red emperor archetype + the evil cult/big bad. Think how Eirika and Ephraim join with Innes, Tana, Joshua and La'Rachel. Leaders of different nations come together (1)
Think about how Seliph joins with people from all over Jugdral to defeat Arvis, Manfroy and Julius. Think how Minerva clashed with her own brother to join Marth to seek peace for the continent. In Elibe, people of all nations come together too. This same process happens in almost every FE game. However, 3H is a weird exception. You can recruit Lions, Eagles and Deer but the main Lords are route locked and thus barely work together. Even tho they should in AM, VW and SS, since common enemy (2) The fact that chapter 19 of AM when Dimitri saved Claude and Derdriu is the ONLY example of 2 Lords actually working together directly in any route of 3H feels odd. Because why couldn't they just join their forces immediately once the time skip starts to give both armies the best chance of defeating the Empire? They already work with the church anyway; why not combine to form a 3 part army of Kingdom, Alliance and church? It just feels so contrived to keep them apart vs making them allies (3)
I'm just going to blindly trust you about the Altea and Elibe stuff, but even in Radiant Dawn (current FE game rotting my brain) it's a whole thing that the Laguz Alliance has now formed (leaders of their own tribes coming together for the sake of beating a mutual enemy). Based on what you're saying, it's not novel that factions work together as one unit. At all.
To your point: The Kingdom and Alliance have complementary resources; Leicester with agriculture and Faerghus with military, while both lack in what the other has. They are quite literally primed to work together, and both have canonically bitchy checkpoints between themselves and the Empire: Myrddin and Arianrhod. An alliance with the Kingdom would make it easier to defend Myrddin instead of allowing Gloucester to declare loyalty to the Empire to keep Leicester from being trampled. Add the church's forces (who seem to be willing to throw their weight behind anyone willing to search for Rhea, which Claude canonically does), and you have a pretty solid military to keep the Empire from somehow managing to make a fool of Leicester. If you throw in a partnership with the church you even get Garreg Mach as a middle point instead of Ailell.
Anyway. In my eyes, the reason they maintain such firm distinctions between the factions is because there's supposed to be friction between the fans that choose one over the rest. I really, sincerely hope that FE gets past this phase of creating different routes under the illusion of replayability (because . . . uh, White Clouds four times, or three if you were smart before The Choice in BE-WC, is not that great) and in the name of creating division, and thus engagement, amongst the fans, because it's . . . sigh. It's illogical, that people getting trampled to hell by the Empire would not ally against that Empire when they have the luxury of doing so. We literally got so close to it too, in The Golden Deer's Plea.

I was thinking about it and I think the reason Voltage's USA branch went bankrupt is that there was literally no reason to be a pay-to-play user. Tickets would refresh every two hours (though only one at a time and you could only have up to two free tickets that way, it was still doable unless you were just massively impatient) so there was no reason to buy them, and hearts weren't really necessary for gameplay unless you just wanted to collect all the CGs (and, iirc, the later stories didn't even have any - legit ANY - CGs locked behind heart choices, so there was basically 0 reason to use them). Literally I think the only thing that would change if you used a lot of hearts was the ending card you’d get - I remember using no hearts on Alain’s route (Love & Legends) and I just got ‘The End’ on his route, but with Altea (the same) I got some flowery “And So The Legends Say, Love Will Always Find A Way” because I farmed endlessly for hearts for her (Still didn’t spend money tho, I’m broke lol) and like... A different ending card is NOT exactly worth the money and/or time you’d have to spend on the hearts to get there, lol.
Meanwhile, the Japanese counterpart to Lovestruck, Love 365, gives you incentive to want to buy things in the app (heart points/coins don't refresh and the only way to get them for free is giveaways or the daily wheel spin thing, which usually only gives like 5 coins when you need 800 for a single episode) so like... Whoever was running Lovestruck I guess didn’t have good business sense????
...Then again I also don’t wanna play Love 365 because they ask for TOO MUCH money. Is there no happy medium here, guys??????

Poison
Contains angst and a dying Blade. The ending is ambiguous.
Keith doesn’t even know the name of the Galra resistance leader who poisoned him. All he remembers is a grating voice telling him about a slow-acting poison running through his veins.
“Don’t worry, I have the antidote, but you’ll have to earn it.” The asshole laughs. “I’m going to let you escape, and I want you to lead your team back here. Once I’ve finished with them, you’ll get the antidote. You have three cycles. Deal?”
The Blade doesn’t even hesitate. “Deal.”
He ends up in a broken single-person flier at the nearest coalition base with coordinates he’s supposed to share with the rest of the paladins. Instead, they get on a video call, and he’s up-front about the whole ordeal. He knows he can’t avoid discussing the consequences, but in his mind, protecting the team comes first.
“It’s an ambush, nothing else. The leaders aren’t even there.” He can see Kolivan in the background, muttering to himself.
“And they let you escape?” Lance asks because of course he does.
“They said they gave me something.” Keith doesn’t elaborate. “It doesn’t matter. What does is that my ship came from their actual base. Its flight plans and navigation are scrambled to hell and back, but maybe Pidge can do something with them.”
“Already on my way,” says the bright-eyed engineer, “and I can tinker with it remotely while en route.”
“Gave you something?” Shiro asks slowly.
At this moment, the admiral is aboard the Atlas and parked somewhere around Earth. He’s ferrying Allura and Lance back to New Altea, and it’s almost time for their scheduled departure. Keith doesn’t exactly relish the upcoming conversation, but he doesn’t dwell on it either.
“He claimed it was deadly but slow. All I know.” The Blade nods to the door. “Medics took a blood sample in case they can figure out what it is.”
“And if they don’t?”
Keith shrugs. “Something, something honor. They will. Or I might get lucky. Or not. Regardless, none of you are stepping into a fucking trap setup by literal madmen on my behalf.”
---
Kolivan pings him privately about a debriefing. If his lifespan will be counted in hours, possibly complete with mental decline, they need to get as much information out of his head as physically possible in the meantime. He’s not relishing this part, either.
He shakes his head. “I need to talk to Kolivan. I know this is hard.” Keith takes the tone of a leader, the one he fucking hates. “I will speak with all of you later, I’m sure.”
He’s not looking forward to the friendly interrogation he’s about to walk into, but there’s just no time. It’s all necessary for the Blades to figure out the next steps. Kolivan’s on the other line, ready to grill him for as long as he breathes, presumably, so they can take down another separationist cell.
But all Keith wants is Shiro’s comforting warmth in his arms, and he can’t have that across the space of the universe.
Later, after the debriefing is done, Keith calls Shiro directly and asks for a private connection. He doesn’t know what to say, but silence doesn’t appear to be an option. Not when he has a dozen unread messages, and more missed calls than he dares to think about it.
He’s also married to this man, and he can’t avoid his husband for long.
“Keith!” It’s a bellow, and maybe he deserves that. “What the actual fuck?”
“Sorry.”
“I love you, Atlas and I are on our way, so you… better be there when we land.” Shiro’s expression is caught somewhere between righteous anger and endless fear. “Stars above, what happened?”
Keith doesn’t think Shiro wants another mission debrief. “I don’t know. I was careful, followed the protocol to the letter, it was supposed to be a diplomatic engagement. Blades don’t fuck up like this.”
“Shit, baby, I know. I know you. You’re not careless, and you don’t miss red flags.”
“Yeah, so…”
“Do you think they were telling the truth?”
Keith nods hesitantly and chews on his lip. “They injected me with something. I heard them whispering something about how they’ve seen this shit fuck up Galra twice the size. So, probably.”
“Fuck.” Shiro paces his living quarters like a lion trapped in a cage.
“Shiro…” Keith’s voice comes out soft and the words catch on his tongue. “I love you. I always have and always will. If I don’t get to say it again.”
“Don’t! Please, Keith.”
Keith can’t promise not to die, not when he didn’t set the timetable. The Blade feels tears burning in the corners of his eyes. He’s hollow inside like reality hasn’t quite settled in. He knows he’s dying, and understands rationally that his body is sick, but emotionally he’s still catching up.
“I miss you.”
“We’ll be there in just under three cycles.”
Neither of them mentions that it will be too late, that the cold equations of space travel and living bodies don’t lie.
“I’ll see you when you get here,” Keith offers, thinking that perhaps pretending for another five minutes that everything is fine is good enough.
Shiro looks downright horrified. “No. Keith, not, that’s not what I meant. I would rather talk to you for as long as have than sit here. I just…” He sobs. “I’ve known a lot of helplessness in life, and none of it felt like this.”
“I wish you were here.”
“What about the space wolf?”
“He’s with mom on a rescue mission, and they’re still trying to get ahold of them. On account of… you know.”
“Are you OK? Do you feel sick?” Shiro asks.
“Not yet, at least not any worse than when I got here.” That was already a flavor of awful, bruised, battered, and dehydrated.
“You should lie down. Rest. Shower. Take care of yourself.”
Keith is definitely looking forward to all of those. They’ve assigned him a room with a private restroom, small mercy that, and he plans on not letting it go to waste. “You, too.”
“Just don’t hang up, OK?”
Keith looks down at what remains of his tattered uniform and starts stripping out of it. Shiro has seen him naked plenty before, and the new bruises are what they are.
“Yeah, OK. Of course. I’m here. How was the peace accord renewal whatever it was?”
Shiro laughs through his tears, and it’s dark and agonizing. “More bullshit in one day than I usually see in months. I’m surprised Lance didn’t punch anyone given how the ambassadors behaved around his wife.”
Keith shakes his head in sympathy. “Thank goodness it’s over then.”
“For all involved,” his husband agrees. “Are you… going to say goodbye to the others?”
“I feel like I kind of should, you know?”
“You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to, Keith.”
“I know.” He takes his PADD to the bathroom with him and starts the shower running. “But… closure will help them more than it’s going to help me, and I want that for them.”
“Don’t you dare say goodbye to me!”
Keith smiles and closes his eyes. “It’s going to be all right, Shiro. No matter what happens, you’re going to be all right. I know it.”
“Not without you,” Shiro mutters as his husband steps into the shower and shudders with pain.
Keith sleeps fitfully for a few hours and wakes in pain. It’s a new, dull ache that covers his whole body in a way no bruise ever has — the poison, if he has to guess. His mind feels like he’s swimming through a fog, and it takes a few minutes to get his bearings.
Still at the Coalition base, still safe, still… alive.
Shiro’s already calling him like he knows Keith is awake. “How’re you feeling?” are the first words out of his mouth.
Keith hunts his nightstand for a bottle of water. “Not great.”
“You look like you didn’t get any sleep.”
“I think I dozed. Bad dreams.” Keith drinks water and sighs. He feels fatigued despite the nap, his limbs heavy. “How’d you know I was awake?”
“I might’ve called in a favor to get access to your vitals.”
“Nice use of expensive technology.”
“Shut up. You should go to medical if you’re not feeling well.”
“And do what? Everything hurts. Them handing me pain meds won’t solve the problem, and my head already feels like cotton candy.” He shrugs and lies back down. “Talking to you is nicer.”
"Keith, let them help."
"If they can find an antidote, I'm sure I'll be the first to know. Have you slept?"
Keith's husband doesn't lie. "No. Just sitting here, thinking about you. About our wedding. Remember Kosmo nearly eating the damn wedding rings?"
"Far too well. 'Bad wolf,' never sounded more appropriate."
"And then the honeymoon. I didn't think the Garrison would let us leave for long enough to actually enjoy it."
The Blade chuckles. "I still don't know what Pidge told them to get them off our backs. I'm glad she did. I think those were the best two weeks of my life."
Tears stream down Shiro's face and Keith wishes nothing more than he could hold the man he loves, could wipe those tears away. They'd gone camping together, drove across a country, marveled at the night sky in each other's arms. Keith only wishes for more time, more chances to make happy memories. He looks down at the wedding ring, dangling on a chain around his neck alongside his dog tags.
He hopes both make it to Shiro if he doesn't.
"I love you," he says into the silence. "You were like a brother to me, when I was a kid and desperately needed someone in my corner. And then you were an unwavering friend, a leader. I don't think we would have survived the war without you. But most of all, I treasure your love. I don't know where I'd be without it, without you."
"Keith... I... More than anything in the world, in the universe. I love you, too."
"I'm tired," Keith admits, eyes fluttering closed.
Rest easy," Shiro prompts him just as another call comes in and a familiar face appears on the screen.
---
Later, while Keith is once again dozing, Shiro is plotting a painful demise for the ones responsible. He will find them and end them in ways that the galaxy is unlikely to ever forget.
And if he has his way, Shiro will do it with his husband by his side.

Helpless
The premise is that an enemy captures Keith, injects him with a slow-acting poison, and tells him he’ll get the antidote if he lures the paladins into a trap. Instead, Keith goes back and warns them, at the potential cost of his own life.
And has a heartbreaking conversation with his husband.
This is not a fluffy snippet. Please don’t read this unless you want dark and somewhat despairing. It’s also incomplete because I hurt myself writing it.
It's now complete (as best as I can manage) and it broke my heart.
Keith doesn’t even know the name of the Galra resistance leader who poisoned him. All he remembers is a grating voice telling him about a slow-acting poison running through his veins.

"I'm tired," Keith admits, eyes fluttering closed.
"Rest easy," Shiro prompts him just as another call comes in and a familiar face appears on the screen.
Later, while Keith is once again dozing, Shiro is plotting a painful demise for the ones responsible. He will find them and end them in ways that the galaxy is unlikely to ever forget.
And if he has his way, Shiro will do it with his husband by his side.

What To See On The Costa Blanca
Tumblr media
What To See On The Costa Blanca (Alicante): Eight Must-See Locations In addition to the Ifach Rock and the Albir Lighthouse, the Costa Blanca is home to numerous other breathtaking outdoor destinations. The most breathtaking locations on the Costa Blanca In this post, we have compiled a list of the most beautiful places to visit along the coast of Alicante. These natural areas are dispersed along the entire coastline and are listed from north to south. Any of these locations should be on our list of things to do on the Costa Blanca, which is characterized by its numerous coves and rocky terrain, with numerous mountains and hills that end in the Mediterranean Sea.
Cova Tallada
The fascinating Cova Tallada (cut cave) is the first location we encounter along the northern Alicante coast. The easiest access is from the Les Rotes coves in Denia, where it is recommended to arrive by public transportation during the high season. This cave is located at sea level and faces the ocean; it contains a small lake and some pitch-black rooms that can be explored with a headlamp and, of course, with extreme caution. In addition, we can explore the seafloor in front of the Cova Tallada with snorkeling equipment or by kayak. During the summer months, telematic booking is required to walk to the cave. Determine the route to Cova Tallada.
Jávea's Coves
Jávea (or Xàbia) is home to some of the most picturesque coves along the Costa Blanca. If we have the chance, we must visit the coves of Portitxol and Granadella, which have restricted access during the high season. Other nearby natural areas include Cape Nao and Cape San Antonio, which offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and are geographically the closest points of the peninsula to the Balearic Islands. In addition, the cliffs surrounding the coves of Javea contain caves and coves that are only accessible from the water and can be reached by kayak.
Benitatxell Cliffs
If we enjoy hiking, the route along the cliffs of Benitatxell is unquestionably one of the must-do activities on the Costa Blanca. It is an easy route with breathtaking views of the cliffs and the Mediterranean Sea that connects two of the most beautiful coves along the coast of Alicante: Moraig and Llebeig. In addition, we can visit the intriguing Arcs cave and the Moraig fault in the Moraig cove. If we have extra time on the same day, we should hike the Cap d'Or route, which is close, straightforward, and offers spectacular views of the coastline. See route of the Benitatxell cliffs.
Rock of Ifach
If we could only visit one location along the coast of Alicante, the Peón de Ifach would likely be the natural area that the majority of people would recommend, as there is no other rocky mass so abrupt along the entire eastern coast of Spain. The Natural Park of the Rock of Ifach is one of Alicante's most popular destinations. From its elevation of 327 meters, one obtains a panoramic view of Calpe and its bay, as well as the Morro de Toix and the Oltà mountain range, where one can also hike. Similarly, to scale the rock of Ifach, we must traverse a tunnel carved into the rock in the early 20th century. This magnificent rock has some climbing routes, and its marine environment merits exploration with scuba gear or snorkeling gear.
The Albir Lighthouse
The Faro del Albir and its surroundings, including the easy access road and the breathtaking views of the Altea Bay and the nearby mountains, are without a doubt one of the most beautiful places we can see along the coast of Alicante. The Albir Lighthouse is located at the northern end of the Natural Park of the Serra Gelada and is accessible to strollers and wheelchairs due to the road's paved surface and lack of significant inclines. Along the way, there are a number of vantage points from which you can see some of Alicante's most notable mountains, including Puig Campana, Mount Ponoig, and the Sierra de Bernia, among others. In addition, very close to the lighthouse are some old ocher mines, the exteriors of which are accessible via easy paths. See the route to the Albir lighthouse,
Hercules and Aguiló Towers
On the coast of Alicante is one of the Iberian Peninsula's best-preserved Roman funerary towers. It is known as the Tower of San Jose or the Tower of Hercules and is located on Torres Beach in Villajoyosa. The Torre del Aguiló was constructed in the sixteenth century to defend against attacks by Barbary pirates. It is located close to the cove of Finestrat. The path between these two towers is another activity available to us on the Costa Blanca. This route is also known as Sendero de la Costa or Colada de la Costa de Villajoyosa; it consists primarily of wide paths that run alongside the Mediterranean Sea, and the entire route features beautiful scenery.
Cape Santa Pola
What to see in Alicante and the Costa Blanca: The Santa Pola coves. Coves of the Santa Pola cape. The Santa Pola mountain range is an incredible fossil coral atoll that was submerged in the ocean millions of years ago. There are several trails that lead to the Civil War anti-aircraft batteries and the lighthouse. On clear days, the cape of Santa Pola offers one of the best panoramic views of the Costa Blanca, which stretches from Alicante (with the Sierra de Aitana in the background) to the rock of Ifach and includes the island of Tabarca in the distance. Similarly, the almost virgin coves located to the east of the cape have a remarkable pine forest where hundreds of families spend the weekend. This stretch of rocky coastline is also ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving. Determine Santa Pola's routes. In close proximity to the cape of Santa Pola are the Municipal Natural Park of Clot de Galvany and the Natural Park of the Salinas de Santa Pola, where we can observe, among other bird species, flamingos and the imperiled brown tea,
Lagunas de la Mata and Torrevieja
Lagunas de La Mata and Torrevieja are easy hiking routes in Vega Baja. Next to the lagoon of La Mata is a vineyard (Torrevieja). The final of the must-see locations on the Costa Blanca is located further south and is very close to the Region of Murcia. The Lagunas de la Mata-Torrevieja Natural Park consists of two large lagoons teeming with birdlife. There are several vantage points along their routes from which we can observe flamingos and other bird species. Here is the spectacular pink lagoon, where swimming is prohibited due to the tiny crustacean called Artemia salina that inhabits it. The pink lagoon of Torrevieja is used as a salt farm, although the salt does not originate from the sea but rather from the Cabezo de la Sal (Pinoso), which arrives via a salt pipeline with a higher salt concentration than the sea. Directions to the Laguna Rosa A short distance away are the pine forest of Guardamar del Segura and the coastal road of Orihuela Costa, the latter of which is densely populated. Read the full article
