hello !!!! we've noticed a lot of people asking for extensions right after an activity check. you're welcome to do that of course-- but, like, you definitely don't need to. if we have an activity check, you can guarantee that there won't be another one for at LEAST 5-7 days. not that we don't want you to be active (lol), but just so you know, you do not need to be stressed about making activity the day(s) after we've just had a check-- unless you were on 6-day warning during the check, in which case, yes, you'd want to request an extension if you need one. as a second point-- remember that for posting on a new character, you do get 36 hours that begins from the time you send your "follow" to the main. so there's a good chance you may not even need an extension at all, given that you get 24 hours to send the account in the first place (24+36 hours equals almost three days' worth of time that you have to get an in-character post in on a new character!). thank you, and please make sure to give this a like after reading!

might be worth noting that tubbo got lore today because he made it canon he warped back from the boat.

i think this was confusing bc he wasn't sure initially how to play it (he is not a lore guy by trade we all know this), and waffled back and forth with it (with fun bits like "it's tuesday" or "it's a time rift"), but he definitely did make it canon.

he has the story: the boat didn't leave, he had his warpstone. he knew they would just steal him back, like they did the first time.

he has the reason: he desperately needed to see sunny before he left; couldn't sit idly by

and he made it clear that's what he wants to have happened. he told his chat to stop "-rp point"-ing him about it multiple times bc he's trying to make it canon (and told fit the same when he came back post-ghost bit).

he also asked sunny's admin whether she wanted their interactions to be filler or canon and she chose canon

plus he had a canon interaction with forever explaining it and asking him to watch over his daughter

and he and sunny built things and interacted with each other based specifically off the info he was kidnapped, that he will have to go, and that they both knew it was coming

so while you may have to ignore or recontextualize some of the goofier interactions when he initially came back (phil/etoiles/fit stuff esp), tubbo did come back, the code attack did happen, it's already been fit into the lore, and i don't doubt sunny is going to tell fit about it this week!!

These ones are likely jokes, but (you can use it in your headcanons):

With Tubbo, explaining his absence by saying "I was dead, I think, but not anymore, I was tired of being dead"

"I couldn't explain to you, it's out of my understanding how I'm dressed. The human mind cannot comprehend how I'm dressed and so the human brain shows it that way, but it isn't exactly like that. It's not powerful, it's just weird"

"You know me well!" "Heh, I know you as if I made you!" *silence* (closest to maybe serious)

These ones are more serious:

He isn't romantically interested by Cucurucho, he just likes his ass (that totally a human is aro that's what I mean)

He really missed Pomme, he stopped coming because without her it wasn't interesting anymore (this one is just cute)

Very invested in knowing what happened to the eggs while they were away

Accidentally gave Pomme one of the books Ourson (I think it's this one?) gave him, immediately panicking when he realized. When Pomme asks what it was, he first tries to pretend not to understand, and is pretty serious when he tells her that it's nothing; he'll tell her about it one day, and it's his little secret garden, everyone should be allowed to have secrets, don't she think? she isn't against secrets, right?

Certain that the eggs went to some kind of other dimensions/got doubles?? I mean there was a theory inspired by Stranger Things but despite what Pomme is saying he's not letting go of the idea

After asking Pomme if she met dark Cucurucho and she talks about the Watcher: "Je crois pas qu'on parle de la même chose. Là tu me parles de l'oeil, et moi je pense que je te parle de quelque chose d'autre. Je pense que tu me parles du Watcher... là où moi je te parle d'autre chose." ("I think we're not talking about the same thing. Here you're talking about the eye, and me I think I'm talking about something else. I think you're talking about the Watcher... when me I talk about something else" again how does he know the name "Watcher".)

Knows that Maximus is dead, when all the other players seem to have decided to play the "don't know if he's alive or dead" card (bonus: Antoine and Pomme talking about telling Aypierre, and Pomme thinking she won't be able to find the right words "I don't think there are right words..." ok im sad now thanks). Since we're at it, when reading Pomme diary where she worries about Baghera and Antoine being dead, saying they can't be dead, he doesn't share that worry in the slightest, as if he knows Baghera's not dead (this one's dubious and I am very willing to put it as cc!Antoine not thinking rp)

He and Pomme are talking about what she remembers of the Watcher and honestly the whole conversation deserves to be clipped and transcribed. To go with him name dropping the Watcher, he is now only calling it the creature with one eye because that's how Pomme calls it

Pomme explains that the Watcher was observing her and Richas and there was a threatening aura to it, so they immediately fled. Antoine in a very serious voice "You were right to, you were right to, you were right to. Because I think it's this person who was at the origin of your disappearance."

idk thinking about the birthday party today and just . when ramon first brought up fits birthday ages ago i don’t remember exactly what stream it was but he told ramon that he would be happy with it being just the two of them . it took him a while to agree with ramon about inviting pac .

thinking about how today and how so many people showed up - like bad and phil weren’t even streaming, luzu was going to come but had to leave early, and pac left him a fucking trident of all things when he couldn’t make it . literally everyone online and their eggs showed up . dapper logged in after the party had started to show up !

i genuinely don’t think fit understood until today how much the others on the island actually cared about him . he STILL probably doesn’t fully understand . like he was even telling ramon that they don’t need to take up anyone’s time because they were planning on doing a dungeon (which was actually his party butttt he didn’t know that) DURING it .

idk and i KNOW there were some extremely emotional letters but empanada’s hit hard . thank you for protecting me but let us protect you sometimes too . i hope you feel as loved as you are .

Here me out:

In the original Chinese myth of the red string of fate, the strings are tied around the ankles. Imagine leoji first meeting where they are sharing the ice, perhaps at a training camp or the warmup/practice session before a competition (maybe in their junior years?). The first time they cross paths, as in literally cross patha on the ice, their red strings physically manifest and they both trip and fall. OR the string remains invisible, but the first time they cross paths they are on the ice and they make eye contact and the invisible string choose that moment to make them trip and fall. They share a laugh and help each other up, and they get chatting from there. And thus marks the beginning of their story 🥰🥰🥰

hey, love! so, realistically, we can't ask everyone to react to every single call that gets posted. people react to calls based on their own muse and how much free time they can commit to the rp at a given time and we don't want to force members to overextend themselves. if your call doesn't get much traction initially, we'd recommend reposting it later, since sometimes posts in the discord (especially in the starter call channel!) can easily get buried or missed due to timezone differences. people also seem to have more success with plot calls when posting specific connection ideas for people to go off of, either in their intros or in the plot call itself. if neither of these solutions are very helpful we highly recommend messaging us off anon so we could look more specifically at your situation. we promise we'd be more than happy to help! we can definitely understand where it might feel discouraging for your call not to get as many responses as someone else's, but we promise that no one's ignoring you on purpose! and to the members: remember to spread the love to others' plot calls and starter calls, if you can! a lot of times, even characters you don't know very well might vibe with your muses in ways you never expected, so we'd encourage you to plot beyond your own fandoms or familiarity. thanks, friends!
