In any normal circumstances, no.

Dick Grayson always takes the moral high ground (which is obviously why he lies to you, manipulates you, sneaks into your room when you’re not there, watches you through your window, makes sure he has trackers in all of your clothing… all morally justified things in his book). If there’s someone that imposes as a threat to his relationship with you — be it platonic or romantic — killing them is off the table. He may do some questionable things to keep you in his life, but he’s still got his head 100% in the hero game, and heroes don’t kill.

… However, things are a little different if someone imposes as a threat to you.

Of course, his first thought would never be to kill someone. He still has his sense of morals, and if anything, he’d be more focused on making sure you’re safe instead of the searing hot fury slowly boiling through his body at the thought of someone trying to hurt you. But that brewing anger may be harder to contain depending on your condition.

So, if he were under the initial impression that your health was critical, or even dead?

His morals easily give way to his rage.

It would be the aching in his fist that brings him back to reality. He’s got the poor sap pinned underneath him, their face a bloodied and bruised mess so horrific, it would be hard to believe the carnage was even human if it weren’t for the body attached to it. Blood is splattered all over his front half, and he realizes there’s a tooth imbedded in his knuckle. His ragged breathing slows as he sits back on his heals, a shaky hand coming up to their neck to feel for a pulse.

Nothing.

But he can’t spare a thought to this now. Your safety trumps everything else, and it would only be after he’s absolutely sure you’ll be fine that he allows himself to process everything. He just killed someone. Dick Grayson — the man behind the Nightwing mask; a hero, and heroes don’t kill — just killed someone. He’s no better than the criminals he fights and protects you from. He just beat someone to death with his bare hands.

But… it was for you, right?

And, when it comes to you, he’s morally justified… right?

Guilt hits him like a bullet train; the impact is devastating, but it disappears frighteningly fast. He thinks back to the state he found you in and feels something dark poke at the dying embers of his anger. Now transfixed on the what-if’s, horrible scenarios of him not arriving in time mentally play out, all ending with you lifeless and bloodied in his arms. The situation now morphs into a twisted idea of kill or be killed; if he didn’t do what he did, then it’s clear that you’d be the one to wind up dead. And that horrifying thought outweighs the blood on his hands by a long shot.

It’d take a while before the kill stops weighing on his conscience, but after he’s rationalized how it was still within reason of his morality, he’d eventually get there.

South Sudan shutters all schools as it prepares for an extreme heat wave (AP) South Sudan’s government is closing down all schools starting Monday as the country prepares for a wave of extreme heat expected to last two weeks. The health and education ministries advised parents to keep all children indoors as temperatures are expected to soar to 45 degrees Celsius (113 Fahrenheit), in a statement late Saturday, They warned that any school found open during that time would have its registration withdrawn, but didn’t specify how long the schools would remain shuttered. I had a rather lovely dream last night. I was a small child again, and I had won an opportunity to hang out with a billionaire for a day. I was assigned to Jeff Bezos and my best friend was assigned to Donald Trump.

There was a parade during the day and old Donnie and edible Jeff were together watching it. (Jeff was about a foot taller than Dump, which was eventually important.)

During the parade, the sentient orange tumor pulled out a gun and started firing into the air. I guess his arm was getting tired, and he started firing lower and lower, and I thought, "this asshole is going to kill someone," and grabbed his arm to at least get him to fire higher until his bullets ran out. But, whoopsy, he ended up shooting Bezos in the face.

After that, there was a media frenzy and Trump was arrested for manslaughter and kept trying to pin it on me, but I just laughed it off like, "I'm just a kid!"

Anyway, the clear mental image of Jeff Bezos taking a bullet to the face was nice.

Last week, BOSSIP reported on the death of a Black man named Jordan Neely at the hands of a white man named Daniel Penny aboard an NYC subway train. Neely was suffering a severe mental health crisis and Penny took it upon himself to enact vigilante violence against him in the name of “heroism.” Despite being released by the NYPD following some brief questioning, Penny was eventually charged with second-degree manslaughter. Although we shouldn’t be totally surprised, the latest update of this story is nonetheless infuriating.

We cannot confirm this, but we’d be willing to bet good inflated American currency that those who donated to this sick show of public sympathy own at least ONE red hat…

The alleged law firm of Raiser & Kenniff, P.C. initiated the fundraiser on a platform called GiveSendGo at 1o a.m. Sunday morning. Once word got out, people immediately started reaching into their proverbial pockets to donate. Raiser & Kenniff (which sounds fake as HELL but we digress…)claim that any money that is left over after expenses are paid will be donated to a mental health program in NYC.

Individuals who donated to Penny’s fundraising effort left comments backing Penny’s self defense argument: “Thank you for standing up for innocent people that day,” one person wrote.

It’s worth mentioning that Trump boot-licker, Disney damager, Presidential-hopeful, and Florida governor Ron DeSantis also shared the fundraising effort on his social media accounts as hell. Similarly, the National Police Association sent out a tweet soliciting donations for the “good Samaritan.”

Daniel Penny and those who support him can go straight to hell.

Kenny, you gotta pay those Deep Dish Pizzeria workers more! Clementine just quit her pizza job. You can see her exiting her former workplace. She’s outside on her way to Walmart I guess. At least she got 1 free pizza out of the whole thing in the last panel!

This horrifying “Louis” (an obvious mixture of Aasim, Clem and Nick) strolling around the Chinese knockoff market to find fake Gucci slippers. He can’t afford real ones anymore, did you really think his parents would let him have a thousand dollar monthly allowance after he ruined their marriage? Get real.

Best fisherman in Florida. Women want him, fish fear him. He is even posing with Clem in the fourth photo! How nice of her to show up after being paid slave wages for months at the pizzeria :) She’s very forgiving.

Lilly is on her way to a Donald Trump rally! They can try to pry her guns out of her cold, dead hands. Even though she shot herself in the face once and barely survived, now only able to eat through a tube, Lilly wants Trump to keep her second amandment rights safe. She got some “cool” tattoos and started wearing mesh tops!

Lee is successfully convicted and behind bars after being charged with voluntary manslaughter. A little mixup got him transferred to Guantanamo unfortunately! We can see Walter White in the third photo, who also got wrongfully sent to Guantanamo Bay. In the last photo, it’s two new BFFs, Lee and Walter. Walter managed to gain 80 pounds while in prison and is now considered a medical phenomenon.

Classic Violet! She has finally learned to express her pain and trauma through art, which doesn’t include making pins because it doesn’t really help or count and is kinda gay and not even in the cool way. She is moving up the MySpace social ladder, making her the 145932nd most popular kid on the site! Sadly it’s 2010 and MySpace is dying and being taken over by Facebook. Hence her new song, “Fuck you Mark Zuckerberg you fucking piece of shit”.

I just want to know more lore about Sheev's coin tbh I can't find anything? I feel like I missed something.

The coin comes from the legends novel darth plaugeis and isn’t really mentioned a whole lot but assumed it was going to be more important than it actually was.

It was a antique aurodium(space gold but rarer apparently) coin Plagueis gave Palpatine that was accepted and hung from his speeder’s rearview mirror. I assumed it was important bc the speeder and coin kind represented Palpatine’s relationship with his father and Plagueis.

The speeder was a gift/bribe from Palpatine’s father and it was said Cosinga would drive with him until the speeder became the tool for Palpatine’s first major crime(vehicular manslaughter) which btw wasn’t explicitly stated was on purpose he just claimed not to feel guilt for killing two pedestrians. The coin was also a gift/bribe from Magister Damask (as Plagueis had not revealed himself as sith) who was playing potential father figure for Palpatine bc the dude had serious daddy issues. Palpatine dangling the coin at the front of his speeder felt kinda symbolic of which relationship he was prioritizing.

Palpatine later admitted to knowing Damask was manipulating him (idk if this is exactly true or if he was trying to piss off his father and painting himself as a coconspirator instead of a victim) which Cosinga was also trying to manipulate Palpatine with the speeder. It’s like if he knew Plagueis was manipulating him he accepted the coin despite that which is exactly like he did with Cosinga’s “gift”. He walked into the same trap just bc his hatred for his father trumped common sense (literally his downfall everytime…he never learns)

Like I imagined an object literally symbolizing the relationship between Plagueis and Palpatine would show up more in a book literally about the two of them but nah both the speeder and coin went to sith hell.

i think one thing do revenge captured well are fucked up friendships that REALLY should not work but do. like in the most extreme of circumstances both friends have lots of baggage and shit and are incredibly unhealthy for each other but are trying to acknowledge that fact and somehow it works bc their shared appreciation for each other and all they have in common trumps all that

i think another good example is jawbreaker. fern and julie would be awful friends bc literally they are complicit in a murder cover up together and u think the stress would break them apart but somehow their love for each other ties away from the fact that fern doesn’t really care julie covered up her own shared manslaughter 😭😭

😱SHOCKING Yelling in court!!

Is mentioning other people while he's screaming and yelling at the judge. Who sings family will be happy over there what family and it's about punishing him for an accident so kind of makes sense yes perfectly logical it's not why we're posting this in accident while he was leaving seeing a crime because he's a cuts a clutz the reason we're posting this is because we think that the judge is cheesman. And it's important to pay attention to how and he is speaking and what he's saying and his father ends up appearing in front of him and he returns too but he's not very bright and we understand what role he has and the guy got like 20 years or something which is not really that leniant but if you're escaping a crime there's a higher penalty for it it's not like you're driving along and it's manslaughter and most of the time involuntary manslaughter it depends but in this case he murdered someone to escape and possibly destroyed the person as they were potential witness that's what they're finding and the guy with psycho and I mean if you went crazy and we think that it's because it's one of his plans for our son and it has been doing it quite often but this time he did it to the wrong person and he did it too cheesman who the judges. And it is really from this movie they just like the Texas chainsaw massacre isn't that too and he's the judge and Trump and family get stuck there because Trump had it done and it is to get out and they're saying he's a loser and stuff and it rolls into the Texas chainsaw massacre some of them die and it's their own kids The killing and Dan AKA Dave dies and a father is now one of the bad guys and cheesman hits him. But as a judge then aka Dave is falling apart and his body parts are falling off and he's disgusting and has been hit a lot and is sicker than hell and his hair is gone and his teeth are gone and his skin comes off and he is deteriorating into nothing and it's not from doing that show that is from being weak and he starts up losing his people again and he gets a little better does the Texas chainsaw massacre and dies a lot and they're down there to look at this chateau and they can't handle that. And they get out of that movie and it rolls into a whole bunch of movies down in that Southwest area in Texas Mexico Arizona and New Mexico and really that's where the spaghetti Westerns begin and it starts because of this court case and this was recent and very recent and you'll be surprised where and we're going to post that

OH NOOOO ... Anyway: 'No One Is Buying Kathy Griffin Comedy Tour Tickets,' Sobs Kathy Griffin

It's been a rough go for some lefty (alleged) celebrities lately. Poor Alyssa Milano (net worth $10 million) had to take to social media to ask the little people to help fund her son's Little League trip to Cooperstown, as she drove around town in her $250,000 Porsche. Meanwhile, Taylor Swift is now a meme, Mark Cuban admitted to violating EEOC laws, and Alec Baldwin is facing manslaughter charges ... again.

Yikes. We don't even want to KNOW what John Cusack has done in the past week (other than continue to hate Jews, that is).

But perhaps no one is suffering more than Z-list 'celebrity', Kathy Griffin. Yes, it's true. The so-called comedienne who thought it was hilarious to hold up a severed head of Donald Trump is learning the difference between sowing season and reaping season as she attempts to launch a comedy tour.

So please...' After advising fans on where they can purchase tickets to see her perform, she urged: 'For God's sake, come see me on tour. I'm coming to 40 cities. It's gonna be the Panacea. It's gonna be the thing that gets me through. You guys get me through, you always have.'

The funny part (unintentionally on Griffin's part) is that the name of her tour is 'My Life on the PTSD List.' Part of that is an attempted play on her former TV series 'My Life on the D-List,' of course, but really it is just a window into the derangement that Griffin has long suffered, mostly because of her irrational, insatiable hatred for Donald Trump.

Nope. She never will. Leftists aren't really known for their self-awareness or for self-reflection.

The last time we even heard from Griffin at all was when she was mocked on Twitter for posing with fake 'woman' Dylan Mulvaney at a luncheon with several other leftists (including Taylor Lorenz and Rosie O'Donnell).

Maybe instead of trying a comedy tour, she should stick with being a human punching bag on social media.

At least that's something she's actually good at.
