"omg look cows" *stalls the engine while going 50kmh*
*randomly curses at everyone&everything* "GO FASTER! DRIVE MTHERFUCKER!!" WHAT THE EFF ARE YOU DOING?! YOU THINK YOURE FASTER THAN ME YOU LIL BIFF WELL WATCH ME?!! "
*drives like a grandma on crack in dangerous zones, because being to attentive to the details at the side of the road, getting lost in it and forgetting that I have to operate a vehicle also*
*drives normally, dangerous zone ahead:* HITS GAS*
*HITS BRAKES* *TAKES CURVES LIKE TOKYO DRIFT*
*my driving instructor the whole time who was confident in her abilities before teaching me*

I’ve never been good at writing or able to keep a journal for more than the 4 days of hyperfixation, but I am currently trying!
I have a bullet journal where I track the books I’m reading, novels I want to buy, favourite books each month, and seeing if I can get a more diverse selection of books!
But I also have a normal journal where I am writing down 3 things I’m grateful for each day, and occasionally I’ll also write down anything that might be bothering me or taking up too much space in my brain.
The reason I am making this post is: does anyone have recommendations for things they journal about (either in a traditional journal or a bullet journal) that helps them. Either with ADHD or just in general. I want to slowly do more because I am really liking writing, but I just don’t know what to do!!

todays adhd mood: my accomplishments today consist of:
-waking up
-eating breakfast
-attempting to organise my wardrobe
-taking everything out of my wardrobe
-listening to music
-hyperfixating on a specific song and listening to it on repeat, then all the covers on youtube, learning how to play it on my uke
-getting distracted by uke and playing a bunch of different songs
-realising its 8pm and i haven’t eaten since breakfast
-eating dinner and then going to bed
SO what are your accomplishments today fellow neurodivergent folx? i’m proud of u for whatever you achieved, even if that was just waking up <3

Rather than trying to stunt and dope-up ADHD kids with meds, why don't we as a society just learn to accept and accommodate them?
That's not even getting into the fact that sitting in a sterile room for hours on end can be tough even for kids without ADHD.

Dose anyone else who stims shake like whole body tremors........ I have adhd and mild autism but my stims usually are chewing on stuff and repetitive movement. But I've noticed that my whole body shakes when I'm focusing on something that I enjoy.
Any thoughts on why it's baffling me and my parents?
