On December 28, 1968, in the city of Shchuchinsk, Kokchetav region, Kazakh SSR, USSR, Svetlana Vladimirovna Kapanina was born - Russian pilot, seven-time absolute world champion in the women's competition (1996, 1998, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2011) in airplane sports. Honored Master of Sports of Russia, Honored Trainer of Russia, first class flight test and development base of PJSC Sukhoi Company, Sukhoi Design Bureau. Best pilot of the century (according to FAI). In 2003, she was included in the Guinness Book of Records as the most titled pilot in world sport aviation.
