hatereading a blog and seeing them completely misrepresent an article or argument w/o linking to it or naming it at all so they can frame the entire issue to make them seem the most reasonable and the thing they disagree with seem the most unreasonable

#personal #saltblogging #i know thats what im doing too but this is a blog w a gigantic reach and like Actual Connections so who cares #anyways they misrepresented an advice collumn by brandy jensen and #i read it and i follow her on twitter so i was like ‘hmm that doesnt sound at all accurate lol’ #also like the column is called ask a fuck up and they often answers qs in a harsh way #if u want advice u kno what ur gonna get #like i think there is a lot to critique in the specific columb they mentioned #but they didnt say the name of the columb or the author or actually explain what the question being asked was #and therefor is completely misleading what was being said #and not allowing their followers to be able to find it to make their own conclusions #and i disagree w their assessment of the column compleely #but this is someone who like hates leftists for being mean but stans s**th p*rk #like theres a reason i hateread them #aafu

I guess I must keep working on them). This is especially true for those too-clever-by-half motherfuckers who think that nobly warning someone in advance they “are working on their issues” mitigates any way in which they might disappoint or harm. And even with the best of intentions, it obviates the fact that relationships themselves are a process of being made ready, not something you come to static and fully formed.”

“Perhaps you do have good intentions. It’s hard for me to say what these issues of yours are, since you do not go into specifics, and perhaps you are making a good-faith effort to work on yourself sans scare quotes. Some of the questions I get in this vein do indicate a sincere and profound yearning to find love, but a conviction that one must be made ready for it through work. I can understand the urge, especially now as things get inexorably worse, to slow down; to pull inward and take stock and focus on ourselves. But I would ask whose interests are typically served by enclosure? By the sort of emotional austerity that says you do not have the resources to devote to others?”

“Who told us self-sufficiency was a virtue and why did we believe them? Especially when the truth is obvious, or at least has become very obvious to me over the course of this year, as I’ve eked out a meager space for myself writing the preferred advice column of depressed socialists: we need each other desperately, in ways none of us can be ready for.”

Perhaps the most impossible thing we all want is for the things that happen to us to make sense. Our most tragic impulse is the one to make meaning when life is just a series of contingencies. It leads some people, like myself, to have a hard time getting over being wounded. I fixate, I wallow, I simultaneously feel humiliated that I could care for someone so obviously unworthy and convinced I will never find anyone as good again.

Mekkah - 15 Ayat

Juz' ke-30, Surah ke-91

🔯 بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ 🔯

Bismillahir rahmaanir rahiim

Dengan nama Allah Yang Maha Pengasih, Maha Penyayang.

وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا ﴿ ١﴾

wa alsysyamsi wa dhu haah aa

[91:1] Demi matahari dan cahayanya di pagi hari,

وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا ﴿ ٢﴾

wa alqamari i dzaa tal aah aa

[91:2] dan bulan apabila mengiringinya,

وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا ﴿ ٣﴾

wa alnnah aari i dzaa jall aah aa

[91:3] dan siang apabila menampakkannya,

وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَاهَا ﴿ ٤﴾

wa allayli i dzaa yaghsy aah aa

[91:4] dan malam apabila menutupinya,

وَالسَّمَاءِ وَمَا بَنَاهَا ﴿ ٥﴾

wa alssam aa-i wam aa ban aah aa

[91:5] dan langit serta pembinaannya,

وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَاهَا ﴿ ٦﴾

wa al-ar dhi wam aa tha haah aa

[91:6] dan bumi serta penghamparannya,

وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا ﴿ ٧﴾

wanafsin wam aa saww aah aa

[91:7] dan jiwa serta penyempurnaannya (ciptaannya),

فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا ﴿ ٨﴾

fa-alhamah aa fujuurah aawataqw aah aa

[91:8] maka Allahmengilhamkan kepada jiwa itu (jalan) kefasikan dan ketakwaannya.

قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا ﴿ ٩﴾

qad afla ha man zakk aah aa

[91:9] sesungguhnya beruntunglah orang yang mensucikan jiwa itu,

وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ دَسَّاهَا ﴿ ١٠﴾

waqad kh aaba man dass aah aa

[91:10] dan sesungguhnya merugilah orang yang mengotorinya.

كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِطَغْوَاهَا ﴿ ١١﴾

ka dzdzabat tsamuudu bi thaghw aah aa

[91:11] (Kaum) Tsamud telah mendustakan (rasulnya) karena mereka melampaui batas,

إِذِ انْبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا ﴿ ١٢﴾

i dzi inba'atsa asyq aah aa

[91:12] ketika bangkit orang yang paling celaka di antara mereka,

فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ نَاقَةَ اللَّهِوَسُقْيَاهَا ﴿ ١٣﴾

faq aala lahum rasuulu all aahi n aaqata all aahi wasuqy aah aa

[91:13] lalu Rasul Allah (Saleh) berkata kepada mereka: ("Biarkanlah) unta betina Allahdan minumannya".

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُمْ بِذَنْبِهِمْ فَسَوَّاهَا ﴿ ١٤﴾

faka dzdzabuuhu fa'aqaruuh aafadamdama 'alayhim rabbuhum bi dzanbihim fasaww aah aa

[91:14] Lalu mereka mendustakannya dan menyembelih unta itu, maka Tuhan mereka membinasakan mereka disebabkan dosa mereka, lalu Allah menyama-ratakan mereka (dengan tanah),

وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَاهَا ﴿ ١٥﴾

wal aa yakh aafu 'uqb aah aa

[91:15] dan Allah tidak takut terhadap akibat tindakan-Nya itu.
